Camera un po' invecchiata nonostante avessimo preso la suite Platinum Honeymoon: WC mal fissato ma riparato entro 24 ore, tracce di ruggine sulla doccia tropicale, ante dell'armadio del minibar mal fissate (fuori centro).
I materassi delle sdraio della zona Platinium sono invecchiati (macchiati e talvolta con cuciture aperte).
Cashback iGraal rifiutato da trip.com senza motivo... Peccato, non è molto corretto.

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno di 3 notti a HM Bavaro.. è proprio sulla spiaggia e tonnellate di attività intorno. La loro piscina infinita è così rilassante con una bella vista sull'oceano. La camera è decente e il colazione è sorprendente (soprattutto il Mimosa). L'unica piccola parte che non mi piaceva era le mutandine erano enormi e dure. Anche se la parte migliore di HM Bavaro è il personale! Sono molto calde, amichevole e ospite. Abbiamo avuto un'esplosione su un bilancio! Altamente raccomandato.

This is our fourth visit this time we decided to do a little bit differently. We love the adults only side but the rooms are a little dated so we booked a room at the Barcelo palace, premium level ocean front in building one, but spent most of our time, in fact, all of our time in the adults only section. The service in this resort is truly spectacular. The ladies by the pool, Belkis, Ava Marleny are truly superb and take care of you with wonderful service. You really don’t need to swim up bar with these ladies George and Marleny from the entertainment team always swing bye have a chat to you very welcome and invite you to do the Zumba etc.. The Buffay at Karibe is awesome. The selection is truly amazing the wait staff from one of the managers, Iris and Maria are such a welcome part to the day. The chefs are more than willing to make anything for you at breakfast not counting salads, cheeses and pastries. I counted 37 options , anybody who complains about this food he’s really not used to traveling I see a lot of mentions about five star you have to understand. This resort is a five star by Barcelo standards not by the international hotel ratings if you would compare this to a four seasons, Conrad, JD Marriott, or Ritz Carlton. Of course it’s not going to measure up, but at 350 at night all inclusive it’s hard to find fault . We met a lot of airline pilots and air crew at this resort. I think it’s fair to say that they are used to staying in pretty high-end properties. All of the pilots recommended Chez gourmet, and we’ve been a number of times. The service is exemplary, and the food is spectacular. My wife could not decide between lobster tail and château Briand so our wonderful server brought her both I must give a big shout out to Mabel and Premium services. She takes care of all our restaurant bookings. Make sure we get the room that we like, and always look out for us having an awesome It is true that the adults only side the rooms are old and in need of refurbishment and the resort is looking a little tired in some areas, but it is spotlessly clean very very well-maintained, and this price point is hard to beat We found our perfect four day vacation spot. We now arrive Sunday leave Thursday stay at the palace side in a premium level, oceanfront Jacuzzi room and spend our time enjoying the beach and the fabulous service at adults only side. I recently read a lot of reviews how people think the staff are surly and rude to be honest with you. I have always found that you get out what you put in , we always make time to chat with the staff. We tip consistently and accordingly and it is very well received. We find the staff at this resort to be exemplary. The lunch Buffay at Las Brisas is truly spectacular. You come ask the chefs to make anything that you like Please, PM me for any questions.

Questo viaggio è stato fantastico. Il resort era bellissimo e facile da navigare. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e la posizione è isolata e tranquilla. La spiaggia è bellissima, il cibo era delizioso, le bevande erano meravigliose. Tutto il personale era davvero cordiale e il servizio era generalmente ottimo. Ci sono molte opzioni vegane e vegetariane, il che è stato fantastico! Tutti gli eventi sono stati davvero piacevoli e nel complesso è stata una vacanza davvero rilassante e memorabile! Un saluto al direttore delle attività Miki per aver reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale!

