Hotel in zona Kings Life Covenant Church, Pretoria

Sono rimasto qui una notte in affari in giugno. Mi sono stato aggiornato in una camera più grande come Marriott Bonvoy Elite, così che era piacevole. Purtroppo la mia auto a noleggio è stata rotta in una notte nel parcheggio dell'hotel e gli oggetti rubati dall'interno. Il CCTV sembra avere un posto cieco dove ero parcheggiato, e ulteriormente bloccato da un SUV più grande. Hanno potuto portare la polizia sul sito molto rapidamente per prendere una relazione, che mi ha consentito di volare in tempo, nonostante questo problema.

Aveva 15 notti qui l'hotel è eccellente il cibo è magnifico i Capi fanno un lavoro davvero buono e assicurarsi che cosa cibo si sceglie è top notch L'hotel Staff rende il vostro soggiorno piacevole e sono molto utile tutto in tutto è stato una grande esperienza La zona non è e io significa che l'intero Midrand non è molto sicuro, ma se sei un uomo di strada sapiente allora prendi cura e assicurati che qualunque viaggio si prenda le precauzioni necessarie

Grande servizio, grande personale

When we arrived to check-in the lady at the counter couldn't access our booking which I had made on *********** and she made it seem as if this was our fault which was a bit frustrating. We had to wait quite a while until she was able to access it to confirm that I had already paid for the booking. The hotel itself was beautiful. The carpets in the bedrooms should be removed or updated as they are old and stained and spoils an otherwise lovely room! The biggest issue we faced was that the generator stopped working during our stay...mind you this was during a heatwave and the situation was handled poorly by staff. We had to go to our rooms early because staff was closing down the bar and outside area when loadshedding kicked in. They had no emergency lights at all to give to guests to use in the rooms which besides being unacceptable is also a safety risk. What if someone gets hurt or injured on your property in the dark? The staff had no response to anything except to say that they could not help us with anything and could not even look us in the eye. My parents who are in the 70s had to make their way up the stairs and be in their rooms with no lights available at all. The hotel is dark in general and with no lights on at all was not a pleasant experience. How were people supposed to use the bathroom as well in the dark? Staff should have also atleast made sure people had enough water as there was a heatwave with no aircons. Extremely disappointed that we paid to stay at this hotel and did not receive the general facilities we should have had and the attitude from the staff was unacceptable. Very disappointing to have paid so much for this experience

A comfortable hotel with smart, well laid out rooms. The room included a kettle with supplies of tea/coffee, a heater and a good sized tv. The public areas of the hotel were particularly lovely - the first floor lobby with a roaring fire led onto a cosy bar and a well sized restaurant that rustled up some decent food at short notice. Nice decoration too - such as the paintings of cricket grounds in the hallway leading up to the restaurant (quite appropriate as many rooms look out on Centurion Park cricket stadium). Overall, a good place to stay in the area.

L'hotel è a circa trenta minuti a piedi dalla stazione Pretoria e è conveniente per visitare. Vicino al centro commerciale di Sunshine Park, quindi ci sono molti ristoranti e supermercati. Si può vedere dall'apertura l'edificio unito, la camera confortevole, con letti di lavaggio, lavanderia, guardia capelli e champagne. Per arrivare al reception 2.
