Il servizio delle ragazze che lo portano è eccellente ,molto piacevole e simpatico ( Gemma e Jenni) e ti aiutano in tutto ma non hanno servizio di bevande se vuoi un rinfrescamento ti stanno cercando in negozio ,non hanno niente solo acqua. La stanza se non lo chiedi, non la pulisci, non cambiano le tue asciugamani, devi chiedere tutto anche il papier wc.

Questo posto è ovviamente ancora in lotta dagli effetti delle chiusure Covid. Il personale è la parte migliore di questo posto. Il condizionatore d'aria è sottodimensionato e ha un divario di luce del giorno intorno. Il frigorifero è inutile perché il circuito elettrico si chiude quando si lascia la stanza. Chi vuole tornare da un viaggio e prendere una bevanda calda dal rif? Il buffet per colazione è molto intelligente. Hanno inviato un segnale che vi chiedeva di conservare l'acqua, ma non includevano nemmeno i fauci che risparmiano acqua o le teste di doccia. E poi ci sono stati i bug. Se avessi saputo che stanno offrendo ”Rate orarie”, avrei evitato questo posto.

Great service. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful hotel and the view from it. It's very quiet around except for the roosters singing all the time which makes it more atmospheric. The hotel is a bit far from everything but it's not a problem if you can ride a motorbike which you can rent at the reception desk. If we come back to Puerto-Princesa we will definitely stay in this hotel again!

We stayed at Balay Tuko for a couple of nights before travelling to El Nido. It’s a charming place, extremely welcoming and friendly people everywhere there. Very relaxed vibe. Room was large and very clean. Decent air con & ceiling fan. Good tv with plenty of cable channels . Good bathroom & shower. Room safety box. Water stations outside rooms Nice breakfast freshly cooked with good choice from a menu. We had an evening meal on both our nights there as there’s nowhere nearby. Beautifully home cooked to order. Very helpful staff let us leave our large luggage at the property until our return at no charge. Genuinely nice and helpful people. Ignore the picky negative reviews. This isn’t a luxury 5* place and nor do they charge 5* prices. Extremely good value for money. A joy to be there and to see the lovely dogs , cats & birds. Highly recommended.

The room I secured for a small price exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and relaxation. One notable highlight is the hotel's strategic location just outside Robinsons Place Palawan. This convenience allowed me to easily access shopping and dining options without hassle. The proximity to the airport further adds to the hotel's appeal, making it a practical choice for travelers with late arrivals or early departures. Now, addressing the minor drawbacks. I did notice the absence of a spoon in the room, despite the presence of cutlery and complementary coffee. Additionally, the fridge in the room had a slight issue with closing properly. While these details are worth mentioning, they did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience I had at Holiday Suites Palawan. In conclusion, Holiday Suites Palawan offers a fantastic balance of affordability, comfort, and convenience. Despite the minor room quirks, the value for money and the hotel's strategic location easily warrant a 5-star rating.