Piacevolissima esperienza !! Siamo ritornati dopo 10 anni in questo resort. Abbiamo alloggiato nella parte nuova in una suite direttamente sul mare. Un posto dove puoi veramente rilassarti in assoluta privacy…. Camera super confortevole! Personale sempre attenti e disponibile!! Colazione ottima con ampia scelta. Ci sono tre ristoranti con ampia scelta, quello preferito da noi resta La Palapa , un plauso ad Andrea per la sua professionalità e cortesia. Un ringraziamento particolare a Jade e Moisés per la loro squisita disponibilità e gentilezza!!! Un posto da provare assolutamente!! Noi sicuro ritorneremo!!!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ha un collegamento in auto alla stazione 35, ma deve pagare 40 chilometri per la famiglia.Il check-out all'aeroporto ha anche un trasporto di auto e 40 chilometri per famiglia.Il tempo di aspettare durante il soggiorno sembra molto occupato e efficiente. L'igiene della camera è generalmente, i prodotti di letto per la toletta sono molto vecchi e non bianchi.Ma mi sento molto bene dopo il soggiorno.L'hotel è molto grande e richiede due giorni per familiarizzare l'ambiente. Mangiare e bere tutta la borsa, compresa l'acqua alcol, ci sono molti ristoranti, ci sono prodotti diversi da pranzo, molto ricco, frutta di mare è anche ricco, ci sono molti piccoli soggiorni che forniscono cibo e bevande in tempo non pranzo, insomma, si può trovare cibo in qualsiasi momento.Il panorama delle acque di spiaggia è molto bello. Ci sono diverse grandi spettacoli ogni notte, che è un posto inaspettato, perché non vedo l'introduzione dello spettacolo quando prenota la stanza.Mangiare e giocare in hotel è una grande esperienza. UUtente ospiteMi ha sorpreso di essere stato il migliore della mia camera e del meraviglioso servizio che ho ricevuto al Riviera Punta Cana Eco~Tourism Hotel. Per il prezzo che ho pagato, è stato il migliore in zona e perfetto per il mio soggiorno a lungo termine. La stanza era così pulita e ben mantenuta per le mie 2 settimane. Era comoda, fredda e rilassante e la parte migliore, ero a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, forse 3 se avessi camminato più velocemente. Ma ero in vacanza e mi sono preso in vera bellezza naturale dei terreni, musica e vibrazioni, e la vera cultura di tutti coloro che lavoravano qui. Che squadra! La colazione ha iniziato ogni giorno con meraviglioso e venuto con il mio soggiorno. Ci sono specialità locali e delle scelte di cena dell'isola, mangio qui più di qualsiasi altro posto. I cuochi che mi riferisco come Chefs come sono regali di fare ogni pasto una esperienza soddisfacente. UUtente ospiteOcean Blue è un ristorante di medie dimensioni. Non piccolo. Non grande come Iberostar. Tuttavia, ha un sacco di cena di buona qualità (5) sul sito proprio come i grandi. La loro spiaggia è perfetta con un sacco di cabana gratuita come sedere ombreggiato. Solo sorpresa è stata la nostra negozio di scuba era sul sito, ma la barca reale di immersione era 2 ristoranti in fondo alla spiaggia a Iberostar. A 10 minuti a piedi, nessun problema. Questa parte dell'isola un po' cordiale per immergersi. Piu' chiaro sul lato meridionale. Resort super pulito, sicuro e amichevole personale. Più famiglie e coppie più anziane. Nessun adolescente di Primavera Break! Molto consiglia questo resort per le famiglie.

VVidal ClaramonteÈ stato un piacevole soggiorno. Il servizio di assistenza clienti da parte dell'hotel è stato in generale soddisfacente. Tutto compreso che offre era migliorabile dal mio punto di vista. E per questo prezzo poteva essere incluso il trasferimento. Installazioni migliorabili soprattutto il palestra che non è adatto per quell'hotel, rimane molto piccolo e inaccessibile, sembra un labirinto per poter entrare. E il spa rimane anche in molto povero e non incluso nemmeno nella offerta del pacchetto di tutto incluso con camera superiore. Quando in Spagna il 90% è incluso entrambi i servizi, trasferimenti e spa. Grande hotel grande catena, ma il mio viso di soddisfazione per alcune altre cose rimane indifferente per questo motivo ...La varietà del buffet di pasto non era nemmeno troppo ...se compensa con il trattamento clienti e l'ambiente di spiagge vergine. Poi un dettaglio è la sovrappeso per i venditori ambulanti fuori e all'interno del locale ...fino ai massaggi ...

