Siamo qui per una nomina del dottore e per un intervento chirurgico così presto mattina con i dottori a piedi era la scelta perfetta. Abbiamo una camera più piccola, un letto re e la nostra camera include una cucina, ha in realtà un frigorifero, microonde, piccolo forno top brunch, bacino, caffè e è amico per cani. Siamo qui per 2 notti e è molto conveniente , comodo, pulito, molto bel personale, camera da pranzo, tutto bene. Ci ritroveremo per la seconda volta di chirurgia in 2 settimane e abbiamo già fatto la nostra prenotazione

Non essere stupido dalle belle immagini di questa proprietà, è una proprietà molto sporca. Le aree comuni avevano lasciato cibo sul pavimento per diversi giorni, come cereali, le aree di scarico all'aperto erano sovraffollate e i pavimenti nella zona principale e nelle aree cucina della stanza erano sticky. Il colazione gratuito non era destinato a essere un pasto gourmet, ma era triste.Ci sono stati pochi pezzi di pane, muffin inglese freddo e un bar di cereali. Erano freddi e sembravano che li portassero fuori dal frigo e li collocassero in un caldo e li lasciassero sedersi, e sono in gran parte freddi e non riscaldarono. Abbiamo due camere da letto e un totale di cinque pendenti. Le pendenti sono piatte, come non ho mai visto prima. Le finestre erano piene di pendenti e potevano essere aperte solo leggermente, e le pendenti erano piene di polvere e di polvere. Il bagno si sentiva come se fosse caduto nel pavimento, si sentiva molto instabile. Questa proprietà era una Residence Inn, ora fa parte di Sonesta ES e la loro marca è molto bello e ho avuto grandi speranze per questa proprietà. State lontani da questa proprietà, non rimanere qui, è una merda e si sente come se fosse trascurato. Sono arrivato a Sonesta e prendono molto sul serio i loro commenti, se siete rimasti qui, fate loro sapere la vostra esperienza, così possono aiutare questa proprietà a raggiungere gli standard di Sonesta.

The place seems very unorganized. Tammy Adams is supposed to be the manager but we stayed 3 weeks and many things were not up to Hilton standards We had no phone , clock or desk lamp. I tried to call the front desk several times and let the phone ring at least 20 times each time and no one answered. I was a cancer patient and really was not well. I was taking meds every hour and a half day and night. Not having a clock was very difficult in the night. A friend sent flowers and she hadn’t heard from me so she actually called to find out that they had arrived so my husband went to get them. David, at the desk, said he’d come up to tell me but I he didn’t leave me sticky note on the door. If I had a phone , like at other hotels, I would have been left a message. We were told housekeeping would come on Thursday, then Friday then finally came on Saturday. I was really suffering and bed ridden. The housekeeper Allie was so accommodating and helpful. I want to compliment her. I asked about why she hadn’t come and she said she’d been assigned 413 not 415 those days. The next week no service until Monday of the following week then again on Wednesday. The day before we left. It seems like there is no house keeping supervisor. I do want to compliment Crystal who was serving breakfast and Wednesday evening social refreshments She is very friendly and helpful she makes sure the food is great. Home made cookies a favorite. Even though CRol Nicholson is the event manager, she is very friendly to the guests and staff. She helped us get our reservations straightened out because we had to stay the 2 weekends We could have been with out a room if Carol hadn’t fixed it. My husband had tried to arrange the reservations with Anita but not done right. A suggestion for the custodian. The lobby restroom floor was very wet after he mopped yes there was a cone saying wet floor but I suggest he be given a dry mop to use after using the wet one. A disabled lady had to use it and had to grab the sink. It’s not hard to dry the floor!!! I’m disappointed that the quality of this Hilton has dropped so much. We’ve been going there over 5 years because of my health problems.

I recently stayed at the Element Reno Experience and had a fantastic time. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to downtown Reno and nearby attractions. My room was spacious, modern, and very clean. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which made it convenient for preparing simple meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The hotel also has a nice fitness center and a refreshing pool, both of which I used during my stay. The staff at Element Reno were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or provide recommendations for local activities and dining. Overall, the Element Reno Experience provides excellent accommodations with a focus on comfort and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Reno.

I hate to be so harsh but this hotel has the worst customer service of ANY Marriott property I have ever stayed at. I stay more than 120 nights a year in Marriott hotels and have never encounter an unfriendlier staff. It started at check in. I checked in on the app and received a mobile key. When I arrived, I had to run inside and grab a parking pass. When I approached the lady at the counter I was met with silence and a look like I was annoying her. No, “hello” or “welcome”….nothing! Me…”Hi, I checked in on the app and received a mobile key, do I need a parking pass? Clerk…”room number? I gave her the number and she handed me the pass. That was it! I went and parked and walked back into the hotel. You literally have to walk RIGHT in front of the desk and she completely ignored me. I must have walked by the front desk a dozen times over three days and NEVER did anyone ever say anything. My coworker and I were joking about it every time we walked by. No, “Welcome Back,” “Hello”, or “Have a nice day!” NOTHING. When there were two clerks at the desk they would be deep in their conversation and keep talking and ignore you. You are in the HOSPITALITY business! Make your guests feel welcome! When someone travels a lot it’s nice to come back to a hotel with a pleasant and friendly staff. I’ve stayed at many hotels that were older and more dated than this property, but the staff would make the stay exceptional. Not here! As far as the hotel room itself, I had no complaints. It’s clean and quiet but I’ve never left a hotel and felt so unwelcome. Please get your act together and provide some customer service.

È molto vicino all'aeroporto, e il bus di trasporto è operativo. Il personale è molto amichevole. Le camere sono pulite e tranquille, e la pressione dell'acqua è soddisfacente. Non mi aspettavo molto perché era un colazione gratuito, ma ero così soddisfatto perché era simile al colazione che ho pagato e mangiato in altri hotel.
