hotel molto bello appena ristrutturato, camera grande pulita fronte mare , posizione ottima e strategica, piscina all’ultimo piano vista mare( bella) colazione di qualita’ salato, dolce e frutta fresca. Personale gentilissimo. Tornero’ sicuramente! Hotel molto consigliato!

Laid through matraces, poor breakfast, undrinkable juice, really the cheapest choice, strange atmosphere and smell throughout the hotel. Very nice staff tough, like in all Cabo Verde. Very clean. Just too expensive, for what you get. I could go on, and on.

This is a large and reasonably-priced hotel close to the seafront in Praia. It was clean and efficient, the staff helpful, the wi-fi working and the room was of a decent size. I would describe the food (both breakfast and dinner) as satisfactory rather than good.

The hotel definitely has pros and cons. For the pros, the hotel is in a nice location that makes it very easy to explore the historic center of Praia, and it is easy to get to the airport. In addition, the breakfast each morning was very good with a good variety of choices. The only down sides was that the room is relatively basic, and the air conditioning did not seem to work. In addition, sometimes hot water did not work. Overall though, the hotel is comfortable and not bad.

The guy on dude is a d*ckhead. They are very rude and insult guests. WiFi sucks, they don’t have a sense of hospitality or even common sense for that matter. They embarrass customers. I think they are much better hotels within the same price range

Good hotel to hold your business event, such as a training course or workshop. The hotel is clean and the staff really do go the extra mile to help you and make it work. There are basic beaches close by, and some fun restaurants, but its not the most picturesque spot for a holiday hotel. However as a business event I would certainly choose it again.

From my experience traveling in Cape Verde, this is the best hotel in Praia. The hotel is modern, and very comfortable. I stayed for nearly 3 weeks. All the staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. If you are reading this review, there is no reason to look at any other hotel - this one is the best, and surely the most comfortable.

We stayed here twice during our family holidays to Cape Verde Islands with our grown up kids. Our 2 rooms were very comfortable, the beds quite new and we had good sleeps. The last stay we got an upgrade. The staff did a lot to accommodate our wishes. The pool on the top terrace has a beautiful view of the ocean and Praia. Location is close to sights. At night not recommended to walk from there as the area may be a little insecure after dark.

This hotel is modern and confortable The breakfast is good But a music festival took place on the beach and it was impossible to sleep due to loud techno music until 8am We had to find another bed in town but they refused to redeem us and didn't even excuse !

O Hotel Pérola tem localização excelente, é confortável e possui um bom restaurante — qualidades que facilmente justificariam 5 estrelas. No entanto, minha experiência foi profundamente prejudicada por dois fatores. O primeiro é que o responsável pelo transfer que me pegou no aeroporto entregou minhas malas a um carregador sem meu consentimento, o que me deixou desconfortável. O segundo e mais importante problema é a internet, que simplesmente não funcionou durante toda a estada. A equipe dizia que o problema estava sendo resolvido, mas nada foi feito de fato. Perdi uma reunião importante de trabalho e precisei gastar mais de 20 dólares com internet móvel para conseguir me conectar. Para um hotel desse padrão, é inaceitável. O hotel tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar muito nesse aspecto.
