Il check-in è stato un brindisi, come è stato fatto alla reception sul piano del Club. Il personale della reception mi ha aiutato a controllare senza saldatura e a organizzare che il mio bagaglio sia inviato alla suite angolare che ho prenotato per il mio soggiorno. La suite era grande e i mobili erano piuttosto nuovi. La camera da letto era particolarmente confortevole e spaziosa. La camera da letto aveva un cubicello separato e una doccia a parte di un bagno. Ha anche una passeggiata in guardaroba. Era anche tesa e pulita. Il personale di accoglienza sul piano del club è stato eccellente e ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze e ha accolto le mie richieste durante il soggiorno.L'hotel è in un po' di posizione riservata, ma è conveniente come si accanto a un piccolo centro commerciale. L'unico negativo era che la vista della mia suite non era del tutto piacevole, poiché si guardava in un quartiere poveroso, tra i prossimi blocchi di appartamenti e uffici della zona. Nel complesso, ero molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno e tornerò all'hotel al mio ritorno a Manila nel mese o due successivo.

Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

Sequoia Hotel Upon checking in, I was asked how many will be staying in the room and I said 3. The receptionist pointed out that breakfast is just for 2 of which, I didn’t have a problem with. He asked for payment for 2 nights which I paid using my card and asked for Php 2000 cash deposit which I said I’s rather be put on hold from my card. Oddly enough, we were only given 1 key. I thought maybe there was already a card placed in the card switch socket in the room but when we got there, there was none. So, was the assumption is that we each one of us open the door every time someone goes out and comes back? I requested for an extra key which took time so I made another follow up. After a couple of mins wait, someone knocked and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but 2 staff were holding out 2 keycards when I opened the door. Seriously? Room was small but nice. There was an electric kettle and cups, the usual hotel set up but they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea set up. A small thing for Php 4200 per night rate. On our second night, when we came back from a wedding, it was so upsetting to discover that our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I asked reception why and she said the key expired. Again - seriously? You get 2 nights room payment but cut the key for 1 night??? The lady didn’t even apologize but rather, said she will check on the person on duty when I checked in. Then - no updates already. After the key incident, imagine finally being able to access our room and discovering that it wasn’t cleaned. I called reception, spoke to a guy and again, I was told that “he will check on Housekeeping”. When asked if my assumption is correct that all our rooms remain uncleaned, he said “most probably, yes.” WHAAAAAAT? Waited and waited to nothing so I called again and a lady answered. She told me yes that they are already checking on what happened………….. so I asked her what I should do - am i waiting for someone to clean? Am i waiting for their feedback on what happened? Ang labo. Also reported na din our AC that doesn’t cool and is noisy. In fairness, Maintenance people went up right away. But they just told us that “every so often, when the AC / room reaches it’s max temp, the AC goes to eco mode”. What are they talking about? The AC never reached a cool mode since we checked in 24 hours ago. Room attendant finally arrived and cleaned our rooms one by one. Of course, we have to do room hopping while cleaning was on going. Convenient right? Not. Cleaning was so-so - used cups were not replaced. You’d still see a paper on the floor. Bathroom sink wasn’t wiped. But then, at least the room was “refreshed” for the night. Too many on duty on a Saturday at the front desk - apart from the 2 ladies (there was a 3rd too) at the desk. There were 2 gentlemen walking around the lobby, doing nothing. Uno dei pochi hotel che permette animali domestici a QC. Buono personale!! cibo medio.. Menu costoso... ma le camere sono spaziose e pulite... l'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era che ci hanno letteralmente buttato fuori dal loro lobby perché avranno una fotografa. Nessun avvertimento, nessuna considerazione... letteralmente “Mi scusi per lasciare o muoversi al caffè che stiamo facendo un tiro” sì. Non importa se non abbiamo finito di mangiare i nostri patatini e le nostre frittelle. E come introvert non ci piacciono le confrontazioni. Ecco la nostra recensione. Big NO. potrebbe non tornare.

Ottenete quello che pagate. Questo è quello che mi aspettavo che un hotel di bilancio fosse. Il letto era davvero bello e confortevole. La stanza era pulita e tempestiva. Sono felice che ci fosse una tavola abbastanza buona per mettere un portatile. E 'anche molto vicino a SM Nord e terminale/MRT. Molto bel personale professionale. Quello che non mi piace di più è il rumore/sono della stanza adiacente può essere sentito a causa delle fine mura e porte. Dobbiamo ridurre la nostra voce e non era molto confortevole sentire qualcun altro dentro un'orecchio.

