Hotel in zona Lanzarote, Puerto Del Carmen

From start to finish a brilliant stay Great apartment overlooking the sea spacious not 5 star but not paying 5 star prices, very clean an ideally situated in the quiet resort.of you like it lively Puerto del Carmen is only a 15 minutes walk or a short bus ride 2 euros 80 for two.probably the best part about it is dean the manager who was the best host we have ever had and we go away a lot .showed us to our apartment and where everywhere was,we had a small issue with the toilet was loose fixed straight away booked us a taxi as we left amazing guy so friendly thank you we had a amazing time .

I've just got back from a week all inclusive at this hotel and am struggling to find too many faults! I had quite an early flight so my room wasn't ready when I arrived but I was able to get changed in the toilets and leave my bags in the luggage room. I was very pleasantly surprised with the room - it had clearly been decorated recently as it looked very modern and was very clean throughout. Staying all inclusive, I had a junior suite which came with a separate living area as well as a fridge, a kettle and even a coffee machine. I think there was a freezer compartment but I couldn't get it open. All the self catering rooms are across the road (or through the tunnel). I'm vegetarian and wouldn't say there is a massive choice for us but there is certainly enough to get by, that said most of us tend to eat chips, pizza, bread rolls, rice and pasta anyway! The pizza at every lunch and dinner was definitely a welcome bonus, although I did notice once they put the Margherita pizza on the same serving plate as the meat pizza, which was disappointing as I couldn't have any that time, they should be separated. A special mention has to go to the breakfast, which I thought was fantastic with hash browns, muffins, donuts and that nice currant cake! There is a decent selection of drinks including the usual cocktails and San Miguel beer although I didn't feel the measures were particularly strong. It's an interesting system they have with the sunbeds - they are unlocked at around 10am. They do say you can't reserve sunbeds with your towel so I suppose they are only enforcing this rule. There isn't a great deal of space around the pool so I'd recommend getting there early to get your spot. However, I believe both pools are heated which is great to see. I wouldn't bother bringing your own towels as you can get one there for a 10 euro deposit payable to reception when you arrive - just make sure no rowdy French teenagers try to take it! Despite there not being much room there were always enough sunbeds for how busy it was at the time. The entertainment during both the day and night is fairly basic from what I saw but there did seem to be a kids club and there is a small park and a splash zone for children but it's not turned on all day. Sadly late check-out wasn't available on my last day but I was able to use the shower behind reception. Those with mobility issues (or who are unfit) may not like walking back up the hill from the *****. That said, the way I walked to the marina did include some quite steep parts! Fortunately, it's only a 5 minute walk to the SuperDino to get some crisps for the evening and you do pass some restaurants on the way. I would recommend not getting a transfer and instead getting the 161 bus to and from the airport - it's only 1.40 euro and runs every 30 mins during the week and every hour in the evening and on Saturdays - on Sundays or public holidas you may find the times don't work out as it only runs every two hours. This is our second stay here, came last January and although there has been improvements, not in all areas and cleaning standards have dropped. Firstly the good bits: Pool area and pool bar are beautiful, spacious and clean having recently been refurbished. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Communal areas clean and fresh. Location perfect. The not so good bits: We were allocated a room with disabled facilities firstly , which on the face of it seemed roomy and bright, however the shower/ wet room flooded on the first night, all into room and corridor, the lovely reception lady was helpful with towels to mop up, but the problem was lack of cleaning the plug hole was full of black hair which I had to remove in order to solve the problem.The room had no table or chairs no where to sit and have a drink or snack, no towel rail to air towels, a light in the bathroom on a sensor that went in and stayed on forever it seems. The next morning we moved rooms and the drains smelled, the plug in the bath didn’t drain away and was rusty, the hand rail on the wall was rusty, the shower curtain had seen better days and towels were threadbare. The room was cleaned once which we knew but it was a quick clean as the floor was still dusty and one of the bedsheets had a hole in it.The lampshades above the bed had an inch of dust on them I never felt clean at all , such a shame as the pool area and the rest are good .I know it’s 2 star but needs some attention and upkeep.

Il personale è molto benvenuto e la zona di accoglienza pulita, ogni membro del personale ha preso il tempo di salutarci e sorridere! La decorazione è ben considerata e offre un senso di lusso. Ci è stato offerto un caffè complimentare mentre aspettavamo la nostra camera. La camera ha tutto quello che ti serve e abbiamo una bella vista sulla costa di Arrecife.I letti erano comodi, come le altre strutture con punti bonus per un grande bagno e una doccia potente! La sera abbiamo trascorso tempo in alto piano negli hotel ”Solarium”, che hanno un tubo caldo e una vista più gloriosa sulla costa di Arrecife. Non esitate a prenotare di nuovo, perché abbiamo trovato il nostro soggiorno per rappresentare un ottimo valore!

Un'indimenticabile esperienza in questa oasi che oltre alle belle piscine offre tranquillità, relax e coccole. Ambienti interni ed esterni tutti ben curati e puliti. Ho alloggiato in una bellissima camera con vista oceano fornita di un grande letto comodissimo. Colazione varia e di buona qualità. Tutto il personale disponibile, professionale e sempre molto cortese, in particolare la bella accoglienza di Paula della reception, lo staff della colazione, Victoria e Edurne, e la piacevole gentilezza di Agustin del piano bar. Molto bella anche la Spa e in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il piccolo Porto Calero con negozi e ristoranti.

Visita di una settimana a LANZAROTE. Bellissima isola. Soggiornato a La Casona de yaiza. Ottimo!!!!! Nel bellissimo (e molto tranquillo … forse troppo) paesino di Yaiza, questo hotel e’ ottimo ed inoltre con un ottimo ristorante!!! Giugno e un mese tranquillo per una visita. Esperienza da ripetere e hotel sicuramente consigliabile!

Situato in un buon posto, intorno a molti ristoranti e ristoranti diversi, Quasi interessante bella spiaggia Playa Chica Buona colazione terrazza (pizza, riscaldata in un tè da essere con tè e bella vista mare-oceano) L'angolo cucina dell'uso comune è dotato di tutti i necessari - frigorifero, HC, tappo, capsula caffè-car (vero senza capsule) La principale carenza è, naturalmente, la mancanza di bagno e doccia nella stanza, sono comuni per diverse (piccole) camere. Allo stesso tempo, la lavatrice è nella stanza (almeno nella mia) Sarà perfetto per voi rimanere prima di partire.

L'hotel è ideale per un soggiorno eccellente, ma nelle camere c'è un isolato molto cattivo.

Sono stato in questo meraviglioso hotel con mia moglie Cinzia il giorno 10/01/2024. Servizio ottimo, personale gentile, e cordiale. Ma l'attrazione che più ci ha entusiasmato è stata l'esibizione musicale del Grande Enrico, cantante italiano, che ha trasmesso emozione ai presenti, soprattutto ha portato con il suo repertorio la più bella musica Italiana, ricordando cantanti conosciuti in tutto il mondo e alcuni di loro passati alla storia. Bravissimo Enrico grazie per averci riportati a casa seppur solo con le canzoni . Questa è la magia della musica e tu Enrico sei un mago nel cantare . Un elogio anche a Diane che con il cembalo ha saputo creare atmosfere musicali acustiche davvero entusiasmanti , Enrico e Diane.... un duo musicale perfetto per l'intrattenimento . Tornerò presto in questo hotel e spero di trovarvi con voi c'è il divertimento nell'ascoltarvi. Bravi continuate così Roberto e Cinzia
