Il condizionatore d'aria è sottodimensionato e ha un divario di luce del giorno intorno. Il frigorifero è inutile perché il circuito elettrico si chiude quando si lascia la stanza. Chi vuole tornare da un viaggio e prendere una bevanda calda dal rif? Il buffet per colazione è molto intelligente. Hanno inviato un segnale che vi chiedeva di conservare l'acqua, ma non includevano nemmeno i fauci che risparmiano acqua o le teste di doccia. E poi ci sono stati i bug. Se avessi saputo che stanno offrendo ”Rate orarie”, avrei evitato questo posto.

Hotel bello, posizione cattiva lontano da tutto e l'hotel poco indicato in mezzo a una strada secondaria senza luce , l'ingresso senza asfalto. Il servizio delle ragazze che lo portano è eccellente ,molto piacevole e simpatico ( Gemma e Jenni) e ti aiutano in tutto ma non hanno servizio di bevande se vuoi un rinfrescamento ti stanno cercando in negozio ,non hanno niente solo acqua. La stanza se non lo chiedi, non la pulisci, non cambiano le tue asciugamani, devi chiedere tutto anche il papier wc.

Il tetto era molto piacevole con la piscina e il bar infiniti, il personale era super sorridente e piacevole parlare con, il personale sembrava pulito e ben intagliato, il ristorante era bellissimo Il meno positivo è che la doccia avrebbe potuto essere più pulita, il cibo era ok, niente di male, ma solo su un basso standard che era ancora ok per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, più lo considero normale in Filippine, Non potevo aspettarmi che cucinassero cibo occidentale come il ristorante Michelin star. In generale, un soggiorno molto bello e certamente un grande valore.

From the moment we entered we were impressed with the grounds, lots of trees and plants, a huge aviary with some very happy budgies, two lovely Shih Tzu’s and a cat. The strange point was before arriving we were talking about how we were missing our Shih Tzu’s then seing two really bought a smile to our faces. Walking to reception the vibe of the place was, it’s family run, not sure if that’s right but I’m going with my instinct. The staff in all areas were great, many doubling up in other areas. We had room 3 which is next to reception. It was very clean, the bed very comfortable, very good air-con with a ceiling fan also. Good size flatscreen TV with a multitude of channels, fast wifi, open plan wardrobe and shelves for clothes and plenty of lighting and plug sockets for gadgets. Bathroom is spacious with a powerful rainforest shower and good quality towels. You will need to bring your own toiletries as they do not supply those. Your order breakfast in the evening for the morning, it’s adequate to kick start the day and good quality. We ordered our evening meal after breakfast, absolutely everything is fresh and after being in El Nido you will understand what a God send that is. They have a large indoor swimming pool which is also used to teach sub aqua diving so if your looking to do a PADI course then stay here as it’s excellent value for money. We also hired Scooters at the hotel which were nearly new. and their local knowledge of areas to visit was very helpful. We stayed twice here as we wanted to travel the island and they allowed us to leave our luggage at no charge, even late checkout was not a problem, we really loved everything about this place. When travelling around Palawan you are restricted on luggage, the busses generally allow 15kg per person, the vans alot less. We didn’t like the van due to being packed in like sardines and me being claustrophobic so we went to El Nido by taxi which was £110 and came back by bus which was £24 for the two of us. Next time we will spend more time in this area as we really haven’t done it justice and Balay Tuko will be our base

The room I secured for a small price exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and relaxation. One notable highlight is the hotel's strategic location just outside Robinsons Place Palawan. This convenience allowed me to easily access shopping and dining options without hassle. The proximity to the airport further adds to the hotel's appeal, making it a practical choice for travelers with late arrivals or early departures. Now, addressing the minor drawbacks. I did notice the absence of a spoon in the room, despite the presence of cutlery and complementary coffee. Additionally, the fridge in the room had a slight issue with closing properly. While these details are worth mentioning, they did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience I had at Holiday Suites Palawan. In conclusion, Holiday Suites Palawan offers a fantastic balance of affordability, comfort, and convenience. Despite the minor room quirks, the value for money and the hotel's strategic location easily warrant a 5-star rating. I would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay in Palawan.
