I stayed here for two nights in March 2023. The hotel was located close to the venue of my meetings and more or less half way between the central city and airport. It took about 10 minutes up the motorway to the central city and about 20 minutes to the airport (early morning traffic). Across the road there is a petrol station and shop (for snacks etc). There is a Countdown supermarket and McDonalds on the other side of the motorway, just a few hundred metres from the hotel, but you would need to go by car to get across the motorway. The hotel is clean and modern and in line with the usual expectations for an Ibis hotel. The room was fairly large by Ibis standards. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs. My only complaint is that, on the second night, I returned to the hotel at about 9:30pm and the carpark was full. I circled for about ten minutes waiting for a space to become available, but that did not eventuate. I asked the reception where I could park and they indicated the public parking area nearby - about a 1-minute walk away from the hotel. That cost $7.50 for 24 hours. Be aware of this if returning to the hotel at night. I then went to the bar to redeem my drinks voucher but, at 9:52pm, the bar was closing and they wouldn't serve me. I could not get my drink or even think of asking if there were any food options. I don't think that closing the bar that early is good for customer service.

Ricordati da loro ! Mi sono fermato qui nel febbraio 2020 ( un po' indietro ma resta con me). Ero li con una cosa di lavoro così un giorno occupato. Tornai all'hotel alle 7:00, ho avuto un bagno e quando sono andato a lasciare l'acqua fuori dal bagno l'acqua non scorreva. Il prossimo punto, il buco nel mezzo del bagno, ha iniziato ad inondare la stanza con acqua ”smutata”. Mi sento terribile se sai cosa intendo. Ho messo tutte le tovaglie sul pavimento per fermarla da entrare nella mia stanza. Ho ricevuto una ricezione per dire cosa sta succedendo e che non potevo stare in camera. Devo dire che il manager della notte era molto utile per tutto il tempo, ma era ora 9:00, e dovevo imballarsi dopo aver lavorato tutto il giorno e volare da Christchurch quella mattina, fatto per Anche la nuova stanza mancava molti oggetti (tessuti, gel da doccia, sacchetti di tè, ecc.). Nota, lo sto solo postando ora perché la chiamata fredda di un rappresentante di vendite piuttosto insistente e superfluo di Accor mi ha ricordato di controllare quando sono rimasto qui. All'epoca ho anche detto nel messaggio di feedback a Novotel Ellerslie che non avrei postato a Tripadvisor. Ma poi, quando ho controllato questo, vedo che non mi hanno nemmeno risposto su quello che è successo o cosa stanno facendo, così altri non hanno sperimentato quello che ho fatto. In generale, un'esperienza deludente.

L'arrangiamento è quello di confrontare la nuova stanza, ma il sapore è anche ovvio.Posso aprire la finestra.C'è cucina, ma il nostro tipo di stanza non ha asciugamani, e c'è un microonde.L'isolamento della stanza è molto cattivo, molto morbida e molto influenzato dal riposo.