È stato un ottimo soggiorno a Brentwood Suites! Ci serviva un posto per passare la notte per i bambini per rilassarsi da faccia a faccia le classi. La sua posizione è anche migliore per il giorno dopo non essere in ritardo dai gioielli di traffico. Il posto è bello, coraggioso personale dell'hotel, una bella selezione di cibo per colazione buffet e le camere sono pulite. Probabilmente preferirei rimanere qui nel nostro prossimo overnight!

Cordiali saluti, questo hotel ha un deposito cauzionale obbligatorio di 1.500 PHP al momento del check-in. Era in una posizione davvero bella, era in grado di essere nel bel mezzo di buoni posti. Tutto sembrava premium e la camera era spaziosa con balconi e il personale era così gentile. Una cosa però, l'aria condizionata della nostra camera era un po' debole. Lo mettiamo al livello più basso ma non rimane sempre a quella temperatura. Fa freddo, ma preparatevi a far salire la temperatura di tanto in tanto. Ecco perché 4/5 per servizi e comfort.

I’ve been in this hotel before a few times several years back and I believe it was one of the decent ones until today. Here are my thoughts: 1. Reception Area - When we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with an awful smell. It was like a wet carpet that didn’t dry. 2. Everything was really old and unkempt from the lobby, elevator, hallway and the room. 3. Carpet in the hallway was dirty, lots of stains. 4. We had a room key…literally. And we had to surrender it to the receptionist when we go out of the hotel. I mean what if our stuff gone missing? Will they be reliable for it? Locks were flimsy. It didn’t feel safe at all. 5. Room - We paid 3k ++ and was really disappointed when we opened the door. Everything is dirty. All the furniture have chipped paints. Carpet looked dirty. Bedsheet looked unwashed. The window was dusty that you couldn’t see a thing. Anything that has steel has rust all over. I think the good thing about the room are the aircon and bed. Overall, this is something I would never pay for 3,000php. 6. Food - Going back to the price, we expected to have at least a buffet breakfast but instead, we had a set breakfast. Although, they gave us an option to upgrade our breakfast to buffet by adding 250php and so I availed it. To be fair with, their food was good. Though it had minimal choices but it was pretty decent. 7. Staff - They were actually nice and friendly but they are quite loud. At the dining area, they kept talking in loud voices. During our check-out, staff continued chatting loudly. Overall, I’m not going to recommend this hotel because it’s pricey (not worth your money), dirty, and it smells.

Stavo qui per partecipare ad un evento. Buona posizione, ma hotel medio.La piccola stanza, ci ha preso un po' per il condizionamento d'aria per raffreddare la stanza, la sala era un po' profumata.Nessun doccia calda, sapone da bagno aveva bisogno di riempimento (probabilmente profumato come ruscello a causa del contenitore). Sono in uso cavo locale - nessuna mostra dopo 1am. Il bar di tetto era bello. Ha una buona vista. Il personale era amichevole e ospitante. Abbiamo la stanza standard per Php1,800+ a causa di sconti. Il prezzo normale era circa Php2,300+.

We were skeptical and hesitant considering the reviews I read here and other sites. I sent an email to request our reservation to be cancelled and refunded but was told that our reservation is not eligible for cancellation. We proceeded with low expectation but we end up leaving at 10pm in our pajamas. We cut short our 2 nights stay and decided to go home after I saw a small cockroach in the shower room while taking a bath. When we checked in we saw a dead cockroach in the hallway and its still there when we left considering that the housekeeping personnel pass by the hallway twice when we requested for a tissue roll and floor towel. The hallway floor also looks dirty 😔. We booked the suite room the biggest room they have. It was clean but not spotless, the bed was not comfortable at all. They have 2 smart tv in the room so its nice that we get to watch netflix during our stay but they only provided one remote and we had to request for extension because the tv placed in front of the bed does not have an electric socket available, we moved the tv against the wall to avoid any accidents because we have 2 kids with us. It was placed in an odd position but I think its more on giving an option for guest to lay down in the bed while watching. All the sockets are hard to use, we cant plug in our chargers. The sound proofing was nice tho, its along EDSA but we barely hear the vehicles from the highway. The bidet was leaking but they are prompt to send the maintenance to repair upon reporting it. We had to call to request to tissue roll when we arrived as there are no tissue provided in the restroom. Toiletries provided are cheap but considering the rate of the rooms its okay. We went out to have lunch on our 2nd day but no housekeeping came to clean and refill drinking water. Our kids did not get the chance to try the indoor pool because it was under renovation, the kiddie pool is open but it was very small and the vibe was gloomy. We were told we can use the outdoor pool at the 10th floor which I think part of the residential area facility, the walkway was blocked with a plywood and the vibe was so creepy. Our kids just took advantage of the tub in the room. They don't have room service and only serve plated breakfast so we did not bother to go down to eat breakfast. The lobby was aesthetic and have a chic vibe, the staff were very nice and polite. When we checked out at 10pm and reported the cockroach the manager was very apologetic and polite and I hope they can do something to improve the service and the facilities. The place is not really a hotel, its more on an AirBnB for 5k per night we can already get an AirBnB with fill equip kitchen and pool access. I wont recommend this “hotel” go spend your money elsewhere

