Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Protaras

Il resort di per sé è da favola, super elegante, una vista da togliere il fiato, una super piscina contornata da palme… da cartolina insomma. La pulizia degli spazi e delle camere eccellente. Il resort si trova vicino a Protaras, molto comodo alle spiagge: una subito sotto all’hotel e a 5 minuti a piedi sul “lungo mare” si trova Green Bay, un’altra fantastica spiaggia in cui abbiamo potuto vedere più di una volta le tartarughe. Per di più si nuota in acque cristalline e calde. Ho dato 4 stelle perché purtroppo la struttura pecca sui servizi, es: risulta essere presente uno shisha bar che effettivamente c’è ed è bellissimo, peccato però che sia chiuso (non hanno saputo darci un motivo, semplicemente è chiuso). Hanno il servizio di parrucchiera all’interno della spa, peccato che però non si trova posto a distanza di settimane e trovare una pettinatrice in centro non è così facile! La palestra c’è ma non la si può utilizzare senza prenotare, e in ogni caso alle 19:00 chiude, ma se ti presenti alle 18:30 già ti dicono di passare il giorno dopo. La piscina della spa troppo fredda, inutilizzabile! Anche perché tenendo l’aria condizionata altissima, uno dentro alla piscina gelata non resiste 2 minuti. I massaggi della spa purtroppo un grosso NO, provati due volte (abbiamo voluto dare una seconda chance) ma non ci sono per niente piaciuti. Nel complesso la vacanza è stata spettacolare, prima volta in Cipro e sicuramente ritorneremo perché è un’isola variegata e piena di storia, in sette giorni noi abbiamo praticamente fatto solo mare perché per chi piace nuotare è impossibile resistere al mare di Cipro. Peccato solo per queste piccole cose, che uno comunque paga nel prezzo complessivo dell’hotel in quanto servizi in teoria presenti, ma poi non ne può usufruire.

We visited here for 10 nights on the all inclusive package in a suite with a hot tub and wow it has been one of the best holidays we have been on together. The room was spacious, clean, amazing views and the bed was really comfortable and big. The food was one of the best we have had for all inclusive. Great choice for breakfast including nice bacon and sausages, snack options available at the outside bar during the day, loads of lunch and dinner options with plenty of meat and veggie options, a gorgeous fresh salad bar and really good choice of deserts. Large selection of drinks included in the all inclusive package. The pool area is clean and well maintained, never a struggle to get a sunbed. Activities are available throughout the day including table tennis, darts and water volleyball. We didn’t get any treatments in the spa as we spent all of our time outside but everyone said the treatments were really nice and I used the gym a couple of times and it has everything you need. If you like running like me there is also a path that takes you right along the sea front which is pretty flat but is a bit of an uneven surface in places so I would recommend wearing off road trainers. I would recommend hiring a car as there are so many beautiful places to visit and there is a free car park on site to leave the car overnight. The hotel staff can help arrange this and they can drop it off at the hotel for you. The location is perfect as to the left you have protoras which has a ***** of restaurants, bars and shops and to the right you have Ayia Napa if you wanted to party one night. You can get the bus to both from the top of the street outside of the hotel which is only €2.50pp and run every 20 minutes. A short walk to the right you also have turtle bay and Konnos bay where we saw/swam with turtles twice which was an amazing experience and Konnos bay also has watersports available. Really recommend this hotel for a couples holiday we had the best time :)

Siamo venuti a questo hotel dall' anno in cui aprì a volte due volte l' anno e la qualità è ancora così eccellente come il giorno in cui aprì . Il personale e io voglio dire tutti i dipendenti sono sempre sorridenti e così amichevole e professionale solo volendo assicurarsi che tutti abbiano il loro migliore vacanza . La qualità dei cibi e delle bevande è ciò che si potrebbe ottenere in un ristorante di classe superiore, ma si sente così comodo come non ci sia mai una spazzatura o una fretta per una tavola. La pulizia del bar di accoglienza degli alloggi all'esterno della zona di seduta piscina tutte queste aree sono senza spot . Wow superb spotless hotel, helpfull staff , we did BnB and the food at breakfast was first class especially the homemade omelette, ideal position for beach restaurants and bars , couldn't have asked for more from a holiday at the Flamingo Paradise and we hope to return again next year , Billy & Karen Liverpool
