Hotel in zona एसएमटी॰ प्रभादेवी जे॰ नारायण पुस्तकालय, Rajkot

First room we were given was unclean and when I opened the fridge there was a MOULDY OPENED sandwich left there! We requested for another room, went to see it, and it was also dirty, DUST everywhere and very stuffy. The housekeeping ***ager saw us and did a U-turn down the corridor to avoid talking to us! Third room had a dirty carpet so they assured us they would clean it and call us back to check. When we went back the carpet still had clothes threads and other fluff which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly! All of this took ONE HOUR to resolve! When speaking with the operations ***ager - Rahul Rao - and explaining that this shouldn’t have been the case and we would like some co****sation for the inconvenience he assured us that he would speak with ***agement and call us back, so he asked for a mobile number which we gave and then told us he would call us back in 30 mins with an update. 30 mins later and no update, we went to his office where he was with another guest so we told him to call us ASAP. He told us he would call us in 5-10 mins. Which again he DID NOT. Another hour later when going to his office to check for an update and query WHY we hadn’t heard anything, he started raising his voice and shouting at me and us!! Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour and attitude towards customers. Clearly he could not take that he had been caught out and not delivered as per his FALSE promises. His ***nerisms were disgusting and incredibly rude, definitely not trained to communicate or deal with HOSPITALITY incidents or situations. After going back to the room we noticed that the bedding had stains and dirty marks, so requested for a clean duvet cover. The boy who came to make the bed didn’t know how to, and whilst laughing was desperately calling someone else for help. When that person came to assist they were still unable to change the duvet cover - this in total took 20 mins, by which time I asked them to leave, and my husband and I made the bed ourselves- only to realise that the new duvet cover itself ALSO had stains and hairs! We asked for another double duvet cover, and received a flat bed sheet, after explaining that we need a double duvet cover again, we then received a single duvet with NO cover. An extremely exhausting and frustrating experience, especially as we have stayed there ***y years ago when it was great! All in all this hotel is an absolute joke, not hygienic, housekeeping staff have no standards, and the ***agement are incredibly incompetent and rude! I would NOT recommend booking or wasting your time and energy at Imperial Palace - you definitely won’t get royal treatment!!! This is more like a one star hotel, we would have been better off in a hostel! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Visited the lemon tree Hotel recently and must say the food and ambience is absolutely amazing. You can get almost all type of food we even experienced live experience which was a cherry on the cake. The staff very kind and helpful and service is super quick. Overall a nice cozy place with good food

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte scorsa al sesto piano di questo albergo non troppo centrale ma neanche periferico. La camera era assai panoramica e munita di ogni comfort, cassaforte, televisione, un veloce wifi. La nostra stanza affacciava sulla parte posteriore ed era molto silenziosa mentre invece le stanze sul davanti, affacciando su una strada a scorrimento veloce, sono leggermente più rumorose. La qualità del sonno è stata garantita dal silenzio e dai comodi letti. Buona la cena a buffet, un po' più deludente la prima colazione rispetto alle aspettative.

Servizio è stato molto buono, umiltà del personale è stato eccellente, servizio tempestivo tutto ordine, risposta del personale di servizio è stato veloce, la comprensione del personale è stata buona, consigliamo anche ai nostri altri amici e famiglia di venire a sayaji , Jeetu, kuldeep,keshav,sukant,Anna, Revika, tutti ci servono bene

It was not planned to stay in rajkot but fortunately we got this luxurious resort and the mm t provided an excellent deal which pulled us to stay there. The krishna park resort is a well designed and maintained resort. Here we got luxurious rooms, swimming pool, gym, children park and many more which make the stay more fruitful. Resort has its own resturant and food court which provides a good food in good price. I can say it was an excellent.

I really love the place I was really happy and I have enjoyed everything there and I have click many more photos and videos dear I really loved the staff is very good and food is wow I really like it I hope I will come again with my family is my friend this is best experience in Rajkot I really like the cleaning this app is so polite...😀❤️ And :-) always and thank you all and best of luck
