Finch bay is a fantastic hotel that I will definitely recommend to anyone going to Santa Cruz. We stayed for 2 days and I wish I had longer. Firstly it’s on its own little private area (with a free private boat that you can take to go back and forth). Takes 5 mins. Quiet and relaxing. Also the staff sets you up so you don’t have to worry about getting back to the hotel in case you don’t have service / wifi. Amenities wise it was 10/10. The pool and loungers were great. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. The staff were all amazing! Very helpful, very nice. The restaurant was one of my fav meals in the Galapagos. Highly recommend the tuna tartar and octopus. If you’re going to Galapagos, definitely stay here!!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The real pluses are the fantastic pool area, very clean with large variety of loungers and great Jacuzzis (albeit a bit hot) The other real benefit if the great location, 5 minutes walk to town and restaurants, but very quiet and secluded in lovely garden areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is brought to you and pretty much the same each day but perfectly adequate. The only reason I would not give a 5, is that the rooms are a bit basic and feel quite tired. The bed is huge and bedding is very clean. There is however very little storage space beyond a small rail and only one towel hook in the bathroom. The AC however is very efficient.

NO PRENOTA IL HOTEL Abbiamo prenotato e pagato 10 mesi di anticipo. Abbiamo pagato un importo considerevole per garantire che abbiamo la giusta stanza per questa visita speciale, e quando siamo arrivati, hanno detto che, dopo aver cambiato la categoria delle camere, ora siamo in una suite (piccola) junior. Come hanno detto alcuni altri commentatori, non sono suite! Solo dopo due giorni, quando gli ho mostrato la corrispondenza che confermava la stanza con nome, hanno accettato che siamo stati messi nella stanza sbagliata. Dopo molte discussioni (che erano distrazioni da essere in vacanza) ci diedero la stanza che abbiamo prenotato e spiegato che non potevano darci prima, perché avevano permesso a qualcun altro di prenotare. Ci hanno offerto una piccola somma per compensazione, ma non vicino a quello che avevamo pagato (la differenza) per la stanza che avevamo prenotato, quindi non mi consiglierei questo posto perché sono delusi, e voi vi prendete le vostre possibilità. Ho aspettato tre mesi dalla nostra visita per scrivere questa recensione, quindi non è fatto nel ”calore del momento” . Ps. Se rispondono e negano il contenuto di questa recensione, allora sarei felice di condividere la corrispondenza pertinente. Noto anche il numero limitato di recensioni per un'impresa che si sostiene sia stata intorno per un po' ...

Maidith Galapagos Inn features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Puerto Ayora. The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from La Estacion Beach. The nearest airport is San Cristóbal Airport, 83 km from Maidith Galapagos Inn.

A friend and I stayed at the Ninfa for 3 nights. We found the hotel to be clean and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the outside courtyard area that had a bar and pool, and hung out there at the end of the day. Bartenders Jesus and Andre made good margaritas and G&Ts, something we found to be a rarity in the islands. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. We stayed in one of the 2nd floor balcony rooms that over looked the pool area. Bring a portable clothesline if you want to dry your stuff after a day on the water. We had an unbooked open night at the end of our trip and liked the Ninfa well enough to book our last night there, as well.

Questo hotel è stato scelto per noi dal nostro pacchetto di viaggio. Ha iniziato bene con un drink di succo di benvenuto. In primo luogo, questo hotel è pulito, sicuro e presumibilmente economico (così è per questo che l'azienda di viaggio l'ha usato). Questo hotel è anche inutilmente sgualdrino. Esempi: 1. Abbiamo chiesto un (1) piatto extra. È stato negato finché non insistiamo. Non costa niente. Perché essere così negro? 2. Il minuto che abbiamo lasciato per il giorno, hanno spento il CA nella nostra stanza, che era fissato a 25. Pertanto, il nostro vestito bagnato non si è mai asciugato. 3. Il pranzo mi ha fatto ridere molto forte. Il standard era un roll, formaggio e ham. Era la mia prima garniera di ham. Il formaggio era la metà della dimensione di una scatola di partite. Ho postato una foto con questa recensione con un dollaro per la comparazione di dimensioni. Vorrei perdere cinque sterline, quindi non c'è problema per me. Potrebbe essere uno per te se il tuo appetito è più robusto. Quindi. Ci sono probabilmente dieci posti più economici a Port Aroyo e dieci posti più costosi con un miglior colazione. C'è un posto molto bello con una piscina lungo la strada chiamata Maidith. La prossima volta.... tranne che non ci sarà la prossima volta perché non visiterò più i Galápagos. Troppo poco tempo, troppo molti luoghi.

Ho avuto un soggiorno per 2 notti in questa villa, con una bella vista, è un bellissimo posto, con la prima stanza, sono andato a celebrare il mio compleanno di matrimonio, il jacuzzi, la piscina e il mare si uniscono in una forma magistral, tutto perfetto. E ancora più importante per la gente dell'hotel, il personale è meraviglioso, ho avuto un incidente il primo giorno e mi hanno messo un gatto, quindi i miei piani sono stati cambiati per questa emergenza. Sono arrivato prima del check-in autorizzato, ma per le condizioni, hanno accettato di ricevermi prima e hanno preso tutto per potermi ospitare dal primo giorno, da lì in più mi hanno offerto solo aiuto le volte che avevo bisogno di lui, Non importa quanta e ora, la verità è un servizio straordinario, lo consiglio mille volte.

We had a great stay at the Coloma! The staff were incredible. Located a short walk to everything. For the price and quality of service, I could only recommend this hotel. Understand though, that this is more similar to a bed and breakfast than a Holiday Inn.

Espana is centrally located in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz, Galapagos, close to bars, restaurants, shops, waterfront, pharmacies and medical facilities. I booked tours through the hotel which worked out very well, and the hotel suggested that I do the Santa Cruz Highlands tour (including El Chato Tortoise Reserve) en route from the airport as a combined transfer/tour. This was a great suggestion as you basically drive through the highlands coming from the airport anyway. Breakfast was included and delivered to my table each morning. On one morning, I had a boat trip to Bartolome island booked (on board schooner Nautilus - highly recommended), and the hotel receptionist met me at the hotel at 5:45am and walked me to the pickup location with her dogs. Wifi is terrible - as it is everywhere on the island (I tried every bar I was in) - can't even upload one photo! But its not the hotel, it's the whole island. Very happy with the experience overall. Hotels can be expensive here - not a bad spot to reign in the budget and splurge back on the mainland.
