Hotel in zona Sparks Seventh-day Adventist Church, Reno

La stanza è pulita, l'infrastruttura è perfetta, c'è una piccola palestra, la colazione è un pennacchio, non troppo, ma molto appropriata.C'è un trasporto gratuito all'aeroporto, lode.

This hotel has always been my favorite in Reno. It’s a beautiful property, and well located close to UNR, downtown and Midtown. Their service here is always friendly (special shout out to Rafael in valet, who was very accommodating). The Shore restaurant and bar on property are fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. You can’t go wrong choosing this property when coming to Reno!

I stayed a Sat/Sun visit for biz and solo, and it was literally perfect from the start. I sent them a chat via the Marriott app, and ended up communicating with Sheryl, the actual GM (Boss Lady) of the entire property - and she completely hooked me up, when she had no obligation to. I met Amelia and Melinda upon check-in, both very nice yet professional. They both did me a second favor, by letting me check in early; and as I wanted to wash my clothes in their Guest Laundry, that was huge to me. And this was great first impression altogether, first-class customer service (and why I always trust a Marriott property). Speaking of guest laundry, they knew I was needing it, so ended up putting my room just steps away from their Laundry Room (thank you!!), and their laundry facility was clean and secure and washer/dryer knocked it out. Did 2 loads, so convenient and 1000% better than some laundromat. My room was one of nicest I’ve stayed in, in all my travels. Chargers outlets fridge big closet comfy bed awesome fully-stocked clean big bathroom. That night I ended up talking to Allen at their FD, and another great, professional, nice guy. Without a doubt, my fave thing about this hotel, is their staff. Absolutely I will be back, and I highly recommend whenever you’re in the area. BTW there’s all kinds of cool places all around and within 10-minute drives.

Let’s face it, a vacation isn’t truly complete without a delicious breakfast to kickstart the day. And when that breakfast is paired with a service that’s both friendly and efficient, it’s an experience that leaves a lasting impression. My recent stay at Gampton inn was made all the more memorable by their complimentary breakfast and the outstanding service provided by Tony, a true gem amongst their staff. From the moment I entered the breakfast room, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sight of a buffet spread that promised to satisfy every craving. It was a symphony of colors and textures – vibrant fruits, fluffy pastries, steaming omelets, crispy bacon, and savory sausages. The sheer variety was impressive, catering to both traditional and adventurous palates. My eyes were immediately drawn to the wafflestation. Tony, with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to please, welcomed me with open arms. He effortlessly guided me through the selection of fillings, offering suggestions based on my preferences. The breakfast itself was a perfect start to our day, everything was cooked to perfection and brimming with my chosen ingredients. His meticulous attention to detail, showcased his dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience. As I moved through the buffet, my senses were further tantalized by the assortment of fresh breads, cereals, yogurt, and fruit. The waffle was flaky and buttery, the yogurt was creamy and refreshing, and the selection of fruits was bursting with flavor. Each bite was a testament to the quality of ingredients and the care that went into preparing them. But it wasn't just the food that made this breakfast special. It was Tony's unwavering dedication to his craft that truly set it apart. He was a true master of hospitality, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. He refilled my coffee cup without prompting, cleared my plate with a gentle touch, and even offered me a fresh napkin with a cheerful ”Have a wonderful day!” It was the kind of service that made you feel like you were the only guest in the room. Beyond his attentiveness, Tony’s warmth and humor were infectious. He engaged in friendly conversation, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another face in the crowd. He shared his knowledge of the local area, recommending hidden gems and must-see attractions that I wouldn't have discovered otherwise. His genuine interest in my well-being extended beyond the breakfast room. He even went out of his way to help me locate a quiet area at the lake when I needed to join a zoom meeting, and because it wasn't hot yet, he told me about this perfect spot that had shade, and a perfect view of the water. This act of kindness, going above and beyond the call of duty, truly solidified his position as a standout member of the staff. I hate to be so harsh but this hotel has the worst customer service of ANY Marriott property I have ever stayed at. I stay more than 120 nights a year in Marriott hotels and have never encounter an unfriendlier staff. It started at check in. I checked in on the app and received a mobile key. When I arrived, I had to run inside and grab a parking pass. When I approached the lady at the counter I was met with silence and a look like I was annoying her. No, “hello” or “welcome”….nothing! Me…”Hi, I checked in on the app and received a mobile key, do I need a parking pass? Clerk…”room number? I gave her the number and she handed me the pass. That was it! I went and parked and walked back into the hotel. You literally have to walk RIGHT in front of the desk and she completely ignored me. I must have walked by the front desk a dozen times over three days and NEVER did anyone ever say anything. My coworker and I were joking about it every time we walked by. No, “Welcome Back,” “Hello”, or “Have a nice day!” NOTHING. When there were two clerks at the desk they would be deep in their conversation and keep talking and ignore you. You are in the HOSPITALITY business! Make your guests feel welcome! When someone travels a lot it’s nice to come back to a hotel with a pleasant and friendly staff. I’ve stayed at many hotels that were older and more dated than this property, but the staff would make the stay exceptional. Not here! As far as the hotel room itself, I had no complaints. It’s clean and quiet but I’ve never left a hotel and felt so unwelcome. Please get your act together and provide some customer service.

La Row è il posto migliore per passare la notte a Reno. Tre ristoranti in uno! El Speedo ha la micro-branca.

L'hardware dell'hotel è molto buono e anche la posizione è molto buona. Di fronte al cancello c'è un ristorante cinese a Taiwan 101. La testa di leone all'interno è molto buona. Altri piatti sono troppo salati, ma va bene così! Il casinò al primo piano dell'hotel è OK, non ci sono molte persone, questo hotel vale la pena tornarci, quindi ho soggiornato qui per due giorni

Rimasi a Silver Legacy per una notte dopo aver sciato a Boreal Mountain all’ora del giorno. Ho prenotato una camera gemella deluxe al 15° piano, che era bello, con una buona vista sulle montagne. Il personale mi ha detto che le camere prime erano situate in piani più alti. Penso che una camera deluxe sia abbastanza buona e a un prezzo ragionevole. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente con accesso diretto al centro commerciale e ******. Rimarrei lì la prossima volta.

Ci ci ha voluto un'ora per entrare, poi un'altra mezz'ora per arrivare in camera... c'era una grande linea per entrare nell'ascensore. E' stata la mia prima volta al circo e ho ricevuto un'ulteriore tassa per le tasse e i canoni, di solito mi fermo al GSR o al Hampton Inn e ho una suite che mi avrebbe costato meno stress e tempo.
