I've just got back from a week all inclusive at this hotel and am struggling to find too many faults! I had quite an early flight so my room wasn't ready when I arrived but I was able to get changed in the toilets and leave my bags in the luggage room. I was very pleasantly surprised with the room - it had clearly been decorated recently as it looked very modern and was very clean throughout. Staying all inclusive, I had a junior suite which came with a separate living area as well as a fridge, a kettle and even a coffee machine. I think there was a freezer compartment but I couldn't get it open. All the self catering rooms are across the road (or through the tunnel). I'm vegetarian and wouldn't say there is a massive choice for us but there is certainly enough to get by, that said most of us tend to eat chips, pizza, bread rolls, rice and pasta anyway! The pizza at every lunch and dinner was definitely a welcome bonus, although I did notice once they put the Margherita pizza on the same serving plate as the meat pizza, which was disappointing as I couldn't have any that time, they should be separated. A special mention has to go to the breakfast, which I thought was fantastic with hash browns, muffins, donuts and that nice currant cake! There is a decent selection of drinks including the usual cocktails and San Miguel beer although I didn't feel the measures were particularly strong. It's an interesting system they have with the sunbeds - they are unlocked at around 10am. They do say you can't reserve sunbeds with your towel so I suppose they are only enforcing this rule. There isn't a great deal of space around the pool so I'd recommend getting there early to get your spot. However, I believe both pools are heated which is great to see. I wouldn't bother bringing your own towels as you can get one there for a 10 euro deposit payable to reception when you arrive - just make sure no rowdy French teenagers try to take it! Despite there not being much room there were always enough sunbeds for how busy it was at the time. The entertainment during both the day and night is fairly basic from what I saw but there did seem to be a kids club and there is a small park and a splash zone for children but it's not turned on all day. Sadly late check-out wasn't available on my last day but I was able to use the shower behind reception. Those with mobility issues (or who are unfit) may not like walking back up the hill from the *****. That said, the way I walked to the marina did include some quite steep parts! Fortunately, it's only a 5 minute walk to the SuperDino to get some crisps for the evening and you do pass some restaurants on the way. I would recommend not getting a transfer and instead getting the 161 bus to and from the airport - it's only 1.40 euro and runs every 30 mins during the week and every hour in the evening and on Saturdays - on Sundays or public holidas you may find the times don't work out as it only runs every two hours. This is our second stay here, came last January and although there has been improvements, not in all areas and cleaning standards have dropped. Firstly the good bits: Pool area and pool bar are beautiful, spacious and clean having recently been refurbished. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Communal areas clean and fresh. Location perfect. The not so good bits: We were allocated a room with disabled facilities firstly , which on the face of it seemed roomy and bright, however the shower/ wet room flooded on the first night, all into room and corridor, the lovely reception lady was helpful with towels to mop up, but the problem was lack of cleaning the plug hole was full of black hair which I had to remove in order to solve the problem.The room had no table or chairs no where to sit and have a drink or snack, no towel rail to air towels, a light in the bathroom on a sensor that went in and stayed on forever it seems. The next morning we moved rooms and the drains smelled, the plug in the bath didn’t drain away and was rusty, the hand rail on the wall was rusty, the shower curtain had seen better days and towels were threadbare. The room was cleaned once which we knew but it was a quick clean as the floor was still dusty and one of the bedsheets had a hole in it.The lampshades above the bed had an inch of dust on them I never felt clean at all , such a shame as the pool area and the rest are good .I know it’s 2 star but needs some attention and upkeep.

Mai visto nulla di peggio! Struttura vecchia e soprattutto sporchissima! Mi faceva schifo appoggiarmi ovunque, non ho disfatto neanche le valigie. Insetti di ogni tipo sia all’interno che all’esterno delle camere. La mia camera non è stata mai pulita in sette giorni, a stento il cambio della biancheria, la quale era ingiallita. Puzza nauseante nel ristorante, che , a confronto, una mensa dei poveri è un ristorante stellato. Stessa puzza anche nella reception e appena ci sono entrata avevo già capito l’errore fatto, era infatti più sporca di un garage per auto, mi è venuto da vomitare solo a guardare il tappeto all’entrata e i vetri sporchissimi. Per non parlare della colazione, misera e di pessima qualità. Quando sono andata a chiedere un taxi per l’aeroporto ho visto un piccione girare per i tavoli del ristorante e beccare le briciole rimaste a terra, e la cosa più tragica è che erano le 17:30, quindi sala mai pulita dopo il servizio pranzo. RESTATE LONTANI DA QUESTO POSTO! Vi posso garantire che ho cercato di rendere l’idea ma la realtà è ancora peggio!

