La struttura è posizionata fronte mare, basta attraversare la strada (molto trafficata) e ci si trova in spiaggia. Sono in dotazione ombrellone e lettini, l'ingresso in acqua è molto sassoso, ma dopo un metro circa c'è solo sabbia e l'acqua è molto bella e fresca. Camminare sulla spiaggia non è agevole data la presenza di sassi di varie dimensioni, meglio munirsi di calzature adatte. Siamo capitati con giorno anche ventosi che non hanno agevolato la fruizione della spiaggia e quindi abbiamo spesso camminato fino quasi al porto di Rethymno dove c'è più copertura e meno vento. L'hotel non è molto grande, ma ben organizzato. Il personale genitlissimo. Un plauso particolare ai camerieri del pool bar e alla signora che gestisce il personale di sala nel ristorante alla sera. Sono persone squisite. Ottima la posizione del bar della piscina, ombreggiato per lo più e ventilato. Il ristorante principale ha un bello spazio esterno, ma poco spazio all'interno il che era per noi un problema dato che siamo capitati con 40/45 gradi e preferivamo mangiare dentro con aria condizionata piuttosto che fuori al caldo. Cucina molto buona, in special modo i piatti greci. Prezzi del bar della piscina ottimi come anche il cibo. Insomma: abbiamo mangiato benissimo! La camera quadrupla è un mini appartamento con due stanze e un grande bagno, siamo stati molto molto bene. Alcune cose migliorabili come la pulizia della piscina (piccola se paragonata al numero di ospiti) ed alcuni dettagli in camera. Comunque per qualsiasi problema il personale è molto attento. A 20 minuti a piedi da Rethymno - camminata sul marciapiede lungomare affiancata alla strada molto trafficata e senza un'ombra - raggiungibile in 5 minuti in taxi (6 euro). La cittadina merita, è molto bella. Peccato il caldo atroce che non ci ha permesso di visitare altri luoghi e di godere appieno della vacanza, ma questo non è dipeso da nessuno. In complesso è una struttura in cui torneremmo, siamo stati bene.

Μείναμε ενα τριήμερο 8 με 11 Απριλίου ως ζευγάρι, πολύ ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από το front office staff, ειδικά η Χριστίνα, εξυπηρετικοτατη με μια θετική ηρεμη αύρα και γενικά όσους είδαμε εκεί είχαμε πολύ φιλική αντιμετώπιση. Πράγμα που θέλαμε μιας και ήταν μια γρήγορη έξοδος πριν μπούμε κι εμείς σε δύσκολη σεζόν. Πράγματι χαλαρωσαμε. Είχε κάποια μικρά θέματακια το δωμάτιο που δεν μας πτόησε καθόλου το γεγονός αλλά ήταν όλα αντιμετωπισημα και μικρολεπτομέρειες. Δυστυχώς το εστιατόριο ήταν κλειστό ακόμα άρα δεν έχουμε άποψη. Εμείς πληρώσαμε κατα κύριον λόγο με το Τουρισμός για όλους άρα ναι μεν τσιμπημένη η τιμή αλλά δε μας ένοιαξε τόσο. Ενδεχομένως να γυρίζαμε κάποια στιγμή στο μέλλον για άλλη μια απόδραση! The Bio Suites is a great hotel, situated a 4 minute walk from the sandy beach and an easy 20 minute stroll along the beach road promenade to the old town of Rethymon, which is a must to get lost in and enjoy. If we were to return to Crete we would stay here again. The hotel looks clean and welcomng from the outside and this continues throughout. The multilingual reception team were courteous, very helpful and available 24/7. The room we stayed in had comortable twin beds, TV, fridge, kettle, airconditioning, ample storage space, balcony (ours overlooked the street but others do overlook the swimming pool area) and a great shower. Daily housekeeping available, which you controlled via request buttons by the door, or a 'Do Not Disturb' DND option. The food is buffet style and catered for all international tastes, was excellent quality, lots of choice and the lunch / dinner selections changed daily. If you were not on a package, the breakfast cost just Euro 8, lunch Euro 10 and dinner Euro 12 - this is really good value given what was available to eat. The restaurant staff were very attentive, cleared up used plates and cutlery quickly and we never had to wait to be seated. Good selection of wines to buy. The swiming pool area was well spaced out so you were not sitting right next to other guests, the pool was a good size, protected from the wind given it is surrounded by other buildings. The hotel is one block back from the beach road and the Bio Suites have their own area on the beach for their guests, who can pay Euro 9 for two sunbeds and a parasol. The beach is expansive, the sea was warm and the area was ideal for children. Numerous showers available to wash the feet off when leaving and with boardwalks to use as the sand did get hot. Transfer to Heraklion airport was 1.5 hours along the coastal road so not too onerous. There are lots of restauarnts, bars, cafes, ice cream & tourist shops and supermarkets in the close vicinity. Summary - really pleased we stayed here and happy to return - both the Bio Suites and Rethymon are a great place for a holiday.

Solo viaggiatore. Aprile/maggio. 2/3 notti. 2° piano. 1 camera stampa. 2 letto personale. La TV con un sacco di trasmettitori. La possibilità di mettere un tavolo di tè per te e scrivere qualche carta al tuo ufficio a famiglia e amici, o di sedere e godere del piccolo ma bel balcone. Matrazzi solidi cuscini fini. Coperte aggiuntive nel cassetto se necessario. Una scatola spaziale per perdere tutte le tue cose. Cassetto e frigorifero presente. Specchi lunghi per ammirare te stesso prima di uscire dalla porta. - Sono corde scure. Bella camera da bagno, doccia, champagne e sapone. Camere ben tenute da persone che lavorano duramente per la pulizia. La colazione è molto grande e deliziosa. Personale presso la reception amichevole e utile. Personale della cucina e il servizio anche molto amichevole e utile. Piscina presente. Solo che non era ancora riempito, perché era aprile. Lo spazio fitness presente solo non ha fatto tempo per usarlo. C'e' anche la possibilità di lavarti i vestiti. Rethimno centro/vecchia città a piedi. Molti negozi e cibo intorno. - Si', consiglio di stare in questo hotel.

Tutto quello che possiamo dire è favoloso, la posizione di questi appartamenti è ideale. Dritta dalla spiaggia con un buon bar, letti da sole (12 euro al giorno per 2) e tutti gli sport acquatici che si desidera. La città è bella, con dozzine di bar, ristoranti e negozi da scegliere.Gli appartamenti sono senza spazi con pulizia quotidiana, ecc. La piccola cucina è adatta per preparare snack il letto è molto comodo e il bagno è buono, non si può essere messo fuori da rapporti di doccia non abbiamo avuto problemi. I balconi sono di buona dimensione con vista sul porto e la spiaggia. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile, grazie a tutti voi