JJuliette BernadetteAbbiamo avuto un buon viaggio in DR. Il “hotel” è più come appartamenti, e le persone sembrano vivere qui anche. La piscina al tetto è così fantastica, e letteralmente la parte migliore del posto. La stanza è pulita, ma probabilmente abbiamo ucciso 4-5 cockroaches nella stanza. Stove era tutto rustico. Quando arrivava, la porta non si chiuse e eravamo due donne nei primi anni 20 che sono entrambe ＞ 130 lbs. Quando chiedevano una nuova stanza, “fissero” la porta e rifiutarono di darci una nuova stanza. Località spaventosa - non ci sentiamo al sicuro camminare qui in notte come donne. Inoltre, sono stati incastrati da un ristorante molto vicino chiamato “Bohio Punta Cana”. Colazione gratuita era fantastica. Nessun condizionatore, solo shampoo e “gel”? Nessun sapone a mano. La doccia sembra essere acqua salata.

WWILLIAMSSHEILAAll'arrivo ho scoperto che Trip.com ha sbagliato la mia prenotazione. ho prenotato una suite con giardino che offriva un letto matrimoniale o due matrimoniali. La mia ricerca era 1 camera 2 adulti che stavo dando a Punta Cana. suite principessa. il resort si rifiuta di fare il check-in con me e mia sorella perché un rappresentante telefonico mi ha detto che la mia prenotazione era buona per due. ho dovuto usare i miei soldi spesi per pagare un extra perché Trip.com non ha inserito mia sorella nella prenotazione. il cibo era cattivo, freddo e raccolto. il cibo fresco non veniva messo fuori abbastanza spesso. Le mosche erano dappertutto nel cibo. i camerieri della steak house erano scortesi e cattivi. Rifiuta di correggere il mio ordine dopo che l'hanno incasinato. Ho passato un'intera notte affamato. posto bellissimo ma non tornerò mai più in questo resort né prenoterò con trip.com

UUtente ospiteMy wife and I stayed at this all inclusive resort for 4 days in late December 2022. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and clean and the AC worked and the hotel was not too expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. On the negative side: - If you stay at the ”Royal” Hotel--which is the adults only part, and you are driving yourself, there are NO SIGNS indicating where that entrance is relative to the ”main entrance”...so we stupidly waited to check in for 20 minutes only to be told we were in the wrong lobby (which meant getting our bags back into the car and driving to the unmarked separate entrance). We should have known at this point that things would be less easy than we expected. - Their restaurant reservation system is totally screwed up (you actually have to QR scan each restaurant —they have 5— to make your own reservation—so if one is full then you go to the next and if that one is full you go to the next—totally crazy. There is no central restaurant reservation system. - Food is all you can eat but you would not want to. The sushi at the Asian restaurant was 95% rice and 5% fish. The fish offerings are mostly fried not grilled. The vegetables are miserly. Some restaurants simply do not offer a salad or vegetables. At the beach restaurant we ordered Nachos and guacamole and received a bowl full of nachos and one spoonful of guacamole! Water is served in small individual bottles which is so bad for the environment - We humored someone and let them pitch us their “exclusive travelclub”; big mistake, big waste of time, don’t fall for it - No one tells you that there is a check out procedure that is meant to ensure that you did not steal any of their beach towels……so I guess this is the kind of hotel/chain that attracts people who like to walk away with hotel towels….draw your own conclusions. - The staff are friendly but completely un-able to make any decision on their own or that might somehow deviate from their “procedures” (allowing you to sit at a table in a “closed off” area of a restaurant, redeeming your massage vouchers, expediting your check out, etc.

