The best hotel middle of heart in Kuala lumpur..very easy go anywhere by public transport & lrt ..room very nice & clean..very reccomended bring family or alone for vacation or meeting..rate so affordable even public holiday or weekends..keep it up..ill come again ..thank you

Receptionist OK. Room upstairs look dim.. Dark.. Bed not clean. No hair dryer. Tv OK. Got channels only. Soap smelly in bathroom. Got holes on top. No aircond cooling..cannot sleep night. Berhantu..sunyi.. 2 star no worth it. Not recommended.

the receptionist was illiterate. can’t speak properly. i had tough time to speak with him. 2nd day i gave them the key to clean the room. when i came back at 12 at the night they couldn’t return me my room’s key they lost it!! i had to wait there for 30/40 minutes then they found on there desk!

Fantastic Hotel and very convenient for everything. So nearby to nearby eateries and many big supermarkets around. Convenient parking. Hotel Room is very clean and properly maintained ALTHOUGH a little old and NeedD to be upgraded especially the beddings and toilet. Will definitely come Back to This Hotel Anytime i visit Puchong or KL. Hotel staffs are fantastic. Very friendky and accomodative... keep it up!👍

The hotel is facing the main road, driving a few minutes can reach to get a lot of shop like food court, cafe, restaurant, convenient shop & etc!

One of the worst hotel, stains on bedsheet and blanket. Shower heater doesn’t work. Theres holes on the wall so others can see inside the room. No hairdryer inside the room. Unfriendly morning staff (Malay lady). Avoid this at all costs.

Hotel is old fashion. Aircon need hotel stuff to help turn on then it is functioning. Lift button is not functioning, need to press hard to activate. Bed is hard and only two pillow.

Okay for a budget hotel. The cleanliness need to be improve in term of the pillow and pillow cover. aslo some of the bedsheet seems old. some of the TV's is not functioning.
