This is a very nice hotel for big families. The kids loved the bunk beds.

Wasn't very impressed with the place. The people were nice, but it was always hard to find someone at the desk. They were just never at the desk and even calling out for them didn't bring anyone.
Especially frustrating was the fact that my mother was very ill and needed the elevator so I specifically asked at checkin about their elevator and was told they had one and there was no problem. The next morning I find it in pieces in the hallway at breakfast and am told it's a planned maintenance. Won't be fixed that day. I had to call my aunt from an hour away to come and help me get my mom down the stairs for her medical appointment, and it worsened her a lot with the pulling and trying to walk and hold on to the rail. She barely got to the ground floor. I don't care about maintenance but if I specifically ask about the elevator you should warn people.
It was average otherwise. I'd give it 3 stars for how nice it was but it is in a good location.

The hotel its self was great. Some of the staff weren't very pleasent but the night shift employee was amazing. He was very helpful and had great hospitality. The only downfall was the times for the hot tub and pool. We chose the motel we did for the hot tub and pool but were unable to use either due to the hours.

2nd time out of many that I stayes there where they gave my room to someone else late at night and had to deal with somone trying to enter my room with a key. Then my key no longer working after being disturbed. They cannot obviously keep track of the rooms occupied. They they proceed to tell me I didn't check out since my romm was assigned to another and never changed back after I complained about thme assigning it to another. Time to look for another hotel in the future for family visits.

It was a beautiful property. The room was very clean. We loved how the "Up North" theme was carried completely through the whole property. Loved the small details, like "tree limb" chairs, even in the rooms, "tree limb" edge finished surfaces and fun signage. The themed pool was fun. enjoyed that there was actually a hot tub.
Breakfast choices were a bit thin.

All staff was amazing very nice and helpful . Room was nice and clean I had a few outlets go out and key cards stopped working . E erything was fixed immediately!

The breakfast was a hot breakfast everyday as well as other options like cereals,bagels,etc the pool area had a nice hot tub as well as a pool table you could play. There was a bar area and coffee 24 hours and a spot you could get a drink of
Water. We would stay again.

Exceptional!! Wonder place.The attention to detail was impressive! Great staff,very accommodating and friendly. Awesome indoor /outdoor heated pool,sauna,huge hot tub and games.

This was one of my favorite hotel experiences on the drive across country. The rooms were exceedingly well designed in the timber cabin feel. All the amenities worked perfectly. Mark at the front desk was a champion and helped us out. The windows in the room open for fresh air. They didn’t overdue it with cleaning chemicals in the rooms like so many hotels do.
The whole vibe of the place was incredible and fun, we loved the sauna and pool room. Really impressed and would go out of my way to stay again. Price was $105 and very much worth it.
