The staff are terrific. Anything you need they are eager to assist. The hotel is basic and the breakfast options limited but it is very convenient to downtown, surrounding areas and shops. Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The beds were more comfortable then most hotel beds and the location was great, being right by the interstate.

After a long tense day of driving, the room was a welcomed site.
It was warm, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was good with numerous choices.
The room had been paid for online when the reservation was made so I was quite surprised there were additional taxes due at check out. I want to know the total charges when I am choosing accomodations so I can compare options using the same criteria.

The property was fine. They seemed to be having troubles with their Point of Sale, which made check-in and check-out a little more complicated. Also the rooms were pretty hot all night even after turning the heat way down. The people above us were also running around all night. We never called to complain, but you can hear above you really easily in your rooms. Overall, it was a good experience. Breakfast was fine, the rooms were clean and fine, and the staff was kind. I'd honestly stay here again since it was so affordable.

I stayed on 3 separate occasions during December. I was pleased with all of my visits, except the last weekend of Dec 29-30, only because I wasn't checked in correctly & other guests were checked into my room. That meant unwanted guests at 4am.

The front desk worker was really nice and got me checked in really fast. The heater in the room was really loud and would no shut off until i unplugged it, the bathroom was t cleaned good there was hair all over on the floor, the t.v had subtitles and i was unable to turn them off, but the beds was really comfortable.

the heater in the room was non functional, luckily i brought an extra blanket .
The room never warmed up to more than 63 degrees despite the heater thermostat being set to 80 degrees all night.
It wasnt unbearable but it was inconvenient from a comfort standard and definitely inconvenient to go haggle over a new room.
