Premier Inn Preston East

Jenny is the best waitress ever, so friendly and helpful top marks, we stayed here for work and always stay in premier inns, if you get served by Jenny you will see what I mean, all the staff have been so friendly and accommodating, but by far the lovely friendly little Jenny is amazing

Have just spent Two nights in this Premier Inn whilst on business. By far the friendliest welcome and staff I've ever met in a Premier Inn The lovely lady on Reception, whose name I didn't catch was so friendly and special mention to Madi and her colleagues in the restaurant, definitely service with a smile

A one night stop coming back off our holiday. Restaurant very busy but would like to say Chloe was rushed off her feet but was very tentative and nothing too much trouble was working the next morning busy but still pleasant a credit to your business.

We have stayed at many Premier Inns over the years and latterly standards had declined. However we were pleasantly surprised by this Premier Inn. Room clean and decor ok Beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast cooked to order. A bit tricky to find coming from the north but easy access ro M6 south

Price would determine using this Premium Inn again. It’s showing its age. Rooms way too hot like others say. The temp control on wall was set to 14oC but still rose to 26c in morning from 21 when got in the room. Have to shut the window due to how close the M6 is and fan is weak. Rooms are clean and normal standard. Couple of USB points in room which is nice. Standard sized family room so squashed in a little. Beefeater pub gone and being run as a Premier Inn service. Food was poorer style pub grub but filled a hole on late arrival. If you can, as others say, go further a field. Found a good cafe on a business park a couple of mins away if you like cook to order over volume. On the meal, staff were doing a good job at service and were polite and attentive. Free car park of decent size. Used to get into Blackpool and price was way under hotels there so taking a days parking into account in Blackpool we were still quids in even with fuel. So price will depend on staying here again. Faults are minor overall and pub signs did say there was a change so maybe will tern into another chain you normally see attached.

Hotel has great free car parking and located with easy access from the M6. Hotel in a warehouse area next to a car sales store. Nothing wrong with the location but it does now suffer from a lack of bar/food service in the evening now the attached pub is closed. I like to have an easy option for food when travelling, as I tend to arrive in the evening and just need to feed the kids. This is no longer an option here. We drove 10 minutes to an excellent Amber Inns pub nearby. Rooms in an older style but ok. Very hot with no aircon in the summer. Breakfast is in the very run down old Beefeater. Unfortunately on this occasion it was awful. Continental options were limited and the hot foot was let down by the kitchen who didn’t seem to care, and could be heard messing around in the dining room. Overcooked everything. Shame. Still a reasonable option if you just need a older but perfectly reasonable premier inn room for the night, but I would recommend travelling for food.

No air conditioning (working?) and windows only opened a fraction. Heavy winter bedding contributed to a very uncomfortable night with little sleep.

It was a great place ideal for what we intended to do during our stay. Plenty of parking and great having the restaurant next door which you could access without having to go outside. Food was nice.

This was a family trip and turned out to be absolutely horrendous. From room facilities to virtually inedible restaurant meals we had to leave within 18 hours of arrival.
