Great hotel. Second time I have stayed here this year. Very convenient. Staff is incredibly friendly. Rooms are clean and modern. Reasonable price. Bed was super comfortable. Literally no complaints or issues. Easy access to restaurants or Duke University and downtown Durham were short Uber rides. They have a shuttle, but I didn’t use it.

Room 716 was fine for a week while working in the 2024 campaign. Clean, Keurig, basic toiletries, good wi-fi, hotish shower, comfortable bed (with no bedbugs). It’s true that the room is sparce, just one elevator for 20 floors, the complimentary breakfast is a joke – the large dining room suggests there once was a breakfast that consisted of more than small pre-packaged muffins, coffee and water -- the bathtub scarred, the “Serve yourself” drinks outrageous and the front desk unfriendly. But the neighborhood is leafy and quiet and there are two good restaurants next door (Taverna Agora and Second Empire) and a good seafood a bit farther – 42nd Street Oyster Bar. I got what I paid for but my more discerning wife would have had us out of here in minutes.

Comfortable, convenient, and priced-right, this Residence Inn is a great choice in Raleigh. While its decor is not trendy and up-to-date, the bed was very comfortable (which, I think, is more important) and our room was spacious. Better yet, it's close to the Crabtree Valley Mall, which offers a multitude of dining options. We stayed here recently, while Covid-related restrictions were still in place, and the breakfast buffet had been replaced with a pre-order system -- you must order your breakfast the night before you plan to eat it. We didn't do that, so I can't tell you how efficient the process is. But it's available. We were pleased enough with our experience that we plan to stay again. Recommend it!

RRae FrykbergSiamo arrivati alle 2:30 e abbiamo dovuto andare in camera, ordinare LYFT e andare a una riunione programmata per le 5:00. Il desk person ha detto che il check in tempo è 4:00 ma sarebbe venuto a vedere se una stanza era stata pulita e pronta per l'occupazione. Ha verificato che uno era pronto e ci ha permesso di andare in quella stanza.
Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel erano amichevoli e cortesi. Il personale del desk mi ha anche aiutato a trovare un app Lift sul mio telefono. Il buffet del colazione era davvero buono e ampio. C'era sempre una linea per cucinare le waffles che causavano una linea di spostamento e lenta. Forse ci sono più ferro di waffle. Volevo ordinare cibo da un vicino Panera Broad, ma il personale del dipartimento chiamato e/o guardato in linea per trovarlo era stato chiuso. Suggeriva che se avessi ordinato l'app Panera Bread, la persona che guida la navetta potesse portarmi a un altro Panera Bread un po' più lontano per prendere il cibo. Ho accettato la sua offerta, ho comprato un snack al conducente e le ho dato un consiglio. Ho potuto avere un bel pasto a mezzanotte.
I letti erano molto comodi. Mi piace la porta del bagno con vetro ”cloud” che permette la luce per l'uso della camera da bagno durante la notte. Mi piace l'uso di contenitori di sapone da bagno, ecc. che sicuramente tagliano sull'uso di contenitori più piccoli, parzialmente utilizzati e gettati - Vai via.
Una cosa importante che suggeriamo è che il segno di strada per la strada Arrow sia molto più grande. Non essere locali, la zona era poco familiare con noi, c'è traffico pesante e il segno di strada Arrow è molto difficile da vedere.
Altrimenti, ci piaceva stare in questo hotel.

La posizione era grande che ha fatto la sua sorpresa risalire dalla porta del dessert perfetto. Da quando era anche in celebrazione del mio compleanno.Anche il bar del colazione era grande.Grazie ancora. Ci rimarremo di nuovo qui

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato un soggiorno con amici per il gioco Carolina Hurricanes. Grande posizione, abbastanza vicino all'arena ma anche circondato da molti grandi ristoranti. L'hotel aveva un bel bar, che è rimasto aperto molto tardi dopo averci lasciato il gioco. ci rimettiamo se il prezzo è giusto per il prossimo gioco di hockey. Il servizio e la pulizia erano grandi.

Eravamo molto felici di controllare, il cameriere del front desk, Terence Jones era amichevole e molto utile con suggerimenti per cena e luoghi di visita. L'hotel era molto pulito, il personale pulisce sempre il lobby e la zona di colazione era molto pulita e ben stoccata. Il colazione era davvero buono, le opzioni sono un po' sopra un colazione continentale. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, il letto era super comodo, che è molto importante per noi. Grande pressione della doccia e temperatura dell'acqua. Lo consiglio certamente. Era soddisfacente.

