Hotel in zona Old Town Harbour, Puerto Del Carmen

This is our second stay here, came last January and although there has been improvements, not in all areas and cleaning standards have dropped. Firstly the good bits: Pool area and pool bar are beautiful, spacious and clean having recently been refurbished. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Communal areas clean and fresh. Location perfect. The not so good bits: We were allocated a room with disabled facilities firstly , which on the face of it seemed roomy and bright, however the shower/ wet room flooded on the first night, all into room and corridor, the lovely reception lady was helpful with towels to mop up, but the problem was lack of cleaning the plug hole was full of black hair which I had to remove in order to solve the problem.The room had no table or chairs no where to sit and have a drink or snack, no towel rail to air towels, a light in the bathroom on a sensor that went in and stayed on forever it seems. The next morning we moved rooms and the drains smelled, the plug in the bath didn’t drain away and was rusty, the hand rail on the wall was rusty, the shower curtain had seen better days and towels were threadbare. The room was cleaned once which we knew but it was a quick clean as the floor was still dusty and one of the bedsheets had a hole in it.The lampshades above the bed had an inch of dust on them I never felt clean at all , such a shame as the pool area and the rest are good .I know it’s 2 star but needs some attention and upkeep.

We've been to Lanzarote a few times and this is one of the best places we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean. Staff are lovely - one of the gardeners gave me 3 massive oranges from one of the trees near our apartment - they were delicious. Unusually for this type of accommodation the food in the poolside bar was lovely - we'd often go out for breakfast but the full English here was delicious. Apartment was cleaned every two days with fresh towels. First morning I noticed there was no kettle so I popped to reception and a kettle was delivered in about 30 mins. Pool is clean with a lifeguard on duty all the time. Beds were never full but some need a little TLC as they are a bit saggy. Supermarket is about a 5 min walk away as well as Jordi's bar for a sneaky early evening pint. And about a 10 min walk to the beach for the pre-breakfast swim. Nothing to complain about at all in Jabel. Don't get me wrong - this is not a 5 star hotel, it's self-catering apartments - but is as clean as one and for the price it's exceptional value. Definitely recommend this aparthotel. Booking to go back here at Easter.

Il hotel è immacolato, le aree sono molto ben mantenute, le camere sono senza spazi, le piscine sono pulite e il ristorante è stato mantenuto ad un alto livello di pulizia. I nostri bambini (7 e 5) hanno avuto una settimana fantastica, sono andati al club dei bambini poche volte e hanno davvero goduto, sono andati al mini disco ogni notte a 8.15pm e hanno goduto il divertimento serale. La mia unica piccola critica è che hanno una danza per bambini al 10.30 Dopo il divertimento serale, che è molto tardi, penso che sarebbe meglio fare questo prima che il show serale comincia al 9.30pm, perché c'è un guaio tra il mini disco e lo show, Così tantissimo tempo per fare la danza alle 9:00. Il cibo era delizioso, sempre una buona selezione. Siamo vegetariani, e in generale sempre trovato abbastanza da mangiare. I capi erano molto utili a consigliare cosa era vegetariano e cosa non era se non era chiaro. Le bevande sull'IA sono state una selezione buona e decente. Perfetto luogo per noi, vicino all'aeroporto così breve tempo di trasferimento, e bel resort tranquillo, ma ancora una buona selezione di negozi e caffè vicino, ma senza la bustina di Puerto Del Carmen (che è a 40 minuti a piedi) Un piccolo grippo era il controllo in tempo, siamo arrivati appena dopo le 3:00, circa 7 o 8 persone davanti a noi e ci hanno preso bene oltre un'ora. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile, ma ci ha voluto troppo tempo, e la coda dietro di noi aveva aspettato circa dieci anni, così quei poveri avrebbero aspettato gli anni!

Visita di una settimana a LANZAROTE. Bellissima isola. Soggiornato a La Casona de yaiza. Ottimo!!!!! Nel bellissimo (e molto tranquillo … forse troppo) paesino di Yaiza, questo hotel e’ ottimo ed inoltre con un ottimo ristorante!!! Giugno e un mese tranquillo per una visita. Esperienza da ripetere e hotel sicuramente consigliabile!

Ottima struttura fronte mare nella città di Arrecife. Completamente rinnovata si presenta moderna, pulita e spaziosa. La nostra camera aveva vista mare laterale, molto bella negli arredi e colori, ampia, silenziosa e funzionale. Una bella piscina sul tetto con vista sulla spiaggia del Reducto completa di lettini e pool bar annesso. Abbiamo usufruito solo del servizio colazione, direi buono e abbastanza ricco, forse più indirizzato a una clientela nordeuropea. Hotel ideale per muoversi in tutta l'isola. Comodo a ristoranti , bar, negozietti e noleggio bici o auto. Personale cortese e gentile. Ottima pulizia. Consigliato!!

Adorava questo hotel, ci siamo fermati a metà tavola e preferiremmo pagare per le bevande, perché non è stato possibile, tutte le bevande dai bar e dal ristorante sono state caricate nella nostra stanza. Prima di rimanere ho chiesto delle opzioni gratuite di glutine per i pasti e si è assicurato che questo era possibile e si è consigliato di parlare al direttore del ristorante all'arrivo. Jose Maria era molto brava a mostrarci intorno al buffet, mi consigliò di controllare l’etichettatura per ogni pasto (indicando i principali allergeni), e mi consigliò di chiedere pane gf e dessert al pranzo. Questo funzionava per la maggior parte del tempo, anche se ho trovato alcuni piatti disegnati così distrutto le informazioni di allergia accompagnanti e un piatti etichettati gf aveva tortilla di frumento in esso. Ho sottolineato questo e Jose Maria parlava al cuoco. La scelta dei dolci sarebbe stata buona. Ci era una bella selezione sul buffet, ma dovevo avere tutto quello che è stato portato dalla cucina, apprezzo comunque questa opzione! La nostra stanza era pulita e ben progettata con un balcone e vista sul mare. La zona del bar era sorprendente e ogni notte c'era divertimento, anche se se siedi sul lato opposto della scena circolare dal bar, si prepara a guardare le spalle degli artisti. Il personale è stato molto attento e amichevole, soprattutto nel ristorante dove ha mantenuto il servizio in buona direzione. Anche io ho goduto delle classi di yoga/ estensione, ma informazioni su dove sono state le attività e che sono incluse nel costo potrebbero essere aggiunti al sito. Non ho provato le piscine, la spiaggia vicina era troppo buona - come nuotare in un acquiario naturale. In generale, ci siamo rallegrati del nostro soggiorno e spero che qualsiasi ”negativo” venga preso come una critica costruttiva.
