Everything about the Highview was excellent for a skiing holiday. The apartments were comfortable and well heated. The kitchen facilities had everything we needed for breakfasts and eating in. There was a nice surprise with a Nespresso machine. There was a lovely spa to ease tired muscles after a day on the slopes. It was an easy walk into town. The beds were comfortable and warm and there was good wifi and a Netflix option. We could park outside our apartment. And the uninterrupted view of Lake and Mountains was at first astonishing and stunning to see each morning and through the day. I could find nothing to fault in this accommodation and could not recommend it more highly from the vast array of options for accommodation in Queenstown. The folks who run it were brilliant to deal with. We will be back here for sure.

Excellent quality and thoughtfulness in all details throughout the studio. Lovely view of the lake and the Remarkable mountains. Appreciate laundry availability and included in the price. Easy access to downtown by foot and parking if you have a car. we stayed in the middle room on the second floor. I like to sleep with windows open, which was loud due to road traffic and people walking by on the sidewalk. I used earplugs and the noise issue was resolved.

Paradise in the Southern Alps with incredible views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, and the Remarkables mountain range. The hotel has a rustic feel yet at the same time very elegant and everything beautifully appointed. Loved our room overlooking the lake and the comfortable seating to enjoy the view. Everything was spotless and comfortable. I would so definitely stay here again.

Il posto è collocato, buon esercito. 16 minuti a piedi al centro della città e gondola. Colazione gratuita e mi piace 7-9am. Il personale della signora, era amichevole. Pieno di parcheggio, vista sorprendente. Non aspettare molto che si ottiene quello che ha pagato. La stanza è semplicemente in ordine, abbiamo avuto TV, microonde, caldaia elettrica e frigorifero.Il bagno è piccolo ma che’’aspettato , la pressione della doccia è grande!

Close to town (5 min walk) , fire was on when we got there - place was immaculate well stocked and guest communication top notch. Apartment was above expectations, all in all made our stay in queenstown so easy. lucky we bought groceries when close to the airport as not many supermarkets close to queenstown but we would stay here again in a flash. - thanks Staysouth. Also brilliant LUMA was on - great weekend - will book again

The rooms were very average condition, but our kids enjoyed the big deck to play on. Staff werent very helpful and seemed noone knew what was going on, slack communication it seemed. I had also requested our family rooms to be close (twice) yet when we arrived we were on different floors! The man at the desk had no explantion or idea how to fix this issue. Eventually I called for the manager and she changed the rooms for the following night. The restaurant was unimpressive for the high prices also. Had much better meals in town.
