I'm a professional travel agent and travel expert. I inspect hotel throughout Asia for 6 months already. Big hotel chains has hosted me for a reviews in media in my country. Bofore leaving Thailand I decided to spend some time on a beautiful beach Ao Cho of Samet Island. That's the most beautiful beach here with clear cristal waters and white sand. The resort itself is very old, Iean The Grand View Ao Cho redort which manages Tropical Samet Resort. And Tropical Samet Resort is a newly built part of it. The construction looks very good, but only looks. It is very bad done in details. I stay on a standard room on th second floor. Good bed, no furniture at all. No table, no any chair. So you will not be able to work eith your notebook for some time if you need. The shower is only the wall shower. So when you walk in from the beach you can not only just wash your legs off the sand, you gonna need take your all body shower. It's very inconvenient. For ladies especially, there is only one mirror in the bath room and there is no light to see your face appropriately. So, forget about making a good makeup. There's no safebox in the room. Pay attention to it! You will have to take all your valuables and belongins with you always! No any special place to allicate your luggage. No shelves. The good thing is that you sleep in a new bed. And the room is fresh. But it will be downgraded quickly because the quality of works is so poor. The locker in the door is electronic but it is shacking like it is broken. The restaurant of the resort is very expensive. And the service is very slow and bad. Today I had a dinner. There were only two tables occupied. I waited for my club sandwich for 30 mins. I also ordered hot latte and tgey brought me cappuccino. Ok, I decided to check and ordered latte again. Same. They brought me cappuccino, bitter cappuccino again. Although the restaurant has wide variety of coffee in the menu. And it's definitely supposed to understand the difference between latte and cappuccino. I waited for another cup of coffee 10 mins)) What could be easier to push the button in the coffee machine)) Also how come to mix ketchup and maionese? The chef, where are you from? Are you from far resorted village from the mountains in Thailand? For those travellers who wish to stay here and enjoy the best beach, the hotel is still in shape noting the fact that even bad bad resorts on the island are all full because of high demand now, I advise you to eat in a small cafe like a rasta-bar on the beach. The service is very quick, very delicious, even soups and 2 times cheaper then in the hotel restaurant. Have a safe and enjoyable travel.

Returned to Koh Samed again two years since Covid pandemic.The island resorts and business have been totally decimated by Covid.I stayed Vongduean beach and apart from a few Thai there was absolutely no one there.I felt so sorry for the locals as they’ Non ho avuto affari da due anni. Su precedenti visite ho soggiornato nei bungalow della spiaggia ma oltre BT3000 a notte ho soggiornato nel più recente blocco di camere che guardavano la piscina.Surprised they've kept the same prices as most hotels seem to be about 50% cheaper than normal due to lack of customers. La spiaggia e il mare sono meravigliosi con sabbia bianca e mare chiaro colorato azure. Come il resort è molto tranquillo, ci sono solo pochi dipendenti.La colazione è la normale stazione di uova, frutta,bacon, sausa,thai porridge più tè e caffè con vista sul mare. È un luogo fantastico per le coppie o le vacanze familiari, ma a mio parere i prezzi sono troppo alti al momento. NB To gain access to ferry/speedboat crossing to Koh Samed a negative Antigen test is required which you will be taken by side car from ferry port to local clinic takes about 20 minutes before you’re allowed to cross to Koh Samed. In generale, una bella isola un'ora di taxi da Pattaya ma le camere sono troppo costose.

Dopodiché hanno sempre fatto la nostra stanza ultima e super tardi fino 5.30pm. Anche quando abbiamo chiesto il più presto possibile 9.30 per pulire la stanza, ci scusano. Si', il vostro hotel è molto sotto personale, ma vi prego di presentarvi una migliore strategia nelle camere di pulizia, specialmente noi siamo i vostri primi ospiti, e abbiamo appena finito di informare la nostra camera durante o durante il soggiorno. Non consigliato per gli stranieri, solo 3 persone possono parlare o salutare in inglese, il resto non sorride nemmeno agli ospiti. Non consigliere questo hotel anche se la posizione è bella.

