Splendid Premium Hotel

Five star experience. We will definitely come back. Breakfast was spectacular. Our manager Patrick was very accommodating. The team is very welcoming and polite.

This hotel is still not complete. A lot of construction still on-going. The first room we checked-in was not finished. Even the blinds/curtains on the glass wall between bedroom and bathroom was missing. Totally disappointing! But, I would give full marks to the manager and the front office team. They were very courteous, and helpful. They facilitate an early checkin without even asking! They were personally checking and helping with every small details of our stay, travel itinerary, tour bookings, food, etc. They were very cooperative and more than willing to offer complimentary cabs and drinks when we let them know about the disappointments around the room quality and facilities. To summarise, what was started off as a bad experience was turned into an memorable stay by a highly professional, friendly team!!

It was nice stay. Hotel staff especially Mr Jacky kindly supported for our stay. We had aircon trouble, sooner a staff arranged another temporary room for short stay. Hotel facilities are partly old but renovation has been continued. If all works is completed, it becomes more nice. And location is the best in old quarters.

I have stayed at this lovely hotel only for 1 night but deff recommended here. Beautiful room with easygoing location, near the lake and the old quarter. They even upgraded my room to a Suite room, very appreciated. All of the staffs are very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Anna, she help me to book the trip to Ha Long Bay and even some recommendations about North and South of Vietnam

Wonderful welcoming atmosphere. The receptionists and hotel manager accommodated our needs. The manager offered to look after our bags securely enabling us to travel lightly whilst exploring Hanoi. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice room and breakfast, extremely friendly staffs especially Jacky, very helpful and friendly.

The hotel were really clean ! We arrived late in the evening and we were able to check-in anyway. Everything was made for us to be comfy. Jacky was really helpful with every questions we got. Can’t recommend more !

Staff and location is top notch! But rooms need more work and when they say new hotel, it is not! Location is number one! Breakfast food needs to improve and have more variety. Jacky Hoang is the General Manager and you can ask him anything and he is amazing and willl get you what you want.
