Lovely hotel in a great location as it’s right next to a mall. The rooftop pool was nice and never too busy with lots of seating areas. There was a large selection at breakfast with plenty of options for everyone. All staff were friendly and helpful and early and late checkout is available if you want it.

I recommend this hotel . good hotel and service.. one of the best holiday inn hotel .. very friendly staff and good service.. and hospitality.. I also got some good Indian food at breakfast

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is close to a shopping mall and close to some bus companies from where you can travel to other cities in Thailand. Breakfast buffet is rich and delicious.

Luxurious, but facility less than Plaai when compared at similar price; great rooftop bar

My first choice when come to Rayong. The hotel facilities are good as always and staff are friendly as usual. Breakfast is wonderful and plenty of choice for lunch and dinner at nearby restaurant

People are kind but club lounge food is getting worse. Also room was not that clean.

The hotel is located right next to the mall, so there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staffs are very friendly and professional. The room is really new and clean.

Totally enjoy my stay at Rayong Thailand thanks to this hotel, for me this is a MUST when you visit Rayong .. The Rooftop dinning place is spectacular and breathe taking