Idealmente situato in una zona tranquilla vicino alla vecchia città, così come *****. Due zone di piscina (una con piscina bambina) e cibo disponibile per una piscina più grande - anche una piccola zona di pranzo appena passata la ricezione (buona selezione per colazione). Mese da pool per bambini anziani e piccolo campo da gioco per i toddler sul sito. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e la doccia è molto potente nel bagno che mi piaceva! Vicino a molti negozi e ristoranti, ma relativamente forte camminare verso la spiaggia, bene per noi, ma potrebbe essere un allenamento con bug o se qualsiasi problema di mobilità. Ci era sul parcheggio stradale fuori se si assume una macchina. Molti taxi intorno se non! Ci è piaciuto esplorare le aree locali a piedi dopo un giorno di visione... alcuni grandi ristoranti vicino alla vecchia città. Nessun con d'aria nell'appartamento che potevamo vedere (ma non abbiamo chiesto né come abbiamo detto alla fine di gennaio così 24 °C e piacevole indoor e out) - consigliare di controllare se andare al picco. Le piscine non erano riscaldate ma belle per un pompino pulito e guardie di vita in servizio a entrambi le ore 9:30 e 6 pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

Stayed here in May for one week to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and what a week it was. The service was great from the minute we arrived to the time we left. I emailed ahead with a few requests, and although they cannot guarantee, Hyde Park definitely delivered which I think was looked after by Esther. This included a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us in our apartment which was great. We stayed B&B in apartment 80 which is just at the back of the main pool area and in a nice location with easy access to everything. This whole apartment area was very quiet at night which was great. The complex has two pools where the other one is over the road and a little quieter if you prefer that. Tony looks after the main pool area during the day and he is on hand for anything you need help with even if it's just for a chat. The pool area is very clean along with all the other areas of the complex. During our stay there looked to be aqua aerobics every second day and animation would look after some other activities. If you don't want to do anything but relax there is no pressure to get up and do it as they still treat you with a smile. There is some nice background music that plays from the main pool bar area during the day but not very loud. We preferred the main pool area and plenty of sun loungers to choose from. We never had any issues finding them any part of the day. There is a pool bar which is very good and has a very good menu like burgers, pizza, different salad options, chips etc so something for everyone during the day. The staff at the pool bar are very good and friendly and will serve you at the table. Local beers, wine, cocktails and other drinks are served from this bar too. If you want to drink at the pool area then this will be served in plastic cups, proper glasses if you stay at the tables in the pool bar area. The apartments are cleaned every second day with new towels and bed linen. The cleaners are very busy during the day and very friendly. Our apartment had separate bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom area. The bedroom had twin beds but we just pushed them together and was not a problem. There is plenty of floor to ceiling storage space to hang all your clothes and accessories etc so no issues there. The bathroom has a large walk in shower which is always great as we don't like shower curtains much and never had any problems with running hot water during our stay. There is also a very good hair dryer connected to the wall which my wife said was good enough for her if you don't want to pack one. The kitchen is what you would expect in self catering apartments and should accommodate most with fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking facilities. There is also a flat screen TV on the wall if you like that but we never found the need to have it on and an Espresso coffee machine that takes little pods. È tornato da una settimana di pausa a Lanzarote al Montana Club. Questa è la nostra prima vacanza da soli in oltre 25 anni, quindi siamo stati un po' preoccupanti. Check-in è stato veloce, essenzialmente un busta con la chiave della stanza e un pacchetto di benvenuto. Siamo stati in una delle suite premium sul lato del complesso, camera 230. L'appartamento era senza spot e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per una bella pausa, un bel posto seduto, un bagno pulito e letti confortevoli. L'ubicazione, come hanno detto la maggior parte delle recensioni, non poteva essere migliore. Meno di 2 minuti a piedi al supermercato e 10 minuti a piedi al *****. Le camere che sembravano avere il sole per la maggior parte del giorno erano da 219 a 224 e 227/228. Non abbiamo usato la piscina o la bar del snack, quindi non posso commentare. Il principale ****** di Puerto del Carmen ha molti bar e ristoranti per la maggior parte delle persone. La vecchia città è a circa 30 minuti a piedi e ci piaceva questa zona, abbiamo trovato un grande bar che guardava il mare dove cibo e bevande erano grandi e il personale così amichevole, si chiama La Tinosa e si trova in piega lungo la camminata, si fa occupato ma vale la pena Abbiamo anche un pasto indiano nella vecchia città di Bombay Grill che era eccellente. Alcune altre buone ristoranti che mangiamo lungo il *** sono Trattoria Don Rafaelo, e Asian Kitchen. Abbiamo parlato con altri ospiti del Montana, alcuni sono stati li per un mese e hanno detto che è quasi completamente prenotato per il resto di quest'anno. In generale è stato bello uscire dal freddo a casa e godere di una piacevole settimana al sole.
