Hotel in zona Karlsruher Tor, Rastatt

Good hotel for a stopover. Comfy room. Breakfast not available on hotel currently but breakfast to go was provided. This was a large breakfast with two rounds of sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit, cake, fruit juice, etc. Fed us for breakfast and lunch so excellent value.

Hotel fantastico e molto unico, in una parte molto tranquilla ma conveniente della città. Le camere sono molto grandi e hanno buone strutture, decorazioni molto belle e strutture molto moderne. Colazione è stata un'ottima selezione di cibo e bevande, lavoro molto amichevole personale che lo serve. In un bellissimo ambiente di colazione. Fantastico

Ottima posizione in pieno centro e vicinissimo alle famose terme della città. Stanze molto ampie e pulite. Parziale fornitura di set per bagno. Accoglienza e cortesia del personale alla reception. Disponibilità di parcheggio a pagamento. Disponibilità di wi-fi e TV in camera.

L'hotel è situato nel cuore di Baden-Baden, a pochi passi dal parco, diversi ristoranti, caffè e shopping. Abbiamo scelto una camera confortevole con letto matrimoniale (cioè due letti spinti insieme) che era spaziosa.Fortunatamente, la nostra camera era vista al parco e alla piazza.Grazie alla signora della ricezione (non ricordate il suo nome ) . La stanza ha purtroppo una chiusura dall'interno o dalla catena di sicurezza della porta che si sente insicura.La tavola di ferro e ferro non è disponibile nella stanza, ma solo su richiesta.Il colazione era bello, ma non con molte varietà di cibo. Il personale era amichevole. Il colazione costa € 28 per persona. È disponibile un parcheggio che costa € 25 per giorno.

We had a hard time getting to the hotel by car due to the Christmas market in Baden-Baden. in the end we parked 500m from the hotel. Maybe a note upon confirmation of the reservation on how to get to the hotel would have been good. We would've saved ourselves a lot of time and nerves. Our Sat-Nav just wasn't too good at spotting a better way to get there. Our room was in a separate building. Top floor narrow windy staircase - no lift. That could've been also mentioned in the confirmation of the reservation (travel light/not main building). The hotel parking charges per night. There's an afternoon tea which is part of the package (a small cake per guest with tea/coffee). The location is perfect. Quiet yet central. The room was large and clean, even has a jacuzzi which we didn't use as we soaked in the thermals for hours instead. not sure whether a jacuzzi makes much sense at all in Baden-Baden. it's a very nice touch but you could easily do without. The toilet had an issue with the flushing. The breakfast was perfectly fine with quite a few choices. But it was a bit weird that we were shown to a separate room to have breakfast all by ourselves while the rest of the people were in the room where the buffet was. The reception staff was really friendly, forthcoming and professional. All in all I would recommend this place and now that we know to to get there I would definitely come again.

Bella stanza pulita, con bagno privato, balcone con vista sul valle, bellissime letti da boxe, purtroppo non c'era aria condizionata, era molto caldo quando eravamo qui. Un piccolo frigo sarebbe utile, poiché l'hotel non ha un bar o un frigo alcolico nella hall. Colazione era semplice ma buona. La ricezione è solo un personale limitato, ma non c'è alcun ostacolo a questo. Il ristorante italiano è buono. Terrazza e mobili del ristorante possono essere utilizzati con un rinfrescatore. Tutti con un buon soggiorno. Ospite è amichevole ma ben prenotato.

Had a 6.00am flight out of Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airport at the end of our short break, so this hotel was brilliant. It is literally across the street. The 285 hourly bus from Baden Baden takes you to the doorstep. Quick registration and we were up in our room. Clean and spacious - no frills; it is just to stay one night before or after your early/late flight. One complaint.... the mattress was as hard as nails. Considering you only pay for hotels like these to sleep the night, it is always a mystery to me why hotels don't invest in a proper high quality mattress.

I have chosen Radisson Blu based on my many experiences with the hotel chain I gained in USA before pandemic, boy was I wrong to chose them in Karlsruhe. The room was clean and as on the photos, in order and ready to be used - that's about it. At the arrival I have informed the receptionist we don't have a reservation but that I could do it online right away, she promptly offered to do it herself, when I asked about the price difference I have been told ''it should be more or less the same''. Her booking was 151 euros, the online was 71 euros.. so I booked online with my phone right in front of her. We needed to leave early in the morning so we were happy to learn the breakfast is 6.30am so we confirmed our attendance. When we presented ourselves at the breakfast 6.30am sharp we have been told there was an error and it will be served later. So we waited, when we were allowed to access the breakfast the staff lady realized our room number have not been charged for the breakfast, we offered to pay at the check out as the wallet was in the room upstairs, unfortunately the lady would not bend the rule and insist on the payment before consumption. Early morning, with a hungry 7yo, after waiting already because of wrong information provided, that's not what you want to hear. Fast forward, we are about to leave just to learn the parking was not part of the deal - 17euros from 9pm to 7.30am. Unfortunately the whole experience was not over, my daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room, when I called the receptionist asking for options on how to get it (we were hours of driving away) I have been told they are ok to hand it over to a currier if I organize one. I am genuinely asking myself if Radisson Blu is still in hospitality business, the complete lack of focus or consideration of client's needs is just striking. I have provided my review to the Radisson Blu directly using the platform I booked with, they came back with automatic answer telling me they have ''taken care'' of the issues signed. I won't come back and I won't recommend.