CChaLoveI enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

UUtente ospiteEverything was great until...... My wife and I checked in Thursday for 3 nights. Upon check in, we were taken care of by Maria. Very sweet, attentive and had us on our way in no time. Thursday night was fine. Got up and went about our business Friday morning. Came back to the hotel Friday evening, head to the room and fell asleep quick. Then came Saturday morning. My wife is disabled, and we were on the 5th floor. We got to the elevator and waited about 4 or 5 minutes, and nothing happened. I called the front desk from my personal phone (the phone in our room wasn't hooked up) Was unfortunate to get a front desk person by the name of Kwamel. Very unprofessional individual. I asked if there was a problem with the elevators. He said yes, there were not working. I asked him how we were supposed to get downstairs. He directed me to where the stairs were. I advised him that my wife is disabled and not able to walk down 5 flights of stairs. In his own charming way, he had no other answer for me. I hung up and had to help my disabled wife down 5 flights of stairs with her walker and our cooler for the day. Took us about 25 minutes to get to the bottom as my wife had to take one step at a time holding on the guard rail with both hands. I had to stand under her so she wouldn't slip and fall. When I got to the front desk, I inquired how long they would be out. My wife and I were going to be at a convention all day but obviously needed them working before we got back later that night. Mr. Personality had no idea. I inquired what we were supposed to do if we get back and they are still not working as there was NO WAY my wife could WALK up 5 flights. He was very unsympathetic and showed no compassion whatsoever. There was another rep behind the desk. She kept quiet for a while which was probably better for her. She finally asked me to come to her. She looked in her computer and long story short, if they were not fixed by the time we got back we had a room on the 1st floor waiting for us. I would just need to clear everything out of our current room which of course I would. That reps name was Karen. She was very nice, polite and showed an interest in helping us. Kwamel showed NO SIGNS to help. He just stood there with his shirt untucked and looked like it had been slept in. Instead of being part of the solution he kept telling me no. Wonder if he would have felt the same way if it was his mom or his grandma that was disabled and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs. I called Karen later in the day and was told they got 1 side working but the other wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday (holiday weekend) I am very surprised they wouldn't have someone on call 24 hours a day in case something like this happens. Doesn't say much about how much they care about their guests. Got back to the hotel at around 8PM. We were greeted by Daniel. We told him what took place that morning. He was VERY apologetic and showed much sympathy. Kwamel should really take some notes from

Ci sono stati degli ospiti alti in mezzo alla notte, ma di nuovo, succede. Ci siamo divertiti. La colazione era deliziosa e le donne che gestiscono la linea alimentare erano gentili e molto dolci per noi. Grazie.

UUtente anonimoNon era un posto cattivo per stare, anche se mangiamo solo tre volte per colazione, 1 l'ultimo giorno che era gratuito a causa della cancellazione del volo così hanno dato mia figlia e io colazione gratuita, ma gli altri due sono stati 1 comp'd che un amico ha ricevuto per tre persone in cui l'altro è stato pagato da un amico. Inutile dire, ho pagato $45 per un giorno di colazione che probabilmente è stato perché la cameriera ci ha fatto mettere la nostra stanza #, anche se ha detto che aveva capito che i nostri pasti erano comp'd. Purtroppo anche dopo aver chiamato l'hotel, Parlando con una persona che mi ha mandato al direttore finanziario con cui ho lasciato un messaggio, ma non ha ancora richiamato in quasi una settimana.

FAIR WARNING This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel motel or nay kind of Inn. stayed at Red Roof for Dreamville in early April and this was the only ”affordable place.” As I look at the current prices per day I see that due to the event, prices were gouged by a large margin. That's not the surprise. This place was infested with roaches and ants. There was rust and peeling paint in numerous locations in the room and sounds coming from the lights. There were serious smells coming from the room like mildew or old over used furniture. The photos in the advertisement are FALSE and give the appearance of something better than it is. I have photos and videos in which i will post if this issue is not resolved. The staff was not present the whole weekend until Monday morning when I checked out and had to fly back home. As someone who has worked in hospitality and hotels for 15 years a full refund should have been offered but instead a very low and unacceptable one was offered. When I refused all communication from their end stopped and I was forced to battle this with my bank. Please advise this company breaks its own policy and does not rectify the situations being made aware by the guest, paying to stay there. Please do not stay here people.