Molti giorni dopo...Dopo qualche settimana, finalmente troviamo un posto per celebrare il primo compleanno di mia figlia. Il posto che troviamo è l'hotel Camelot. Possiamo usare la sala del re per celebrare. Il personale coordinato (scusami, ho dimenticato il suo nome) è molto attento e può affrontare tutte le mie esigenze e domande.Inoltre, il mio pacchetto è in linea con il bilancio e il luogo della festa è molto adatto per il tema della nascita della figlia. Il cibo è molto delizioso, mi piace tutto quello che offrono.La posizione è vicino a abs-cbn (la più grande stazione televisiva delle Filippine), molto conveniente.

La nostra camera è molto pulita, comprese le lenzuola, le stesse cose della bagno. Ci sono state offerte le attività di fitness e spa con mia moglie, la piscina è stata mantenuta durante il nostro soggiorno. Il cibo del ristorante Patio è ragionevolmente buono a suo costo, grazie ai rullini di pane complimentari. Parcheggio al secondo piano è molto forte ... ma non dovrebbe essere un problema per un conducente esperto. Grande vista dalla grande finestra nella nostra stanza.

Sono a California e lavoro per una delle più prestigiose università degli Stati Uniti. Sto scrivendo per far sapere al pubblico di un'esperienza positiva che ho appena avuto con la squadra dell'Hive Hotel. Dopo aver visto un show di Noel Cabangon al Mustache di mio fratello (lobby dell'Hive Hotel) il 30 settembre 2023, ho lasciato inavvertitamente il mio sacchetto con documenti importanti, libretti di check e contanti. Solo un'ora dopo che sono partito, ho ricevuto un messaggio dall'Hive Hotel che diceva che hanno la mia borsa e che la posso rivendicare in mattinata. Ho recuperato tutti i miei valori dentro la borsa, non meno. Che grande esempio di vera etica e carattere filipino lavorare! Più potere per la squadra dell'Hive Hotel!

L'hotel è situato vicino a 7-11 e ristoranti alimentari rapidi. Infatti, si può ottenere cibo da tutte le direzioni che si trovano di fronte al lobby dell'hotel. La stanza è pulita e le opzioni di trasporto sono facilmente disponibili. L'acqua può essere riempita al lobby di ogni livello. È anche una piccola piscina infinita che si guarda alla città. In generale, la posizione dell'hotel è fantastica. Nota che durante le ore di picco, potrebbe richiedere un po' di tempo per tornare all'hotel con taxi e le condizioni di traffico a Manila sono sempre cattive.

In generale, ho avuto una grande esperienza con l'Hotel Sogo Timog Avenue; il personale è stato incredibilmente utile, e le strutture sono grandi le cibo che ho ordinato sono tutte deliziose. La stanza è stata meravigliosa, pulita e perfetta per celebrare la fuga di una famiglia. Posso anche dire che questo è uno dei migliori rami dell'Hotel Sogo! Certamente tornerò a raccomandare questo a altri! Kudos alla gestione di questo ramo hai fatto un grande lavoro!

Durante l'epidemia, non ho prestato molta attenzione. La reception era ancora molto entusiasta. Non voglio dire di più. Sebbene le Filippine dicano che il prezzo della casa è alto, personalmente penso che una stanza del genere non ne valga la pena.
