房間設施一般，酒店位置很方便，一樓還有個泳池，餐食品類還算豐富，總體來説還可以，無功無過吧，酒店熱水燙燙的洗澡很給力

Todo limpio y ordenado, el personal muy amable y atentos. La comida muy rica y fresca.

Dopo un lungo trasferimento,dopo tanti spostamenti questo albergo ha consentito per il nostro piccolo gruppo di rilassarci.Camera spaziosa funzionale pulita.E la colazione,finalmente, ricca fresca articolata.E'stato possibile ordinare un caffè vero,e gustare frutta di stagione e crostatine genuine...Di sera abbiamo girato da soli lungo Avenida Providencia non da turisti, quasi da residenti.Per la partenza,in piena notte la food box era pronta!

Pro: Comodità letto, dimensioni camera, colazione, posizione, voucher drink di benvenuto, cortesia dello staff, vicinanza a numerosi ristoranti, zona molto sicura. Contro: Rubinetto bagno traballante, come asse WC. Vista dalla camera niente di memorabile, abbiamo dovuto aspettare l'orario esatto per effettuare il checkin.

Well positioned hotel in the Providencia suburb of Santiago. On a leafy street, near the river and parkland with a decent range of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and a great welcome drink of Pisco sour. Rooms are comfy and clean. The breakfast is tasty and varied

During our stay in Chile we stayed at this hotel on three different occasions for a total of 6 nights. During our first stay on the 6th floor we only had one bedside table. Also the bath was slippery. During our second and third visits we were on the 3rd floor and had two bedside tables and the shower was not so bad. There is a safe and hairdryer in the room. The hotel has a pool which is freezing cold and does provide pool towels on request at reception. There is a bar and a lovely area around the pool to have a drink. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and have a very good standard of English. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices although on some occasions it took a while for items to be replaced. The hotel is in a good location and for the most part is quiet although on our last night local residents had a party which went on to 4am in the morning.

This is a very pleasant hotel in Santiago. I liked the neighborhood it was in and the people working there were very friendly. It was in walking distance from the gondola station, which was convenient and there were lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The bed was enormous and breakfast was good. The bathroom looks a little worn, but nothing to complain about.

My wife & I ordered Chilean beef and grilled beef for dinner from the menu and to be cooked medium rare. When it arrived it turned out to be well done. Waiter obligingly took it away for replacement. The 2 replacement portions came back medium rare but the meat was tough. I can only conclude that it was the worst meal we have had since we started our holidays 12 days ago.

The hotel looks very run down. The room we stayed in was tired. The window would not close. In the bathroom the hair dryer was hanging off the wall, the sink plug did not work - it was held together with black tape which had come undone - there was no shower gel and the wall tiles were dirty. One member of the reception staff was more interested in her phone than in doing her job.

The experience cannot be rated and it would be a minus score and please keep away. From the moment we arrived to the moment we couldn’t leave fast enough it was a shambles. If I say the room is basic that is inflating what it really is. We were not offered with any help and my wife had to carry suitcases down stairs on her own as I was attending to the other luggage. We were meet with a document stating that the hotel is not responsible for any losses in the room and we had no choice but to sign. When we got to the allocated room it could not be locked so we attempted to contact the front desk( no instructions on what number to call) so we had to physically go back downstairs and request someone to attend . So 2 different individuals came and accepted that the door could not be locked so we requested another room. That was granted but we them had to take the towels from the first room to the new allocated one. I could ramble on about the other incidents but in short, toilet did not flush, having a shower intermittently the cold water would stop thus you were scolded with hot water, linen - pillow cases were yellow and stained, room made up one day and no towels left so again had to chase up, no smoke alarms in the room (safety issue) , tv had 5 channels which 5 were cartoons, no water supplied , no soap and room is small for 2 travellers and continually bump into each other and let’s say the best was left to the end when the front desk refused to call us a taxi and we had to carry our luggage 500m around the corner to get one. Never in all my travels have I never experienced this! SO KEEP AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We had 2 rooms. 611 and 504 I believe. Not as large as an American Hampton Inn but large enough. Clean. 1 block in 3 directions are decent streets with good places to eat from breakfast to dinner. We mostly started the day with an uber from here but you can walk to some cool things if you wanted to.

Cumple lo que ofrece, estancia agradable. Buen pisco sour, cómodo a buen precio. El servicio en entrada y recepción bastante amable. El servicio de la barra bueno así como en el desayuno. Desayuno básico pero cumplidor. Agua y café disponibles en el lobby

Nos hospedamos en la Suite del primer piso con vistas a la calle. Realmente una suite muy amplia y muy cómoda. A nuestra llegada la habitación no tenía frigobar pero luego de acercarnos a la recepción y pedir uno, nos lo agregaron sin problemas. El aire funciona perfecto, los sonidos del exterior no molestaron. La cama enorme y súper cómoda (la compartimos con mi hija de 6años). El baño con doble Bacha, ducha amplia y toilette privado. El único punto en contra fue q a los sillones se le estaba despegando el tapizado y se nos adhería a la ropa. En cuánto al desayuno, muy completo y rico. La pileta muy linda, aunque demasiado fría el agua. Recomendaría q pudieran templar un poco el agua para q pueda ser un poco más disfrutable. La atención del staff 100/100. Todos súper amables y atentos. Las instalaciones en general muy lindas, bien mantenidas y con una decoración bien actual. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. A solo una cuadra de la avenida Providencia con muchos locales a mano. A diez cuadras del Costanera Center/SKY, y también a 9 cuadras del ingreso al teleférico. Recomendado!

Cumplió las expectativas, camas muy cómodas, desayuno muy bueno, el conserje Jean excelente conserje, muy atento y servicial. Ubicación excelente cerca de todo. El problema el aire acondicionado de la habitación que nos asignaron muy anticuado, ruidoso, ubicado abajo de la ventana, nada funcional, deberían renovarlo porque le quita muchos puntos.
