After a 3-hour brief stopover at Pune including visit to Wax Museum, shopping for Maganlal Chikki (a world famous sweet chikki made in Lonavala) and lunch at a vegetarian restaurant in the main market, we proceeded to Pune, our main destination and reached Hotel Ramee Grand at Apte Road, Shivajinagar. While finalising our programme, our travel agent. IHPL, New Delhi had suggested some other hotels near airport but we wanted to be in the center of the city and selected this hotel based on the reviews by Trip Advisor. When we reached this hotel and checked in, we found it to be better than our expectations. Though It is categorised as 3-star hotel but we found its facilities compared a 4-star hotel. Our room was quite spacious, well furnished and having a mini fridge with snacks, cold drinks etc. and a safe in the cupboard besides normal facilities like an electric kettle, TV and telephone. There was also a wall to wall glass window with a curtain opposite to the main door that provised a nice view of a mini garden on the ground floor. The toilet was also spacious and was also provided with a bathtub besides other usual provisions. The best feature of this hotels is its dining hall that provides an excellent view from the corridors connecting various rooms arranged in a rectagular plan. Not only the lay out of dining hall is unique withtrees but a large number of food items displayed over several tables are also very tasty and the staff also prepares hot items like amlette and dosa etc. on de***d. The hotel also has a roof top swimming pool and a spa though we did not use these facilities, Besides this dining hall we also found a south Indian restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. The ambience of this hotel is also very good with a fine service. On the whole, we very much liked this hotel. Another attraction of this hotel location is nearby decent park that is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and I was going there every morning during our 3-day stay from 27th to 29th October 2023. This spacious park also has an open gym. In addition, there are ***y restaurants nearby providing different types of good food.

Room was clean and staff were exceptionally friendly. I had thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended :) Special mention to the following staff for making my dining experience absolutely amazing. They remembered my last night in the hotel and made sure to send me a complementary dessert. They didn’t have to do it but they did anyways. Of course, I cannot forget the surprise Pune snacks that she arranged for me. Such little gestures are the reason why if I came to Pune again, I will choose this hotel for my stay. You guys are lovely and amazing. Keep up the good work!

Luxury at it's best! Fabulous stay in Pune at the best location. Staff, service and entire place was one of the best experiences on our 4 day's trip in Pune. After driving with a guide and flights it was a relief to spend 3 nights at this place. Everything was perfect.....service, food etc.

So i come JW Marriott , for having to eat , and i seated in PBC , and i come with my best to to given treat them& we enjoyed all meals , that is suggested by the Mr. Rohit ; that guy giving a wonderfull service to us , they are suggesting a combi meal to us that was test is really ameging and thanks to chef Anil also they are making really testy sandwitch . Lemon Tree Hotel, City Center, Pune è stato costantemente il nostro alloggio preferito ogni volta che visitamo la città. Ogni volta che ci fermiamo qui, ci lasciamo sentire completamente rilassati e rigiovaniti. Il nostro soggiorno recente non era eccezione. Excellent reception, tasty and healthy food, hygienic spa, nice decor. We found staff very friendly and helpful. Few minor areas of improvement required. For example Room lock was defective, in room service food came without spoon and fork. Didn't face much problem due to supportive staff.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The staff went out of the way to make my Father’s Birthday and Mother’s Day special. They were always on the toes to make the experience comfortable. 11/10 would recommend. The rooms were very well kept, and the service was very prompt. Even the ambience is very beautiful and relaxing.