My first time to Ko Samet for an overnight, and I wanted a quiet getaway just to relax without all the activity. This place was perfect for that. Stayed in one of the beachfront bungalows, and while I would prefer that they didn't have the music during the day, it wasn't really that bothersome, and they turn it off by 6PM, so the morning and evening are wonderfully peaceful. Room #2 seems a bit better than #1 where I stayed, since it's set back a bit so a little more private. Had breakfast and dinner at Samed Villa next door, and both were very good. They have a Fire Show at 7:30. Also got a massage there, and that was outstanding. Had lunch at TubTim on the other side, and that was good as well. The bar is quite nice, and drinks are very good, both alcohol and non. Went for runs both mornings, and though the roads are quite hilly and challenging, traffic was minimal with plenty of space, so not stressful at all. Took a walk down to Sai Kaew beach, which is ~20min, and need to walk in parts on the narrow road with traffic. Definitely glad I chose the quiet area, since it was quite loud and crowded, but lots of fun nightlife options if that's your interest. They do have some construction going on during the day, which can be a little distracting, but again not terrible. I'm a little concerned that all the new construction may detract from the peace and quiet, but hopefully they'll be able to preserve that.

We hadden de kamer aan de voorkant met een fantastisch uitzicht op zee. De kamer was groot en de bedden waren wat ons betreft prima. Als je van rust houdt dan zit je hier goed. Behalve dat de kamers naast elkaar wel gehorig zijn. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. 's ochtends was er gelegenheid om op de binnenplaats koffie of thee te drinken en een boterham te warmen in de oven of het tostiapparaat. Het resort ligt halverwege het eiland, het is prima te wandelen naar zowel de noordpunt als de zuidpunt. Maar het uitgaansleven lijkt zich wat verder weg af te spelen. Een aanrader is om te kijken of het naastgelegen Sangthian Beach resort geopend is, want wij hebben daar een fantastische show gezien. De kamers werden niet vaak schoongemaakt, maar als je er naar vraagt, zal het waarschijnlijk wel gebeuren.

Le colazioni possono sembrare uniformi, ma calde per ordinazione e diversi tipi di. Inoltre, avere una macchina per il caffè per colazione è una cosa rara per gli hotel Yuva di recente. Grande posizione sulla spiaggia con tutto quello che ti serve a 2 minuti a piedi. Grandi spiagge bianche sabbiose. Molti bar e ristoranti che mai la spiaggia ti camminano. Noleggiare un scooter per un'ora o un giorno e esplorare. Bus di baht regolari proprio fuori dall'hotel. La stanza era molto moderna con ventilatore e con aria condizionata. Bella grande bagno, letto sul lato della ferma. Colazione a buffet non è niente di speciale con la miscela di thailandese e europeo. Tuttavia, questo posto è molto rumoroso di notte con musica molto alta fino a mezzanotte. Poi molto rumore di nuovo al 7.30am la mattina con tutti i dipendenti urlando, gli edifici arrivano e cominciarono il colazione.Abbiamo avuto un paio di giorni molto piacevole e è un grande luogo per dimenticare tutti i vostri problemi.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti come un passeggiato pagando appena oltre 1000THB per notte in un weekend di vacanza. (Camere di bilancio disponibili per 800THB). La nostra camera era grande, con un bel balcone guardando i giardini, un buon conno d'aria e un grande bagno bagnato con doccia d'acqua calda. Il letto era grande e confortevole con le lavanderie fresche, il posto è pulito senza spot - la ragazza amica che corre il posto fa un ottimo lavoro, sempre si sgombra, pulisce e sweaping. L'hotel si trova a circa 3 minuti a piedi da una bella spiaggia di sabbia bianca lungo un sentiero tranquillo. Non si è sul fronte della spiaggia ma ottenere c'è ancora un'esperienza di «shoes off» e si paga metà del prezzo che si paga per un hotel di fronte alla spiaggia. Era un fine settimana di vacanza quando abbiamo vissuto con molti di noi che hanno partecipato alla festa di Thailandia che ha colpito il karaoke, che sembrava essere torturato i gatti. La spiaggia di Wong Deuan è bella, ma qui c'è meno infrastrutture che nel villaggio di Sai Kaew e quindi i prezzi dei bar e ristoranti sono più elevati. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e goduto le spiagge e consigliamo completamente Bell House come un luogo di soggiorno.
