Hotel con parcheggio a Reno

Se c'era per un evento al centro eventi hotel era molto bello ristoranti erano grandi e divertenti , necessita mini bar e USB plug in camere ma diversamente che era molto bello decorato per xmas

Rimasi a Silver Legacy per una notte dopo aver sciato a Boreal Mountain all’ora del giorno. Ho prenotato una camera gemella deluxe al 15° piano, che era bello, con una buona vista sulle montagne. Il personale mi ha detto che le camere prime erano situate in piani più alti. Penso che una camera deluxe sia abbastanza buona e a un prezzo ragionevole. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente con accesso diretto al centro commerciale e ******. Rimarrei lì la prossima volta.

Quando si accede, aggiungeranno una tassa di $40+ ******. Non sono sicuro se sia per giorno o no, perché sono rimasto solo una notte. Tutto era abbastanza buono lì ma sono andati i giorni di servizio di valet auto. La stanza era standard senza lamentele, ma solo due per le cinque luci del bagno lavoravano. ****** è sorprendente che si sia aggiornato con molte opzioni di cena. Amorevole al Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chip shop (18 dollari per tre pezzi di merluzzo con chip).

I hate to be so harsh but this hotel has the worst customer service of ANY Marriott property I have ever stayed at. I stay more than 120 nights a year in Marriott hotels and have never encounter an unfriendlier staff. It started at check in. I checked in on the app and received a mobile key. When I arrived, I had to run inside and grab a parking pass. When I approached the lady at the counter I was met with silence and a look like I was annoying her. No, “hello” or “welcome”….nothing! Me…”Hi, I checked in on the app and received a mobile key, do I need a parking pass? Clerk…”room number? I gave her the number and she handed me the pass. That was it! I went and parked and walked back into the hotel. You literally have to walk RIGHT in front of the desk and she completely ignored me. I must have walked by the front desk a dozen times over three days and NEVER did anyone ever say anything. My coworker and I were joking about it every time we walked by. No, “Welcome Back,” “Hello”, or “Have a nice day!” NOTHING. When there were two clerks at the desk they would be deep in their conversation and keep talking and ignore you. You are in the HOSPITALITY business! Make your guests feel welcome! When someone travels a lot it’s nice to come back to a hotel with a pleasant and friendly staff. I’ve stayed at many hotels that were older and more dated than this property, but the staff would make the stay exceptional. Not here! As far as the hotel room itself, I had no complaints. It’s clean and quiet but I’ve never left a hotel and felt so unwelcome. Please get your act together and provide some customer service.

This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the ******** floor. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent.

The air conditioning was broken and while I understand this could not be helped the resolution was 2 drink vouchers. No information was provided when I walked past the front desk, I had to call down to the desk because the room was so warm and no update was shared with guests that it would not be fixed that day so guests could plan accordingly. I love Hiltons and will always stay at a Hilton when I can, but I will not stay at this location in the future. Communication was poor and after a long business trip and a VERY hot day I just needed to sleep which I could not do because it was so warm.

Ogni volta che ho soggiornato il personale è stato fantastico. Camere pulite. E devi mangiare alla pizza in stile Chicago con un tocco?

Questo hotel è un hotel aeroportuale perfetto. Personale amichevole, facile check-in, camere pulite, ristorante e bar. Il punto di prezzo è perfetto e la metà del costo come vicino spesso venduto fuori hotel. Sono rimasto qui per molto tempo e stanno consegnando costantemente un buon prodotto. Inoltre, la prenotazione su Trip.com è oltre facile.

I've had two one night stays here in the last six months and found this to be a well situated in modern property on the banks of the Truckee River. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, casinos are reasonable walk as well if that's your thing. Interior decor is very unique; not the typically sterile setting of many newer chain hotels. They have a patio outside the restaurant right along the bar, which makes for a nice setting, whether catching up on work or with friends after dinner. So large interior bocce ball and gaming area, though it was closed on both my visits. Nicely sized and functional rooms, with good water pressure even on the top floor. Far too many Marriott properties are yet to reopen their concierge lounges, but this was accessible 24 seven and had a great breakfast set up. Only negative notes were that trying to connect to Wi-Fi in some parts of the hotel just didn't seem to work. Well, I had no problem on my laptop, several of us had challenges connecting on our phones. And well plenty of water and soda is available for the taking in the lounge, I didn't find anywhen I walked inside my room. However, I definitely stay again if the tariff is reasonable.

They where nice and friendly the rooms where clean the maintenance guy Jeff was very helpful. Room was quiet and clean I will be staying there again.
