Hotel overall is superb with great amenities. Only poor or should say worse part is the breakfast spread and its service. Breakfast variety is not really good in addition to quality of buffet. Bakery not really fresh. No fresh juices only canned. It felt little low standard compared to property and prices paid per night. The best part is that the roller coaster is in the backyard of the hotel, heated swimming pool and in-house spa and great in house dine in resturant is thumbs up.

Very nice and cozy place for one or two days stay

Our stay at Shahdag hotel and Spa was a verfy comfortable and pleasant one. we would recommend this place to all fellow travellers. It's situated at a perfect location and the service and hospitality is also great.

While the hotel boasts a range of facilities and enjoys a favourable location, there are areas that require attention. The cleanliness standards are average, and some of the bathroom fittings are damaged, contributing to a water drainage issue. Notably, water tends to flow onto the bathroom floor when flushing the bathtub. And we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get the cleaning services to arrive.

Spa is amazing Rooms are good and view is amazing Service is terrible with the majority but some people are really nice. Food is really really expensive with limited options but i went off season so during peak season theres mich more variety. Breakfast buffet was good though

One of the 3 hotels on the main ski-in/ski-out plaza of the Shahdag resort; rated as a 4-star hotel - which is obviously met; good price/quality ratio for the moment.

Отель идеально расположен - выходишь к трассам и приезжаешь с трасс к отелю. Номера большие, удобные. Вкусный завтрак. Поужинать можно в ресторане наверху или в баре. По запросу могут принести еду в номер. Есть бассейн и сауна/хамам. В сауне выдают полотенца и водичку. Так же на территории отеля есть сувенирный магазинчик, прокат снаряжения и магазин горнолыжки, инструктора.
