酒店服務都很好，酒店有管家服務，有游泳池和温泉，環境優美，還有管家Bonnie貼心的提供了攻略和介紹，還有辦入住時的經理Shirly也很熱情，主動免費給安排了河景房和小童洗護套裝。晚上的煙花時間是20:00~20:30，在泳池就能看到，泳池非常大，邊上有温泉，遺憾的晚上時候因為陰天降温沒有敢嘗試，不過半個小時的煙花非常壯觀呢！！！此外，距離博鰲小鎮非常近，可以步行去享受美食，距離媽祖廟也很近，可以步行前往，同時領略萬泉河與海交界處海的波瀾壯闊與河的涓涓柔情，會議中心有免費接送。圖片是窗外景色，隆重推薦入住！

The resort is well located next to the lake and walking distance to Baishiling park. Facilities are well designed and are being taken care of with a good maintenance plan. We travelled with kids and got the two bedrooms suite, which was very comfortable well appointed with great amenities. Compared to the other int chain hotels on Hainan, the management is doing so much better- great service from the staff and even during rush hour they have no problems delivering. Breakfast and food overall was good, while common areas are very comfortable and nicely designed. The hotel is children friendly and have numerous activities for the young visitors including a separate dedicated venue for them. For a more fluent communication Chinese speaking companions would make things very easy. This is a hot springs resort open for day walk-ins; it looks like an independent operation from the hotel management and the staff may challenge you (can be rude) if you don’t wear your bracelet - I would say more training is required for the hot springs personnel to meet the level of the hotel team. Located on an isolated island with a good omen of “鳌”. Nice experience staying there with the remarkable views all around the island. The staff from the golf club were very rude not allowing visitors walk on the wooden walkway during the entire daytime for some bureaucratic and prerogative reasons which were non-transparent and unacceptable. The food and services were at average level comparing with others.

Vicino al mare, le strutture ambientali sono buone, lo spazio della stanza è molto grande, con piscina, buon senso di esperienza generale, rapporto qualità/prezzo, buono.
