Esperienza deludente a causa di alcune informazioni confuse sui servizi di ristorazione. Quando ho fatto il check-in alle 18:00, mi è stato detto che il ristorante principale stava già chiudendo e che avrei dovuto ordinare dal servizio in camera. Il telefono accanto al menu (e al letto) e la scheda del menu con le istruzioni non funzionavano. Ad un certo punto, sono sceso nell'atrio per chiedere aiuto. Dopo tre ore di tentativi di procurarmi del cibo, ho rinunciato e ho lasciato l'albergo per trovare un ristorante. Di conseguenza, non ho avuto abbastanza tempo per usare la piscina, motivo principale per cui ho fatto il check-in in hotel l'ultimo giorno della mia vacanza per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Qualcuno della reception ha cercato di aiutare, ma penso che ci fosse molta confusione sui codici qr. Potrei lasciare maggiori dettagli, ma dirò solo che più tardi quella notte ho trovato altre istruzioni su come comporre lo 0 più tardi in caratteri molto piccoli. Se fosse stato più chiaro, non avrei usato i codici QR che erano molto più grandi del testo sulla composizione dello 0. Il bagno era bello, ma un po' logoro. La colazione potrebbe essere migliore. Sicuramente non sembrava un'esperienza Westin.

I initially requested a room change for a better view, and despite waiting for over an hour, I did not receive any proper response or resolution. When I first arrived at my room, I found that one side of the view was almost entirely blocked by the neighboring building, which was not what I expected. I called the front desk to request a room change, but after 20 minutes with no response, I called again. I was told the team was checking on it. After waiting another 10 minutes without any follow-up, I called once more. The staff seemed to have difficulty communicating in English and repeated that they were still checking. Eventually, I was told that a room on the 16th floor might be available, and someone would come to show it to me. However, no one came. I waited again, then called once more about 10 minutes later, only to be told that the front desk was still confirming and that the new room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. At this point, I had already wasted nearly an hour of my time in Qingdao without any clarity on whether I could even change rooms. As a guest who chose your esteemed hotel for its reputation for excellent service, this experience has been highly disappointing. The lack of communication and inefficient handling of a simple request does not meet the standard expected from the Westin brand. I kindly request a formal explanation of this situation and an appropriate form of compensation for the inconvenience I experienced. Great breakfast, great location. Near the subway station so we got around easily and good price

Hotel location is excellent for tourist, very close to 4th May Square, Metro station is just 1 min walk from hotel entrance, very convenient to go around to all sightseeing spots. Room is clean & spacious, breakfast is really good with variety choices. I highly recommend Westin Hotel.

the location is best. you get to the hotel right at subway exit, across Shangri-la hotel and you can walk to Qingdao landmark in just 10 mins. the room was huge and nice and clean. the bathroom was separated into bathtub, shower room and toilet. it's a shame that we could only stay for a night and missed breakfast.

A wonderful experience in downtown Qingdao. The service was great and staff very friendly. The location was ideal to be near sights, shopping, and restaurants. My friends and I really enjoyed our time there!
