Hotel a Ramara, Canada

Le strutture sono più vecchie, il suono dell'aria condizionata è strano, l'odore dell'aria non è buono, e il personale dell'hotel non ha un buon rapporto di prezzo con la dinamica

Anche se ho vissuto in Canada tutta la mia vita, non ho mai provato a pescare il ghiaccio.Grazie ai buoni amici, abbiamo viaggiato a Orillia e abbiamo avuto un bel giorno in una cabina di pesci sorprendentemente calda e confortevole. Poi siamo andati a Orillia Quality Inn e speravamo che ci fosse un ristorante vicino. Eravamo molto eccitati quando ci siamo tirati su per vedere un ristorante e un arcade con auto da bowling e bumper!!! Orillia Quality Inn ha creato la serata perfetta per tutti noi (cioè 3 famiglie con bambini da 6-18yrs). Mangiamo (i panini di torta del funnel sono un tentativo da provare); giocato piscina e videogiochi; ma, di gran lunga, le auto a bumper erano l'accento della serata! Di solito le auto a bumper sono carini carini perché si bloccano tutti e è troppo difficile guidare. Le auto possono muoversi, le auto a bumper sono grandi, e il tempo era lungo. Così divertente!!! Anche se le strade erano fredde, le camere, l'acqua e la piscina erano calde e confortevoli, e in realtà si sentiva bene a sapere che le camere e le porte erano ben isolate, soprattutto per pensare all'ambiente. Il personale era così amichevole, difficile e utile. Anche i miei figli hanno notato quanto il personale lavorava duramente e i diversi ruoli che hanno svolto! Grazie Orillia Quality Inn! È stato davvero un soggiorno di Quality!

Il mio soggiorno di venerdì sera all'hotel è stato probabilmente il peggiore di tutti gli hotel. Questo è stato il mio viaggio all'hotel quando in Orillia. Il personale è fantastico e le camere sono pulite. Il venerdì si è svolto un torneo di hockey a Orillia, e l'hotel è stato prenotato con le famiglie e i bambini. Tutti i regolamenti e le regole comuni sono stati ignorati e la gestione non ha fatto nulla. Bevande (in ogni corridoio), skateboard e ghiaccio combatte dalla macchina del ghiaccio fino alle 1:00. I bambini di età compresa tra 3 e 17 anni hanno potuto urlare e urlare senza rimbalzo. Mi sono trasferito nella camera più tranquilla dell'hotel, ma non c'era alcun sollievo. Le auto del parcheggio posteriore fanno dei donut e la musica. Perché è consentito? Questo è un grande hotel con personale eccezionale. Tutto ciò è stato negato dalla direzione senza avere una politica per i fine settimana di torneo. Almeno si dovrebbe spiegare al momento della prenotazione che il 90% delle camere saranno riempite di patroni egoisti, crash che non hanno rispetto per gli altri.

This is not a 5 star listed hotel ! But I give it 5 stars because it is genuine and it was a pleasure to be a guest here. They deserved this high rating for warmness of staff, a clean and well appointed hotel. Thank you for a great visit.

Very Very small room, never seen a room as small as this one. Nonetheless nicely appointed. Linens were very nice, bed super comfortable. Bathroom recently renovated, modern and clean. Hotel staff very friendly. Overpriced for the size of the room. Continental breakfast was minimal at best. Prepackaged muffins, croissants, fruit cups! Coffee was decent but we basically had to go out to breakfast anyway. The limited parking is a HUGE issue. We checked in around 3:30 and had a spot in the tiny lot, went out to dinner and to a show at Rama. We arrived back at the hotel after midnight in a blinding blizzard only to have nowhere to park. They directed us to an offsite lot, two blocks away-not a big deal unless it is late at night and a blizzard out. And what about guests with limited mobility? The next morning we had to schlep our bags to the offsite parking, around 8 inches of snow had fallen. While cleaning off my car I discovered a $50 parking ticket, so I had to make my way back to the hotel again to present it to them. They said they would take care of it, but I have kept a photo of it just in case as it will go on my license if it's not paid. Upon attempting to exit the unplowed parking lot, the city went by on the street with the plow and a huge windrow blocked me from exiting. As I sat in my car contemplating who to call about my dilemma, a kind Orillia citizen pulled over, asked me if I was blocked in and proceeded to get a shovel out of his trunk and dig me a path out of the parking lot. He was certainly the bright spot to my morning! Would I stay at this hotel again? No, the room was way way too small for my liking, breakfast was a joke and the parking issue was inconvenient.

Sulla base di buone recensioni, ho prenotato questo hotel un po' fa per un viaggio di compleanno per ragazze. Io e il mio amico eravamo disposti a vedere la casa Leacock, il Museo OPP, la Galleria d'arte e altro ancora. Avevo scelto una seconda stanza (non ci sono ascensori), ma quando ci sono stati dati il primo piano, non ho avuto lamentele. L'interno dell'hotel era ben progettato. Sembrava essere stato ristrutturato. Ci mandammo nella nostra stanza 143, che era alla fine della strada, accanto a due porte posteriori con bar di collisione, e accanto a una sorta di stanza di personale. La vista dalle porte del patio era il parcheggio e alcuni camion enormi, ma non era davvero un problema. Il problema è emerso quando siamo stati seduti e dormivamo. Alle 4:00 le porte iniziarono a crollare, a suonare e a battere costantemente. Non era una volta, ma continua, quindi non poteva dormire dopo, e questo continuava finché non finalmente cedevamo, imballavamo le nostre cose e andava a colazione alle 6:30. Poi abbiamo notato un asciugamano all'esterno delle nostre porte di cortile che la gente sembrava scegliere di usare in tutte le ore. Ho ricevuto la ricevuta sotto la porta, ma ho fatto un punto di girare le chiavi sul desktop del fronte dopo colazione, per poter menzionare il problema.
