The place was kind of loud.  Also, the Trip.com app *clearly* stated that there would be no additional fees upon arrival. BS. There’s a $45 resort fee and you’re stuck paying it. I raised hell and got the $45 refunded by Trip.com

Great place to have fun with the family and adult time as well. Recommend

Hotel rooms’s sheets and down comforts are dirty, by the time I went to sleep around 12am I found a dot like blood on the blanket and comfort, try to call housekeeping they just sent me anther sheet and 2 blankets,I need to change by myself. I never come back.

Everything nice restaurants clean price is right ****** is large parking is easy.

Hotel was under construction when. Pool was packed but it’s a nice environment. Staff was friendly. Also they had a nice arcade for kids. Overall my stay was enjoyable.

The service was amazing. Everything was wonderful.

Had a great time! The room was awesome and I recommend taking the glass elevator. That’s enough reason alone.

Clerk at checkin was NOT friendly. Did not ask if we'd been to this hotel before, did NOT offer directions to the elevator, which are around the corner from the front desk, not visible and not obvious when looking for them. we wandered around with our luggage for several minutes before an employee helped us. This town has a severe shortage of taxi cabs, making getting anywhere difficult to impossible. There are no nearby restaurants, forcing guests to dine at their overpriced eateries.

Atlantis spa is elite. I highly recommend going for a session there.
