Lovely welcome, although I think we were supposed to have our car parked except nobody was there to greet us. That was fine as we only had light luggage. We were staying one night only on a road trip through the Champagne region. The glass of champagne (Rothschilds) and plate of biscuits on the terrace was a great start. The gardens are lovely and fragrant. The building is impressive too, and the staff very friendly and attentive (and not too much either). The room was a premium one which was elegant, spacious .... but no view. I guess those are for the rooms of more than our £470 per night. There are more biscuits in the room. But there is no coffee/tea. I suppose they want us drinking in the bar, which we did, and it was wonderful. Yes, it's all overpriced but it's a beautiful place. We ate at Le Jardin based on reviews on TripAdvisor. Very happy with the meal, ambience, and service. The only other quibble I have is general at this is not the only hotel where two singles are brought together to make a large double. Why don't just have a double so there's not that horrible join in the middle of the bed? Everything else felt luxurious. I'd also just recommend not walking into Reims from the hotel. It's not the most attractive 30 mins walk. There aren't a lot of taxis in Reims (not when we were there), so use Uber. We also visited Veuve Cliquot (which I recommend) and Pommery vineyards which are walking distance.

Il personale dell'hotel era molto accogliente per la nostra necessità di un arrivo al colazione. Le camere facevano quello che avevamo bisogno da loro. Pulizia, e conforme al COVID. Ancora una volta, il direttore ha organizzato che il personale di pulizia ci lasciasse da solo e pulisse le camere tardi pomeriggio per noi.

I'd stayed here before so knew the score. A city centre hotel at affordable prices. Hotel has recently been facelifted so lookszamazing from the street but the inside is less up-to-date. Remember, if you want a centre of the city experience at budget rates then this is the hotel for you. Our room, 112, was a little tired. Extractor fans in separate bathroom and WC no longer worked, over-bath shower was fixed to spray the wall rather than the human, 2 electric sockets were faulty and the bedroom door was missing. Bed was comfortable - large twins pushed together. TV had no English channels, wifi cut out regularly and we could clearly hear the next door occupant urinating! Oh, and there was poo (merde) on the toilet roll cover - eugh! No kettle in the bedroom annoyed my wife. Car park was €13 a night but the security gate was broken and left open 24/7. Staff were friendly and helpful and a card in the.room from the CEO promised improvements in the near future. Did I mention it's right in the City Centre? Oh and I got a discount being ＞ 60!

Very clean, cozy and pretty. Reception very nice and friendly. I ate lots of sweets 😜. Location is fabulous and great value fo money. There is a parking just nearby, which makes things easier. It was a last minute but couldn’t be happier. I’ll be back ☺️

L’ultima volta che fummo a Reims, stavano iniziando con ristrutturazioni delle stanze e delle parti comuni. C’erano anche giovani con pennelli e vernice. Il risultato? Molto opinabile, specie le scale dove sembra che si siano scatenati bimbi con pennarelli. Gradevole la presenza della piccola piscina, comoda la posizione decentrata, ma non così lontana dal centro, più che comodo il parcheggio gratuito, che ha un ingresso con inferriata scorrevole, quindi sicuro? No, perché il perimetro ha ampi varchi nella siepe e qualsiasi persona può accedere. Cena: normale. Colazione: inferiore alla media, con elementi mancanti e disposti senza logica. Perché in un 4**** non c’è la cassaforte in camera? Perché c’è sempre carenza di minifrigo? Alla mia lamentela ha risposto con prontezza Matis (spero di ricordare esattamente il nome) che l’ha tolto da un’altra camera, l’ha sollevato e portato nella nostra. Difetto costante: la climatizzazione! Non è accendibile e/o spegnibile in camera, e nemmeno è possibile regolare il flusso d’aria (che arriva direttamente sul letto!) né la temperatura. Difetto costante: un inverno di alcuni anni fa non usciva aria, non dico calda, ma nemmeno tiepida e misero un calorifero elettrico !!! Deplorevole che la ristrutturazione non sia stata rifatta la climatizzazione!!! Gentile il personale. La valutazione delle stanze è “scarsa” proprio per la mancanza di cassaforte, di minifrigo, per la pessima climatizzazione.

Moderno, costruito per scopi, appartamenti con camera da pranzo, ma senza ristorante, convenientemente situato vicino all'autostrada in una zona industriale a vista aperta con vista distante del campo (dal terzo piano attraverso una finestra piccola). La stanza era molto pulita, molto spaziosa, ben progettata e decorata, con buon isolamento sonoro, così sorprendentemente tranquilla. Siamo solo mancati un caldo e una seconda sedia (esperati per una camera doppia da soli). Sembra che il desk sia solo occupato durante i periodi di check-in e check-out. Ci sono spaziose, parcheggio portato, che era gratuito in questo momento. Il codice porta è inviato via e-mail prima dell'arrivo. Bus in città passa vicino. Non si deve dimenticare che non ci sono ristoranti o negozi di cibo nelle vicinanze, e che, in generale, ci ha servito bene.
