Hotel in zona DOMITAI PARK, Punta Cana

Il primo giorno del mio soggiorno, ho controllato per la prima volta il gabinetto del gabinetto. Il gabinetto del gabinetto non era pulito e disinfettato. Ho pulito il gabinetto con la carta igienica e c'erano macchie gialle di urina sulla carta igienica. Il caffè, il mate e lo zucchero in camera non vengono sostituiti in tempo ogni giorno. È perfetto, ma il servizio è stato cattivo, ho chiesto che lo shampoo ci volesse più di un'ora per portarlo dopo quattro chiamate.Tutto era bellissimo e il personale era carino.

Magnifico spazio pubblico, molto ben tenuto. Ristoranti molto buoni. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Spiaggia magnifica rispetto alle spiagge di altri hotel. Camera un po' invecchiata nonostante avessimo preso la suite Platinum Honeymoon: WC mal fissato ma riparato entro 24 ore, tracce di ruggine sulla doccia tropicale, ante dell'armadio del minibar mal fissate (fuori centro). I materassi delle sdraio della zona Platinium sono invecchiati (macchiati e talvolta con cuciture aperte). Cashback iGraal rifiutato da trip.com senza motivo... Peccato, non è molto corretto.

This is our fourth visit this time we decided to do a little bit differently. We love the adults only side but the rooms are a little dated so we booked a room at the Barcelo palace, premium level ocean front in building one, but spent most of our time, in fact, all of our time in the adults only section. The service in this resort is truly spectacular. The ladies by the pool, Belkis, Ava Marleny are truly superb and take care of you with wonderful service. You really don’t need to swim up bar with these ladies George and Marleny from the entertainment team always swing bye have a chat to you very welcome and invite you to do the Zumba etc.. The Buffay at Karibe is awesome. The selection is truly amazing the wait staff from one of the managers, Iris and Maria are such a welcome part to the day. The chefs are more than willing to make anything for you at breakfast not counting salads, cheeses and pastries. I counted 37 options , anybody who complains about this food he’s really not used to traveling I see a lot of mentions about five star you have to understand. This resort is a five star by Barcelo standards not by the international hotel ratings if you would compare this to a four seasons, Conrad, JD Marriott, or Ritz Carlton. Of course it’s not going to measure up, but at 350 at night all inclusive it’s hard to find fault . We met a lot of airline pilots and air crew at this resort. I think it’s fair to say that they are used to staying in pretty high-end properties. All of the pilots recommended Chez gourmet, and we’ve been a number of times. The service is exemplary, and the food is spectacular. My wife could not decide between lobster tail and château Briand so our wonderful server brought her both I must give a big shout out to Mabel and Premium services. She takes care of all our restaurant bookings. Make sure we get the room that we like, and always look out for us having an awesome It is true that the adults only side the rooms are old and in need of refurbishment and the resort is looking a little tired in some areas, but it is spotlessly clean very very well-maintained, and this price point is hard to beat We found our perfect four day vacation spot. We now arrive Sunday leave Thursday stay at the palace side in a premium level, oceanfront Jacuzzi room and spend our time enjoying the beach and the fabulous service at adults only side. I recently read a lot of reviews how people think the staff are surly and rude to be honest with you. I have always found that you get out what you put in , we always make time to chat with the staff. We tip consistently and accordingly and it is very well received. We find the staff at this resort to be exemplary. The lunch Buffay at Las Brisas is truly spectacular. You come ask the chefs to make anything that you like Please, PM me for any questions.

È fantastico, la spiaggia e la vista sul mare sono molto belle e il cibo è ricco.

Finora va tutto bene, bella piscina, anche palestra OK. TV e WiFi disastrosi. TV Problematico con Internet, molto fastidioso perché Internet era troppo lento, una notte anche un fallimento totale. Attenzione agli extra. Ad esempio, il check-out posticipato fino alle 15:00 costa 25 USD più il 18% di tasse più il 10% di costi di servizio, follia???? E attenzione alla prenotazione ingannevole. Perché le camere con vista giardino sono in realtà sul lato della strada, quindi niente giardino. Solo le camere lato piscina dispongono di giardino, ecc. I prezzi del ristorante sono molto alti a causa di tasse e commissioni aggiuntive.

Questo viaggio è stato fantastico. Il resort era bellissimo e facile da navigare. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e la posizione è isolata e tranquilla. La spiaggia è bellissima, il cibo era delizioso, le bevande erano meravigliose. Tutto il personale era davvero cordiale e il servizio era generalmente ottimo. Ci sono molte opzioni vegane e vegetariane, il che è stato fantastico! Tutti gli eventi sono stati davvero piacevoli e nel complesso è stata una vacanza davvero rilassante e memorabile! Un saluto al direttore delle attività Miki per aver reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale!

What a fabulous vacation for our family of 5! This resort is gorgeous and every single staff member was friendly, kind and eager to make our experience wonderful. I have 3 teenagers who had free reign throughout the resort. There was so much to do and it was very safe. We loved the waterpark, nightly entertainment, Hobie boats and my youngest also spent quite a bit of time in the teen club where he made several friends. The Club Pool was our favorite! The food was very good. We had a great meal at every restaurant and even enjoyed the food truck nachos! Getting a table was never an issue. We had connecting club swim outs and used them multiple times per day. We loved being able to transition from the larger pools to our own semi-private (which was more often than not totally private). The club lounge and upgraded drinks were fantastic. Juan was our butler who checked up on us daily and ensured we always had everything we needed. Carlos and Deiby took awesome care of us at the Club Pool Bar Cocoonz! All of the staff at the club lounge bar were great too. The gym was spectacular!! We used every room from weights, Pilates to treadmills. We took daily functional/TRX classes. Our instructor Patrick was awesome!! He worked us hard and made every class so much fun!! We didn't miss a day! We had family photo's take too. It was fast, easy and we only paid for the digital images we wanted. We had several beautiful ones to choose from so I'm all set with my Christmas Cards this year! We can't wait to go back!!
