Hotel in zona Nouzhat Hassan Garden, Rabat

Struttura bella e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite a piano terra con affaccio su un cortile comune, passaggio obbligatorio per uscire dalla struttura. Carina ma con delle criticità: la porta di accesso non si chiude bene e le finestre sono coperte con una tenda spessa che, comunque, in controluce penalizza la privacy. Non c'è condizionatore. Il letto è posto su un soppalco piccolissimo che consente a malapena il passaggio attorno al letto, non c'è spazio nemmeno per dei comodini, infatti ci sono solo 2 minuscole mensolette. La ringhiera della scaletta e del soppalco è bassa, arriva circa a metà gamba, se la notte vi dovesse servire il bagno,posto giù, potrebbe essere pericoloso. Colazione buona. La signora della struttura molto gentile. Insomma, bene ma non benissimo.

We stayed here as part of a group tour to Morocco, and unfortunately, this hotel was the worst hotel that we stayed at on our trip. It seems that in Morocco there is no standardization as to what a star-rating is in hotels. Knowing that this was a 4-star hotel and having stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in Casablanca on the previous day, we were looking forward to our stay at Belere and expecting the standards to be consistent. To our dismay, this was not the case. Our room at least was clean enough, although it was small. But our bathroom was filled with mold and didn't feel clean, and we had a weird mold-riddled tub that was difficult to get into and out of. There was no safe in our room at all. The meals there, frankly, were disappointing. Compared to the spread at the previous hotel in Casablanca, there was not a good selection of food, and the food that was served was not tasty at all. Staff in the restaurant appeared indifferent, and at times surly. The common areas adjacent to the restaurant, including the common bathroom areas were horribly dirty. The hygeine was definitely not up to any standard, and it left one wondering whether we would get sick eating the food at this hotel. And in fact, shortly after our stay here, my husband and I did come down with a case of traveller's diarrhea which only recently cleared up. The few good aspects to this hotel: The location is immediately adjacent to the Royal Palace, so is convenient from a touring perspective. The front desk staff were polite, sweet and helpful. The last positive is that when our tour arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel, we were greeted in the lobby with mint tea and yummy cookies. Unfortunately, all in all, everyone on our tour was thankful that we only had to stay one night in this hotel. We certainly would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Non all’altezza delle stelle assegnate e del prezzo pagato. Nella nostra camera il wc perdeva., dal soffione della doccia usciva poca acqua (abbiamo provveduto noi pulendolo….). Venti minuti per avere i bagagli e la vettura in un albergo semi vuoto. La scusa: non abbiamo abbastanza personale…. Peccato che si paghi come se il personale ci fosse… Anche se la posizione è ottima non ci torneremmo.

Ho passato una settimana nella residenza. L'appartamento si trovava al quarto piano, con balcone, iper pulito e confortevole! Il personale ha un vero senso del servizio clienti, sono accoglienti, sorridenti, efficaci, niente da ridire !! La donna di famiglia passa ogni giorno, basta chiedere all'accoglienza. La cucina è funzionale, ci è anche una lavatrice, un mini forno. È super ben situato, si trova a 7mn a piedi dal Centro Ariba. Super soggiorno, non esitarei a tornare !!

It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains, we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality

La posizione ottima. Hotel raffinato pulito con ottima scelta per la colazione per il pranzo e anche solo per un the del pomeriggio! Consigliatissimo per ogni tipologia di viaggio. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Le stanze sono grandi e luminose. I prodotti del bagno eccellenti

L'hotel è fuori dall'Atlantico, scena marina senza salto, servizio super buono, bevande buone e bevande, il cameriere ci ha mandato direttamente nella stanza, e ci ha presentato tutte le strutture, con entusiasmo e attenzione, meritano cinque stelle di lode!Il rapporto costo-beneficio è eccezionale, fortemente raccomandato!
