Hotel vicini a Lake Fairfax Park, Shelter J a Reston

If you and your family want to stay in a clean room , do not book at this hotel. I am currently staying at the hotel, and have stayed in 3 different rooms. All badly cleaned and worn out!! It is obvious that housekeeping cleans the rooms only one time at checkout, and they are not supervised. Thus Management does not check the rooms for cleanliness prior to attributing the rooms to guests. Back to my experience. We are new in town, and have booked this hotel only because of its affordability. The first room was very old and dirty, room 221. The furniture was full of cat hair, the bathtub had soap scum as if someone had finished taking a shower, and the carpet in the closed smelled like urine. We stayed in this room only one night. The next day they moved us to another room because the toilet was overflowing. It happened over Memorial day weekend, and maintenance was not around to fix it. So, we were moved to room 222, the bathroom was not well cleaned, we went to Target and got cleaning supplies. I extended my reservation, and asked for a room with two full beds. Yesterday, they gave us room 231. As soon as I entered I noticed that the room had not been cleaned. The floors had no carpet , and had not been swept, there fingerprints all over microwave and counters. Bathroom was dirty with cracks on top of the bathroom closet. I refused to stay in this room, and now they gave us room 234. The microwave has burned stays, I sprayed the entire room with Lysol. At night , I could not sleep because I kept on being bitten. I had to spray bug repellent on my sheets. The brown curtains that cover the closet are clearly dirty, with blood stains on the back. My daughter keeps on saying ” Momy somebody died in here! ”. She likes to hide in the closet and I had to tell her not to because it is too disgusting and horrific!! At this point we already paid for 14 days. We booked directly with the hotel. If we could get our money back right away we would go to another hotel, because there are no clean rooms here. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. Do not belive the good reviews.

Il tubo/ducha aveva un bar usato di sapone di motel nel piatto di sapone. Ho avuto problemi di accesso a Internet. Mentre l'ho fatto, il cameriere ha detto: ”Mi dispiace, non posso aiutarvi.” Anche se gli hotel di Choice vogliono che il personale faccia, non forniscono più un giornale mattinale ai membri del Privilegio di Choice - e io sono un membro di diamanti. Lo stesso vale per la loro navetta Dulles. - Il segno della navetta è in alto, ma l'autobus è nascosto dietro il motel. Hanno ancora il segno e poi l'autobus, ma non lo usano. E' evidente che sta succedendo qualche miglioramento, ma non ho visto alcuna azione su di esso. Credo che Choice Hotels debba indagare su questo motel. Sono deluso dal mio ultimo soggiorno qui.

Più vicino all'aeroporto di Washington, l'hotel è molto puntuale per il bus, e il servizio è molto buono.Anche se il colazione è semplice, ma è ancora buono.Il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto intimo.La prossima volta scelgo.

Il servizio è un hotel aereo, molto attento e puntuale. L'hotel è a 10 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. Più abbastanza per 1 notte di accoglimento. La camera è grande con 2 letti regina, divano grande, TV grande. Bagno funzionale con un piccolo tubo. Il servizio è buono. Il personale è amichevole. Come posizione dell'hotel, offre di guidare dove vuoi e di prendere. Tutti organizzati con la ricezione. Il colazione è di base e autoservizio. Tutte le piastre sono di plastica per un uso unico. Raccomandato per coloro che vogliono rimanere 1 notte.

Anche se l'hotel è aperto per molti anni, le strutture sono ben utilizzate, la camera è grande, la posizione geografica è buona, secondo la metropolitana non è lontana, le strutture commerciali intorno sono più numerose, la colazione è regolata in modo chiuso, la colazione più fondamentale americana, in generale non è buona 😄

Such a nice hotel! The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

There was one major reason I booked this hotel. They offered 14 day parking, (we were going to be gone for 9 days), so .....bonus. Their website also offered free airport shuttle service from 5AM to midnight, since we had a 7:40AM flight out the next morning, this was ideal. When I asked the front desk clerk about making sure the shuttle would be available for a 5AM departure, she informed me the shuttle operated from 7A to 10P. I showed her the hours posted on the website and she said she was sorry but it was a mistake. We were forced to take an Uber the next morning. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was clean but dated. accommodations were OK for the one night stay. Upon return to Dulles, called for the shuttle. We were told they would be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. We were at the pickup point in under 10 minutes, waited 15 minutes and called again. We were told the driver made a pickup and left. Was told they don't wait for anyone and that we would have to wait another 15 minutes before the shuttle left again because the shuttle operated every 30 minutes. Their website says differently, see pics. To be fair, their website has been updated, since my complaints, to reflect the new shuttle hours but had they been accurate to begin with, that would have steered me to use another hotel in the area to begin with. The number one reason for picking this hotel was the early shuttle, as described on their website, which they didn't offer. Do not use this hotel unless you like to be disappointed. Never again!

La scelta è perché è molto vicino all'aeroporto, la posizione geografica è conveniente e l'ambiente è buono. Il ristorante intorno all'hotel e al fianco della strada è ricco. E il cinema è stato vissuto diverse volte. Non c'è problema. La prossima volta ci penserà
