Nel complesso posto pulito. La camera che ci è stata assegnata conteneva alcuni pezzi di spazzatura del vecchio ospite. L'aria condizionata sembrava il motore di un camion. Camere, tv obsolete. Per compensare la colazione era ottima e il servizio eccellente.

I stayed at this hotel many times before, I always like the this hotel before this stay. This time I felt the hotel is not as comfortable as before, such as no trash can at bathroom, so I need to use trash can under desk after floss, after using a piece of tissue paper, etc., the shower head looks good, but is not working properly, very frustrating. No “Do not disturb” door knob sign for guest to use, instead, cleaning staff knock at door about 7:30 at morning, I appreciate daily cleaning service, however, my upset experience was been waking up to answer “not now please”. Bedding is comfortable, clean; lobby staffs are friendly. Warm cookie at check in time was yummy.

Molto buona posizione. Le camere sono sempre pulite. Il servizio è di lusso. E' un po' prezioso, ma è un giardino, quindi lo sai che vale la pena. Anche vicino alla città tanti grandi ristoranti vicino!

I've stayed in Courtyard hotels across the country and they are generally a fairly solid choice. This one was OK, but I've definitely seen better. The lobby seemed updated, but the guest rooms were a little past their prime. The bed was not particularly comfortable and the shower seemed to be falling out of the wall. One strength of this hotel was the staff - very friendly and service oriented. Anyone who has read my hotel reviews know that hotel gyms are a big deal to me. this one was substandard on many levels. While they had decent cardio equipment, it was clear that it has not been well maintained. Their were no mats for floor work, and the floor surface was not comfortable for that type of activity. The towels were not well stocked on either day I used the gym. The dumbbell selection was weird - there were a couple that were below 10 pounds, which were too gross to touch. From there, it skipped up to 25s and 40s and that's it. This is an area I travel to fairly frequently, so I think I'll be continuing my search for the best spot to stay.

This has been our go-to in the Princeton area for a few years. Location can’t be beat. Breakfast is excellent and Dolores is the best at making you feel welcome during breakfast and keeping things tidy, clean, and seeing to guests concerns at breakfast - she really is the reason we’ve come back - unfortunately since Covid, the hotel has been slipping and I’m honestly sad as these issues just need attention from management. Our last 2 stays, it is clear that rooms are not being properly cleaned - I suspect that housekeeping staff has been reduced and is overwhelmed. Our room kitchenette floor was so sticky, each time we walked our across our feet would stick. The dishes/silverware dirty and strewn in drawer. The kitchen sink garbage disposal was missing the flaps and we could see gross decaying food. The tub drain had apparently been cleared but they never put back the cap and just left it on the edge of the tub. The pillows had such a foul odor (think like boys locker room after football practice - that used entire bottle amount of Febreeze to make bearable). A quick walkthrough of rooms by supervisor would ensure a much more pleasant environment for a guest on arrival—Housekeeping may be understaffed. Sadly we are not going back; for our next stay we will be booking elsewhere. Luckily there are plentiful options in the Princeton area.

Se potessi dare a questo hotel più di 5 stelle, lo farei. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel molte volte negli ultimi 2 anni. Purtroppo, ho sbagliato il mio preferito e solo un paio di vetri in questo hotel l'estate scorsa. Più grave è che il pacchetto è stato perso nel postaccio e non mi è mai arrivato. Il personale di servizio, il personale di servizio frontale, il direttore di servizio frontale e il direttore generale hanno fatto tutti i loro migliori sforzi per aiutare a trovare i miei occhiali, ma purtroppo sono diventati persi posta. Anche se la situazione era completamente fuori dalle loro mani e non erano colpevoli, non si fermarono lì. L'hotel mi ha aiutato a comprare nuovi occhiali per sostituire i miei occhiali persi. Non ho mai avuto un miglior servizio clienti. Se si confronta altri hotel con questo, non si preoccupi di rimanere qui! È un servizio clienti meraviglioso, camere pulite, soggiorno fantastico!

Our reservation was booked under Princeton University travel system as we were relocating from California to Princeton NJ and needed to stay in a hotel for a short time while until our new home was available. This hotel was specifically chosen because they allow pets and we were traveling with a cat. After spending the entire day traveling to NJ we arrived at the hotel at 8pm and were told by the front desk agent the hotel does not allow cats. She was quite rude about it and insisted it was on their website. When I pulled up the website it did not say the hotel did not allow cats and she was unable to point out where on the website this policy was stated. After telling her the reservation was booked through Princeton because we were relocating to the area and had nowhere else to go, she begrudgingly called the General Manager. The General Manage made it seem that she was doing us a great favor and this was a terrible inconvenience to her and the rest of the staff. I again asked exactly where on the website the no cat policy was and she was also not able to tell me where it was. She was very concerned that the cat was going to tear up the room and particularly the couch. She mentioned several times during the call that she was very concerned that the cat was going to tear the couch apart. We then had to put down a 250$ deposit on top of the 75$ nonrefundable deposit and she told us that we would have to pay for a new couch if the cat tears it up. We then drive to the back of the hotel and realize along the way that the entire property is under construction. This is also not listed on the website. If you are having the whole place renovated at the same time it seems like this is something you would want potential guests to know about ahead of time. The construction was starting as early as 730 in the morning and would go all day every day including on the weekends. Our room was on the second floor (Room 821) and it was right next to a hole where a stair well should be but was no longer there. Why would you put a guest in this location? There were also no lights on outside on the second floor. So on top of being next to a taped off hole there is not enough light to see. We get into the room and notice immediately the room smells like it has not been aired out in quite some time and that the carpet is already torn up and that the couch is already stained up and looks like it needs to be replaced. At this point I felt compelled to email the GM regarding the state of the room because I felt like she would have tried to blame the damage on our cat and make us pay for replacing carpeting and the couch. The GM never bothered to reply to my email. After staying in the hotel for a few days we noticed the tub did not drain properly at all. You would be standing in 2 inches of water by the time you finish taking a shower, the can opener in the drawer was so rusted it was not sanitary to use and the ironing board was only held together by the cloth cov

Ho appena accolto questo Holiday Inn e la mia prima interazione era con Anate. Ero davvero impressionato dal modo in cui ha affrontato il mio check-in. Servizio caldo e amichevole. Mi è stato chiesto cosa mi sarebbe stato preferito un letto di dimensioni re con un divano o due di una regina mentre viaggiava con i bambini. Mi è stato dato anche un colazione complementare il giorno dopo. Mi consiglierei di certo a tutti e sarò tornato per un ospedale grande.
