IIreneLeeI am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well!
We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free).
We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea.
Wide spread of breakfast!
I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

SSarah Welsh1This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.

LLeoLeoXuFavoloso l'hotel, soprattutto le luci della parete sono brillanti perfettamente, ma un uomo di casa con un costume nero mi litigava quando ho preso 4 piccole bottiglie d'acqua pura dal troll al corridoio quando tornavo nella mia stanza ho anche detto ciao come stai a lei prima, ma non aveva alcuna gentilezza e litigato con me ha detto che è il mio numero di stanza perche' ho preso l'acqua da solo liberamente e mi ha accusato seriamente, è completamente sconcertato da me in quel momento che è esattamente un ospite professionale che stai trattando I vostri clienti, come il cuoco, quando si incontra domattina gli chiese dove si trova il ristorante per qualche volta, ma non aveva alcuna risposta a rispondere alla vostra domanda, è del tutto il gusto scomodo per il vostro hotel e sarà certamente diffondere il vostro buon servizio agli altri, grazie alla direzione, la signora Wang JieQing, che mi ha fatto tornare a una cattiva esperienza da me e mi ha mandato una piastra di frutta per alleviarmi un po' di ringraziamento, Hotel ristorante è fantastico abbiamo avuto tutti i nostri pasti lì per ogni giorno, soprattutto il pollo di cacao è il migliore del migliore dal ristorante mare è perfetto anche in realtà

In primo luogo, ha detto la posizione dell'hotel, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, meno di due chilometri, si trova principalmente nella zona più prospera di Joanhai. Ovunque sia conveniente. C'è una statua di marina rossa intorno all'hotel a un chilometro, la zona sceneggiata del fiume Wanchuan, La vecchia strada di Jiangxian, così come la strada di Jiangxian, è anche conveniente per la vendita. Devo riempire il bagno e il ghiaccio di Jiangxian quasi ogni giorno. Il tempo di Jianghai è un sudore per uscire!La stanza è molto grande, il piccolo bagno della ricetta è molto entusiasta e necessario.

AAndreaThe staff is really kind even if they do not speak English. The room (a suite) was of the right dimension, it even had two in suite bathrooms (both of them without a window). Also in one of the bedrooms (the one with the single bed) there was no window. The smaller bathroom stinks a little bit. In the room it was not provided free water nor big towels for the shower. On the balcony (facing an indoor lot) there was a place to hang the laundry. Really nearby the beaches and to the street with restaurants.
