Great place , clean, fun . Wish there were more restaurants and nightclubs

Pearl is an amazingly beautiful resort. From the moment you arrive the bellboys Alexis and Vincent greet you with a smile and welcome home. As you check in Jaun will be happy to serve you your favorite beverage. When check in is complete , our butler Amir escorted us to our room. After we were settled we headed to the pool. Once you arrive at the pool Victor, Horacio, Antonio or Miguel will help you with your towels and chairs. The entertainment team Kia, Bella, Candace, Andy, Felix, Sam and Jon will keep you involved and entertained. They are incredible at their jobs offering lots of games like pool volleyball, water polo, beach volleyball, daily aquatic exercise classes, and unbelievable pool parties. The bar staff Jairo, Antonio, Eddy, Luis gorge, Luis Lopez, Eduardo, Jose, Cob, Christian, Raul and Saul kept us well hydrated with amazing beverages whether at the pool, hot tub, lobby or disco. They always go above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and appreciated with their amazing bartending skills and great personalities. Breakfast and lunch has many options. Offering an omelet station and bbq daily, there’s also a fireside pizza oven! Wilbert, Carmen, and Oliver are part of the fabulous waitstaff. We enjoyed dinner at Pearl and suki restaurants. Pearls menu changes daily which is an excellent treat. We had Italian, French, and BBQ at Pearl. Ceci the manager visited every table each night to make sure everyone was happy, her beautiful smile was something we looked forward to every night. Issac, Orlando and Jesus were incredible servers , getting our food out hot and in a timely manner as well as keeping our drinks full. Overall we had a phenomenal vacation of sun, fun and laughs thanks to a beautiful resort with an outstanding staff! Can’t wait to return, until next time Pearl!!! Stay happy and healthy all.

Just went for the first time to Pearl and it was great! The biggest difference being the staff and service, top notch. The resort was at low capacity, which made things a little more relaxed but still fun. I need to mention some of the staff that went above and beyond, Irving our butler was the best we have had by far, Vincent the bell boy always quickly got our car and stored special items carefully with care, Victor for towels always made sure we had a spot and was very attentive, Ediberto our waiter we love him, what a sweet man and got us real Mexican food when we wanted some, Daniela from cruise is so sweet and relatable and finally Felix one of the playmakers made our stay really fun from morning to night. We will definitely be back and as usual met so many amazing people that we will be keeping in touch with. Thanks Desire

Wow! Everybody was super nice! Horatio welcomed us every morning with our chair being set up. The staff at Suki was amazing every night. Rey took care of us and even had a special dessert for us on our last night. What can I say about the playmakers....Candice, Bella, Alejandra, Kea, Felix, John and of course Sam made us feel welcome and we're amazing at making everybody feel special. My husband hurt his back and had to get a massage and he has not stopped talking about how amazing it was and the best money he has ever spent but he can't remember her name...he thinks it is Elma(?). The one bad thing was we won a contest and won a romantic dinner. The next night was our last night and we asked if we could do it when we returned next year (which we already had booked)because my husband's back was hurting so bad he could not sit for very long and they said no problem we will give you a certificate when u leave. Well upon leaving they acted like they did not know what I was talking about. I have sent probably 10 emails with no response from the hotel. Terrible customer service. That being said we will see all our favorite people next year. Can't wait to get back!

We’ve been traveling to PEARL for 10 yrs. We are members and just love this resort! It ranges from relaxing to sexy exciting. We have made lifelong friends, both staff and guests of the resort. Massages, entertainment, dining and personal services are all exceptional. Whether you are visiting for the first time or have been a longtime member, you will feel welcomed and make friendships. I encourage you to simply experience it for yourself and make your own judgment!

Overall FANSTASTIC stay!! My husband and I love RM, and this was our first trip to Pearl. From check in to check out, the front desk staff made everything seamless. They weren't pushy, and we met with Ana, she was so kind and wonderful at explaining everything. Servado was excellent at pool service. Miguel was amazing every morning to get our chairs, and exactly what we wanted. Bartenders Cob, Luis Lopez, Juan, Christian were fantastic!! Playmakers Candice, Alexandra, Felix, and Sam kept the party going. Maria made sure our room was clean, and left us with wonderful celebration messages! And our waiters Juan B and Gilbert made sure our dinner service was on point. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff who made our vacation amazing! Comfortable beds, extremely clean, AMAZING vibe, and fantastic staff keep us coming back!!
