Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno di 8 notti in questo hotel. Ambiente cosy. Bella camera, pulita e pulita ogni giorno, grande e ben attrezzata, aria condizionata nuova e silenziosa. Colazione perfetta: uova preparate a richiesta + buffet vario con una menzione speciale per il pane fatto casa e la pasta da tartaruga al cioccolato fatto casa. Il ristorante è anche molto buono con una mappa con specialità indonesiane e italiane. L'hotel è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città: una piccola strada senza traffico fino al ponte. La vista delle camere del primo piano dà risate .... fantastico! Personale che avvertono e sorridono. Consiglio questo hotel senza prenotazioni. Se non hai un guide, puoi incontrarlo facilmente passando attraverso l'hotel.

Buon hotel a rantepao. Nuovo edificio, camere pulite, wifi ok, doccia calda, personale molto buono e utile. In una strada laterale, 5 minuti a piedi a tutto, più tranquillo della strada principale. Grande lobby tranquillo al piano di sopra per leggere un libro o rilassarsi. La colazione includeva un bel posto.

Location is good,Staff ok(one staff forgot arrange guide for me),Public area clean,but room old and not clean,have many Ant in the room(,do not keep sweet in the room),bath room spray very small water,and bath room door rusted.

it definitely has a cool ambience with the Tongkanen traditional buildings and mountains in background. Wi-Fi was strong ( important in middle of nowhere). I would give the breakfast buffet a 7/10. Bar area was nice. Nice pool area for kids. Things to improve on 1. Information. I was told I could have dinner in the restaurant at 7 PM only to be told at 7 PM that they had a special group there and I couldn’t eat there. 2. Checking the bedroom before your guest gets there. The toilet was loud and was running all night. 3. Checking the electrical. One light took 10 minutes to come on and then on the second night 75% of the outlets didn’t work for charging my phone. Just doing simple room maintenance occasionally would help. 4. Making simple adjustments. There is a little bit of a crack underneath the entrance door, and when I came back the first night, there was a giant slug that had gotten in which was kind of gross but at the same time I realize I’m out in the jungle. However, this wouldn’t happen if the door was fitted properly. Obviously, I know what to expect because the hotel is out in the middle of Tana Toraja but it could improve on a few things

The staff were friendly and breakfasts were good. We stayed 6 nights and most of those we were the only guests there. The evening meal ( which we had included travelling with Bamboo travel) was from a fixed menu, it had a good choice of local and international food ( local was the best) and portions were very generous. The bar and spa were closed and we didn’t use the pool as didn’t see any maintenance going on. The room was ok. There was an issue with hot water which they did fix quickly. WiFi was good in the lobby. The hotel could be amazing, it’s clearly suffered during the covid years and in need of maintenance which was sad to see.
