A great experience. The room was spacious and clean. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge stocked with refreshments. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room provided a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel location is not inside Vientianne city, please be aware! It is more than 1km to walk to Vientiane city! It is not walking distance to May fourth square also. However Didi is very cheap and easy accessible. Do not that not much food choice nearby hotel also, we touch down at 12am and only found 1 兰州牛肉面 open. It is not that convenient.

多年前就非常喜歡亞朵，全家的四件套枕頭不知道買了多少了，不知道為什麼現在的亞朵真的很讓人失望，服務別説熱情周到了，態度都很差，衞生打掃得也讓人不敢恭維，整體體驗完全掉了一個檔次，跟以前沒法比。以前每次不管去哪個城市，一定會定亞朵，感覺真的安心舒適。現在……一言難盡，失望。

位置很好，走路去萬象城15分鐘，去五月的風也不遠。真的是全智能。亮點是早點，好好吃！🍕！披薩！大蝦🦐！而且下午2點才退房？洗衣服也方便，在酒店的電視頻幕上可以知道洗衣機和烘乾機的使用情況。第一次住亞朵，喜歡！！

這次來青島旅遊，住的亞朵酒店體驗感簡直拉滿！必須來誇誇！ • 位置優越：酒店在五四廣場附近，出行很方便，走幾步就是萬象城。 • 房間舒適：房間寬敞又乾淨，佈置得很温馨。床品柔軟舒適，睡了個好覺。房間裏的小冰箱、智能設備一應俱全，細節滿滿。 • 服務貼心：從前台辦理入住到客房服務，工作人員都熱情又專業。有什麼需求都能及時解決。 • 早餐豐富：早餐種類超多，中西式都有，還有青島特色小吃，吃得超滿足。餐廳環境也很好，讓人心情愉悦。這次住亞朵酒店真的太滿意了，下次來青島還選它！

帶娃旅遊第一次住亞朵酒店，訂的商務雙床房，酒店位置鬧中取靜，去五四廣場商圈萬象城很方便，酒店環境衞生設施都很好，還給免費升級到11樓，高層城市風景也很美👍，自助早飯也很棒，還體驗了洗衣房服務，晚上洗衣人多需要排隊等候，酒店服務員會幫你洗完送回酒店👍。體驗感很好，下次來繼續住。

晚班前台小姐姐，態度真的惡劣，我在攜程上訂的，然後有會員我又去小程序看了一下有券，然後優惠大概¥30左右，我就申請了退款，然後酒店打電話説我以其他平台便宜為由申請的理由他們會扣違約金，然後我就讓我改理由我就改了，然後他説改了理由可以退，我就改了，然後後來路上頻繁的給我打電話打大概平台這邊還有酒店這邊打了接近10個電話，那個時候我在高速上，我説到地方説，很晚，高速很累，然後到了地方，他説聽他的就可以退聽他的呢都退掉，然後不聽他的就退不了，我住了大概幾年間，每次出差都選擇亞朵，然後住了也有幾萬元的費用了，態度一直沒有見過這樣的，這樣的服務真的給亞朵品牌抹黑，做服務沒有這樣的，
