Providencia: hotel con bar

Il servizio per ragazze di servizio della ricetta è particolarmente buono. Qualunque sia l'organizzazione del soggiorno, la colazione o la risposta a varie consultazioni, il servizio è il più possibile e entusiasta, il livello inglese è buono.La sicurezza è sempre aperta e saluta. La lavanderia e le forniture sono molto pulite e secche nella stanza. Il panorama fuori dalla finestra è bello. La torre più alta dell'America a sinistra, la famosa montagna di neve 🏔️ è chiara e visibile a destra.Le strade sono tranquille e non perdono vitalità. La distanza da un supermercato sotto la torre più alta è solo a piedi. L'altro lato della Starbucks è il supermercato. Ci sono pizza, McDonald Lawrence o altri ristoranti alberghieri intorno.Il trasporto è conveniente e sicuro.Il buffet è buono. Iodio, palla di formaggio, salsa, ”spazzo”, caffè sono tutti i miei preferiti.

La posizione è molto buona, il traffico e il cibo sono molto convenienti, e'un po'di messaggi WIFI.Se puoi migliorare di nuovo, sara'molto bella.Nota: il lobby e il terzo piano sono buoni per la ricezione

We were very lucky to stay at Hostal Providencia. The room was very clean and everybody was so friendly. Location was perfect. Every night there’s something to do at the bar. Shout out to the best bartender ever Cauan! Would totally recomend!

Olhando as avaliações daqui fiquei um pouco receosa, mas tive uma excelente estrada, não tenho do que reclamar. Fiquei hospedada no Mr. Apart Providencia (na mesma entrada funciona o Mr Hotel e também o Mr Apart, cada um com uma proposta diferente). Os recepcionistas foram bem simpáticos e nos informaran que se tivéssemos passeios cedo, poderíamos avisar na recepção 1 dia antes que eles preparavam o café da manhã pra levar. O café da manhã era gostoso e tinha bastante variedade. O quarto tinha tudo o que precisávamos, tv, frigobar, secador de cabelo, aquecedor e uma mini cozinha com acessórios para cozinhar. A cama era confortável e tinha bastante edredom. A limpeza era feita diariamente. A localização era excelente, perto de restaurantes, do metrô e do shopping. Fizemos tudo a pé. Nada a reclamar.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Questo hotel è un vero gioiello. Molte strutture locali e una passeggiata breve al Giardino giapponese nel parco. Il personale è di prima classe e molto conosciuto, utile e parla inglese. Abbiamo apprezzato un delizioso pasto in una sala tranquilla grazie al personale che poteva capire le mie restrizioni alimentari. La prossima volta che siamo in questa città, questa sarà la nostra prima scelta.

Sono ritornato a Santiago per lavoro dopo alcuni anni ed ho soggiornato nuovamente all NH Plaza Santiago. Si trova zona Las Condes , zona tranquilla ,di fronte al Costanera Center ,un grande centro commerciale . Il personale e' molto gentile ,ti fa' subito sentire a casa. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale. Camera molto pulita e silenziosa ,letto fantastico ,mega doccia ,scrivania per lavorare con vari tipi di prese incluso usb ,wifi veloce ,minibar ben fornito ,macchinetta per caffe espresso ,cassaforte e armadio capiente., accappatoio ,ciabatte Insomma ,tutto quello di cui c'e' bisogno . Inoltre la filosofia del personale , e' la massima attenzione al cliente ed il problem solving L'ho potuto constatare di persona per un problema legato ai voli ,dovendo annullare 2 notti. Ottima la colazione ,molto ben assortita ,ed anche nel ristorante ,lo staff e' molto attento e gentile. Vorrei fare i complimenti a Tutti ed in particolare , alla Guest Experience Mangaer , Stefany Montalva, sempre sorridente , gentile,professionale e molto disponibile ad aiutare il cliente . Brava !!

La posizione di viaggio è molto conveniente e il servizio di ricezione è in posizione entusiasta.Non lontano dal supermercato è anche molto conveniente, va bene in città. Novotel appartiene alla qualità del servizio in catena hotel OK

L'hotel è molto buono, organizzato, pulito e con un ottimo caffè, ma il principale è l'eccellente posizione! Diversi ristoranti, shopping, sky costera e altri passi che possiamo fare a piedi. Accesso al metro a 1 quartiere. Camera spaziosa, con un po' di conforto.
