stay is comfortable but they charged even if you ask for empty plates, compare to hotel service cost is too high

It was a pleasant stay the staff was very good and the hotel was also neat and clean, the rooms were pretty good no complaints

I stayed for a night and right from checkin to checkout the people were great. Welcoming and friendly. The staff took care to keep our luggage secure and guided locally to nearby places for food. Overall the hospitality was good. Rooms were neat and tidy and coffee tea was adequate. Bathroom was spotless.

F&B staff is prompt Room is clean and front desk staff also good place is very safe for family Hotel place is very peaceful and it was Good for vecation, family function All staff was ready to help us Mainly food quality is excellent We are inviting our relatives for good experience

My booking shows its till tomorrow whereas the property said it was just a day use room and started quoting a very high rate to extend it overnight i had to check out and look for new places. Just very disappointed with the experience

Pretty old property amenities are ok but not great. Price should be lesser than offered for this hotel

Its a good property in kalyani nagar. Stay is good, just need to add few more good items in morning breakfast.

I had stay for one night only. Service was pretty poor. Room didn't have hand towel and had only one bath towel. I took bath in evening and asked them to give another towel for morning and they said they give only one towel per roon per day of stay. Wifi was not working in my room. Pooer coverage area. After multiple reminders i had to go to reception only to ask someone to look into it. Get a call from reception for checkout in morning around 8 pm. And there was a call again at 11pm asking for same. Highly insenitive staff to travellers sleep. During all this time someone dropped in food for my room with my room written on it even though nothing was ordered. I am going to ask my company to blacklist this hotel for future bookings

Great place for couples to stay in kalyani nagar, pune. It's next to jogger's park & 5 min walkable distance to aga khan palace. They have a great restaurant & bar on the ground floor. Hats off to the chef for serving us delicious food. They have various menu on the breakfast. The staff is also friendly & helpful. Gonna visit here again soon.

I was here on a business trip and had a good stay. Room was clean. Dine-er was in good and in proper punjab style. Rates are very reasonable.
