Although the staff was very friendly, the room was not clean. The bedsheets had wholes and the bathroom was quite moldy. The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the staff were also very friendly. My room was toward the road, so it was quite loud until late.

Four star property with 1.5 star service. We stayed in a Suite for a week. Spacious and clean. Great value. Breakfast was excellent and staff there was attentive. Front desk is an another matter. Chaotic at best. They say yes for any request and no follow up. Can easily be improved by continuous training program.

Hotel is ok from the city perspective in smaller towns. Rooms were clean and spacious but service was disappointing and probabaly the food as well. Bath accessories and towel etc was not upto the mark and even the quality of room linen etc Statyed for a night and ok but not great.

"Comfortable stay and quick service. Rooms were clean and the view was beautiful. The house keeping staff especially manager Venkateswara Rao garu supervisor Jagdish and house mens was very cooperative and helpful. Will be happy to recommend it to friends and family. Nice stay here, good staff ***** with nice hospitality, and moreover super behaviour of all the hotel team, I had stayed here in room no. 409 on 4th floor... house women Sunita supervisor jagadish was good and awesome

I am staying in Shelton Hotel very excellent and rooms comfortable. outside very beautiful location. Hotel food is very good and Housekeeping department room cleaning excellent Very friendly staff 24 hours service thank you i am full happy Housekeeping manager Venkateshwar Rao garu and floor boys. supervisor jagadeesh garu thank you thank you so much

Better to avoid this property if you like Hygiene, everything is bad here. No Toiletries , washrooms are little better than public toilets. Lenin is cheap quality and very poor. You just name it's bad.
