Hotel Ravi Kiran

I recently stayed at Hotel Ravi Kiran and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The absence of a mini-fridge and the lack of teabags and sugar sachets in the room made it inconvenient for basic amenities. Moreover, the presence of cockroaches throughout the room, including the sofa bed and dressing table, was quite unpleasant. The food, while edible, was only average. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations.

We stayed here on 21st & 22nd May with family. It was a very nice and clean place with fantastic swimming pool and delicious food all around. Complimentary breakfast was served very nicely too. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Service was very good. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ravikiran very much. Keep it up.

Property is 2 storied with elevator. We stayed in pool view rooms. Rooms were clean and spacious with a sofa Cum bed to accommodate an additional person. Very nice garden with slides and swings, etc for the kids. Swimming pool slide was just awesome. Pool was big and separate section for kids. Decent breakfast with 3-4 basic options. Food was delicious with good quantity. Staff is helpful and courteous. Varsoli beach is within 1 km and Alibag beach within 2 km. Totally recommend.

Water in bathroom and toilet is not in force. Very difficult to take bath with such force. Never experienced such thing in other hotels.

WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY FAMILY PERSON WHO WANTS QUALITY AND CLEANLINESS. WE HAVE BOOKED AN A/C DELUX ROOM IN APRIL 2023. IT WAS A THREE-DAY TRIP. THE FIRST DAY WE WERE GIVEN ALL THE TOILETRIES ETC. BUT FROM THE SECOND DAY NO ONE CAME AND EVEN ASKED WHETHER WE NEED SOAP OR ANYTHING ELSE. TO OUR SURPRISE, NO ONE ASKED WHETHER THEY SHOULD CLEAN OUR ROOM OR NOT. ALL THREE DAYS NO ONE ASKED FOR TOILETRIES OR CLEANED THE ROOM. IT WAS THE SHOCK OF OUR LIFE WHEN WE OPENED THE FRIDGE AND THERE WERE COCKROACHES IN THE FRIDGE. WE WANTED TO KEEP OUR WATER BOTTLES SO THAT THEY REMAIN COOL. THE BREAKFAST WHICH IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE IS PATHETIC. THE UPMA WHICH WAS PREPARED WAS NEXT TO HARD STONE, NOT MEANT FOR EATING BY HU*** BEINGS. POHA SERVED ON THE SECOND DAY IN THE BREAKFAST WAS HALF COOKED AND HARD. IT IS HIGH TIME THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF ALL THESE PROBLEMS WHICH CUSTOMERS ARE FACING AS I FEEL THAT THERE IS NO EXTERNAL CHECK ON THE HOTEL STAFF AND THE WAY THEY ARE RUNNING THE BUSINESS. THE PARKING FACILITY FOR CUSTOMERS IS TOO LESS. IF YOU PARK YOUR CAR, THE WATCH*** WILL COME AFTER 5 MINUTES INFORMING YOU TO PARK YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE AS OWNERS WILL COME AND PARK. IT MAKES ONE FEEL IF WE HAVE ENCROACHED ON THEIR PARKING AND ARE OUTSIDERS. WHY THE GUARD DOES NOT ACT WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE PARKING AFTER THEIR OUTING?

The best place to stay for overnight while travelling to Karwar or Bangalore from Pune/Mumbai. Mr. Rahul More their young Owner is a Gem of a person and very professional CEO. So is their staff who are well trained to take of customers and greet them with a smile. There was some confusion in the advance payment made to their hotel by us but the owner decided to give benefit of doubt to us as a great gesture. The food especially the Masoor dal is outstanding. Don't go the underplayed exteriors of this hotel as their rooms are large and clean and extremely comfortable. They have ample parking space and overall we had a very good and memorable experience. Recommended place if you ever go to Alibagh. Well maintained hygiene pools, cozy, spacious and comfortable rooms, well groomed and hospitable staff are the strengths of this place. Food is awesome. We went there in a group of 18 and the ***agement took u**ost care of minute things right from the time we checked in till we checked out. So next time when you are in Alibagh do experience it yourself.

We stayed in this hotel during last week of December ,we opted for their best room which is pool view room. Room was very spacious neat and clean .staff were very responsive which I liked most. Pool was clean and kids play area was very good .we were pure vegetarians so food was little bit challening for us but we tried couple of veg dishes and it was great. Overall good stay

I had stayed there with my parents ( senior citizens) and my son. The hotel honored my request of rooms on the first floor next to each other. The rooms were good but the food is excellent. Whatever cuisine you select the food is just amazing . They do have a very good chef. The breakfast spread is wonderful. They served a wide variety from medhu wada to sheera, idli to jalebi. The hotel staff is very courteous and prompt with their service. The ***agers Nilesh and Yogesh are very helpful and polite. Do try this hotel if you visit Alibaug. We had a great stay.
