Hotel con colazione inclusa a Raleigh

Siamo rimasti a Sheraton per la nostra notte di nozze, è stato un bel momento e Celeste ha reso il nostro tempo così facile e piacevole! Ogni volta che abbiamo avuto una domanda su dove trovare cibo o qualsiasi tipo di attrezzatura intorno a Raleigh, lei potrebbe anche indicarci nella giusta direzione e ci ha fatto sentire così benvenuti!

La mia figlia di sei anni e io sono venuta a Raleigh per un viaggio d’affari per ragazze durante la notte mentre suo fratello era a letto lontano dal campo, una proprietà che è stata raccomandata da un collega che frequenta la visita. Non posso dire abbastanza, buone cose su quanto sia conveniente per i vari luoghi che abbiamo cercato di andare. Essendo fan di Wolfpack, la nostra vista della Torre Bell non è stata delusa! Inoltre, la nostra esperienza è stata fatta dal servizio del front desk, Dwight. Non poteva essere più amichevole e accogliente, soprattutto a mia figlia; chiese il suo nome e la usava ogni volta che la vedeva in proprietà; la fece la notte quando tornammo dal negozio e la chiamava. Egli andò davvero sopra e oltre per farla sentire comoda. Era come Eloise al Plaza!

Non era un posto cattivo per stare, anche se mangiamo solo tre volte per colazione, 1 l'ultimo giorno che era gratuito a causa della cancellazione del volo così hanno dato mia figlia e io colazione gratuita, ma gli altri due sono stati 1 comp'd che un amico ha ricevuto per tre persone in cui l'altro è stato pagato da un amico. Inutile dire, ho pagato $45 per un giorno di colazione che probabilmente è stato perché la cameriera ci ha fatto mettere la nostra stanza #, anche se ha detto che aveva capito che i nostri pasti erano comp'd. Purtroppo anche dopo aver chiamato l'hotel, Parlando con una persona che mi ha mandato al direttore finanziario con cui ho lasciato un messaggio, ma non ha ancora richiamato in quasi una settimana.

We stayed at the hotel from 7 October to 17 October. Every staff of the hotel discharged their duty efficiently and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. But special mention needs to be made about Chef Paula. Her kitchen management was excellent and she took personal interest to see that whatever we needed was provided for. Exemplary devotion towards her work. We wish her all the best for the future.

Room 716 was fine for a week while working in the 2024 campaign. Clean, Keurig, basic toiletries, good wi-fi, hotish shower, comfortable bed (with no bedbugs). It’s true that the room is sparce, just one elevator for 20 floors, the complimentary breakfast is a joke – the large dining room suggests there once was a breakfast that consisted of more than small pre-packaged muffins, coffee and water -- the bathtub scarred, the “Serve yourself” drinks outrageous and the front desk unfriendly. But the neighborhood is leafy and quiet and there are two good restaurants next door (Taverna Agora and Second Empire) and a good seafood a bit farther – 42nd Street Oyster Bar. I got what I paid for but my more discerning wife would have had us out of here in minutes.

Le camere sono ancora 100% pulite tutto quello che devi andare a prendere per te potrebbe voler un po' ma sarà proprio li' il giorno finale sono buoni amici per lavorare come una buona compagnia tutto Posso dire su di loro sono 100% puri amici persone che sono Sai come gestire le imprese e prendono sul serio il loro lavoro... sono stato qui quasi un anno e non mi lamento mai di niente cuz... Non devo cuz... la prima volta che sono stato qui... tutto è stato corretto. Quindi questo è tutto quello che devo dire su di questo. Avete tutti un bel giorno.

Wife and I stayed on July 13. Only one clerk at check-in desk and was on a long call with Marriot to straighten out a problem for another guest. When we entered the room late in the evening, AC was set to 62, but it was 75 in the room. Walked downstairs to tell front desk, but no one was there. We went to bed thinking/ hoping it just hadn’t been on long enough to cool down. Woke up during the night and temp had risen to 79. So that wasn’t great, but we didn’t want to have to move rooms at that point. so we stuck it out. No on at the front desk when we left, so I called later in the day and front desk clerk was apologetic, said they would get maintenance up to look at it, but didn’t offer us anything else to make up for it Other than this, we were really impressed with the room. Very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was really nice. Drinks at the bar were good…pulled real espresso for an espresso martini. Would have been a great stay if we hadn’t sweat so much.

The experience was excellent! The room was clean and large! The pillows and bed were outstanding! The BEST part of our experience was the customer service Rissa extended to us! I called the hotel several times before our arrival with questions and changes. . She was knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful!!! She made the trip a ten +!!!!