UUtente ospiteIl centro stesso era bellissimo, ma c'erano dei pro e dei coni. Più coni di quanto volessi. Piscina chiusa alle 6:00, quindi non c'era nuoto notturno che lascia poco da fare in serata. Bevande erano deboli, bevevano tutto il giorno senza effetto. Il cibo era il peggio. Il buffet è stato terribile e è stata davvero la nostra unica opzione, dal momento che il bar di snack è scappato da hamburger, viveva essenzialmente su chips e salsa tutta la gita. I ristoranti per cui dovevi prenotare erano una battuta. L'app di prenotazione non ha funzionato, quindi è stato necessario svegliarsi alle 6:00 per stare in linea fino alle 8:00 in speranza di ottenere una prenotazione. Il servizio non era piacevole. I lavoratori hanno avuto un contatto oculare con voi e vi siete sempre sentiti disturbati quando si chiedevano una bevanda o si chiedevano una domanda. Il resort ha potenziale se lo fermano sul servizio, alimenti, bevande e intrattenimento.

UUtente ospite!!! FINGER WEG BESONDERS FÜR TOURISTEN AUS EUROPA !!! Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht bin vom Hotel und der Umgebung hier. So hätten wir uns unseren Urlaub nicht vorgestellt. Aber zuerst zu den positiven Punkten: Positiv war: - Sauberkeit der Zimmer 7/10 - Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals 9/10 - Sauberkeit Pool 8/10 - Qualität und Angebot des Essens 7/10 Negativ war: Strand und Meer 1/10 Ein Grund warum Menschen dieser Welt die dominikanische Republik bereisen sind bestimmt die traumhaften Strände. Leider war dem überhaupt nicht so. Die vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellten Strände waren komplett zugemüllt, voll mit Seegras und im Wasser konnte man kaum schwimmen vor lauter Seegras. Nebst dem, dass dies total ekelhaft war, sehe ich als Rettungsschwimmer auch eine Gefahr in solchem Gewässer überhaupt zu baden da die Bewegungsfreiheit stark eingeschränkt ist. Als wir das Management des Hotels darauf aufmerksam machten, sagten sie uns dass es Ihnen leid tut aber sie nichts dagegen tun können. Ich finde das eine Lüge da das Arbeitspersonal den Strand reinigen hätte können. Für uns war der Strand, sowie das Meer völlig unzumutbar. Personal und Management 3/10 Sehr freundlich, aber keiner spricht auch nur 1 Wort Deutsch. Bei einem 5 Sterne Standard ist eine Dienstleistung, die man in Anspruch nehmen darf. Ich empfand das Personal leider auch durchgehend schlecht gelaunt, bis auf einige wenige. Trotz zahlreicher versuche mit dem Management über die Missstände zu sprechen, wurden wir immer dreist abgewimmelt und darauf verwiesen zu warten. So verbrachte ich schlussendlich 4 Stunden meines Urlaubs in der Hotellobby. Die Beschwerden wurden belächelt aber nichts passierte. Eine weitere Respektlosigkeit dieses Hotels. Aktivitäten vom Hotel aus 2/10 Massentourismusattraktionen auf völlig veralteten, Sicherheitsriskanten, maximal umweltunfreundlichen und überteuerten Touren. So kann man das Angebot rund ums Hotel beschreiben. Leider bietet das Hotel von sich aus nur Tourenan die doppelt so teuer sind wie im Internet zu finden, über die Qualität möchte ich wirklich nichts mehr sagen, ausser unterste Schublade. Es gibt keine Möglichkeiten zu tauchen, Kitesurfen, Wakeboarden oder anderer Extremsportarten. Das Undercover Kinderhotel Leider wird man auch beim Hotel verarscht. Das Hotel teilt sich nämlich das Grundstück mit Nickelodeon. Dies führt dazu, dass es sehr viele Kinder hat und sehr viele Kinderattraktionen. Ich habe nichts gegen Kinder aber als Geschäftsmann möchte man einfach seine Ruhe in den Ferien geniessen und nicht permanent irgendwelchen Clowns, Kinderlieder, Hüpfburgen, Urin in den Pools und dem Geschrei ausgesetzt sein. Mittouristen im Hotel Ein weiterer Punkt war dass ich das Gefühl hatte der einzige Europäer zu sein. Alle sprachen Spanisch. Aus Europa schien tatsächlich gar niemand zu kommen. Wir waren auch die einzigen hellhäutigen. Ich habe da absolut nicht dagegen aber etwas komisch war das schon. Fazit L
