Hotel is located approximately 45min away from airport. Room is clean and spacious, comes with bottled water for consumption. Did not get to try to food at the restaurant unfortunately.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and was very disappointed with the experience. The facilities at the hotel were not good. I had to call for basic amenities like a shaving set and shoe polish. There was no hot water in the evening and at night during this winter session, which was very inconvenient. I also received unnecessary calls from the spa to my hotel room. The food at the hotel was also not good.The breakfast area was too small. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Fortune Hotel, Rajkot.

Ottima struttura pulita con camere ampie , pulite con postazione the/caffe , prodotti da bagno. Ristorante a buffet perfetto con personale gentile e disponibile e varietà di cibo . Molto buoni anche i dolci. Colazione a buffet varia. Unico neo la piscina non praticabile perché piena di colombi.

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte scorsa al sesto piano di questo albergo non troppo centrale ma neanche periferico. La camera era assai panoramica e munita di ogni comfort, cassaforte, televisione, un veloce wifi. La nostra stanza affacciava sulla parte posteriore ed era molto silenziosa mentre invece le stanze sul davanti, affacciando su una strada a scorrimento veloce, sono leggermente più rumorose. La qualità del sonno è stata garantita dal silenzio e dai comodi letti. Buona la cena a buffet, un po' più deludente la prima colazione rispetto alle aspettative.

The rooms are decent and clean. Most of the staff is very courteous and approachable. Reason for 3 stars has to do with few things- asking me to find the other hotel room key which they need back before I could check out. I can’t remember the last time a hotel asked for their key card from me anywhere else in the world. I did give back one of the room keys I had on hand and the other one was either placed somewhere is room by my kids or returned, not sure. Secondly, their restaurant was closed I assumed due to timing and waited for their opening time, but then staff looked at us weirdly, however we didn’t realize it was permanently closed. And I can guess why because the food quality is mediocre at best in the hotel for breakfast or dinner at their other common restaurant. Highlight was seeing the bats from the cricket team. Wife wanted me to add that there were no wash clothes in bathroom. Staff is trying hard, but may need improved leadership to make a big difference from changing few small habits that can really impact a guest experience.

Hello I was come for dinner in restaurant Buffet was very nice. Also very nice food and good staff also the team is very nice and ready for help. Restaurant was clean and all staff maintain hygiene . Mital's service was very good. She was very helpful. Thanks to Mital for excellent service

Stayed twice at this hotel recently. Rooms are okay, but service could be better. Reception: We were checked in twice by Kanchan, she was honestly one of the most miserable people I've ever met. I almost wanted to ask her why she couldn't smile... Rooms: Comfortable, as expected from a city hotel. Amenities: Small pool area and sun loungers. Gym was fairly well equipped. Business centre from what I could tell was chargeable, not what I expected. Food: Not that great, and service was very slow.

It Was excellent stay, staff & service boy’s behaviour was good, nice food, genuine response from all, pleasant and quiet atmosphere, cleanliness was nice and hygienic, connectivity, location was excellent, rooms are well maintained and interior was excellent, overall I rate it as excellent

I have had an opportunity dinning with family at this restaurant while my stay in Rajkot. There was a plenty of selection of food from Punjabi, Gujarati to taste of Italy with pasta. Each member of staff greeted with a smile and a chief chef asked if everything was ok. I would highly recommend dinning here. Thank you, staff for the best service
