An absolutely wonderful stay in the beautiful and scenic Nanhoran Arms . Charming and spacious hotel situated in the historic and scenic town of Newlyn. Majestic views from every angle , rich in culture and traditions. A very grateful thanks the wonderful staff and management of this amazing venue , thank you for your warm welcome and relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to the very talented chef and kitchen staff who appear to be able to make the most ordinary dish a gastronomic delight. Visited for evening meal only, very disappointed. Lamb was so tough I couldn't eat it, was surprised to see it still on the bill, along with a 10% service charge. Dessert was Eton mess and such a small serving. Left hungry. Overall food was of a poor standard indeed.

Stayed here with a group of golfing friends, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great value and lovely , the staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help us , the kitchen staff even made us a breakfast pack up because we had a earlier tee time , The sports bar in the back is also great Great stay and would definitely recommend

Used this hotel for a one night buisness stay. The hotel was very reasonably priced. Quite helpful staff . The room and bed was very comfortable and was very clean. A good sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The food was also beautiful.

We booked to eat here following recommendations and positive reviews however we were disappointed. We were welcomed to our table and despite waitresses walking past several times weren't acknowledged for a while. Our orders came out after a reasonable wait - 2 lamb burgers and 2 kids chicken nugget meals. The lamb was salty, accompanying chips crispy with no inner potato like the last bits you get from a chip shop. The kids chicken nuggets were good but the accompanying mash was like it was out of a packet. I asked for mint sauce with my burger and was given what looked like an extremely soupy bowl of mint. Even fizzy orange and coke tasted "off" and not like pepsi. Shame as looks like a lovely place and the few staff that we had interaction with were lovely but we were left disappointed.

Very nice clean and modern hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly, couldn’t do enough. Breakfast’s were delicious especially the Welsh bacon! Ate 3 times dinner in the hotels restaurant, large portions and excellent variety of dishes. Perfect in every way will be back soon !

Very comfortable stay - quiet, a spacious room, and a very good restaurant downstairs with generous portions. Staff were hospitable and service was good, especially in the restaurant. Would stay again!

We haven’t been here for a long time, but have a holiday home in the area so have been before, but I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review before now. We visited with our three young children ＜1, 2 & 3 year olds, after trying the other pub up the road (who had no chef on)… Initially it was a struggle to get in with a wide double buggy, but once we did eventually get through the door it was well worth it! The girls on reception were very welcoming & we received really good service throughout. The restaurant itself was pleasant, comfortable & clean with nice chilled background music playing. We ordered our little ones nuggets & chips from the kids menu & it was a hit with them… freshly made battered chicken pieces & nice (proper) chips. I my husband had the gammon & I had the sweet & sour king prawns with 1/2 & 1/2 rice&chips & it was spot on! We enjoyed it so much we returned the following evening & we’re just as impressed then too. (So it wasn’t a one off!) I had the same again, my husband had the Katsu chicken which was delicious. We can’t wait to have another weekend break in Nefyn now, as we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend
